THE CLEANING PROS

We hired The Cleaning Pros to do a full cleaning on our house prior to a visit from someone who is allergic to cats (and we have six). We paid a total of $280 for two people to spend 3.5 hours and they did an average job. One shower wasn't properly cleaned. A chair in the bedroom I specifically asked to be free of fur was not vacuumed. I had to re-clean the room. Many areas were not dusted. And one of my plates was broken. In the past, we've had one person do the entire house (including the kitchen) in four hours, for far less money, and do a MUCH better job! I feel very ripped off now that I see other people got a full house-cleaning for far less.

Worked hard, fast and well. They did a good job with basic cleaning. On time

They arrive when they say they will. They are polite and kind to my parents. The floor looks wonderful when they are finished.

They have been cleaning our house for 13 years, but we just joined Angie's List in February 2014. They charge $ 80 per month for our 2400 sq ft house. We have the general clean done every other week and just before having a dinner party. Twice per year we contract to have the windows cleaned inside and out. Once per year we have the high area's (top of soffets and bookcases) cleaned. They are professional, polite and efficient in both scheduling the cleaning and during the cleaning itself. They try to keep the same crew for us for each clean to insure consistency and so they can get to know our expectations. I suspect they keep good records as well because when we ask for a cleaning outside of our normal schedule we get different crews that do the same go job as our normal crew. They are also flexible. Quarterly we have the carpets steam cleaned the same week Cleaning Pros is scheduled and they will trade cleaning some things not in the contract for not vacuuming a just cleaned carpet. I highly recommend them for people in Pasco, north Pinellas and northwest Hillsborough counties.

The price was a little high for the services performed

We called The Cleaning Pros to ask about their bi-weekly cleaning service. The came out and gave us a quote of $87.00 each visit. The initial cleaning visit was a detailed clean for which they charged $196.00. They came out for this initial clean on 1/17/14 with 2 ladies and did a very good job. We do not have any complaints and look forward to their bi-weekly service.

After the initial estimate was provided, I hired The Cleaning Pros, who began w/ their initial cleaning. hey were prompt, friendly and did a wonderful job cleaning. Although it is quite a change for me, I so appreciate their assistance after my abilities have been limited physically. They were responsive and agreeable in using a piece of my own equipment for the ceramic floors. The company and individuals were attentive in making sure my needs were taken care of and remain open to any particular thing I need done, as well as the method. Kudos! The am very pleased thus far and have hired them to continue on a bi-monthly basis. I would definitely recommend them to others, especially after seeing some results of other cleaners in a relative's home.

They came in and did an intitial clean which cost a couple hundred and I was so impressed I signed up for service every other week. It is so nice to come home after a full week of stressful work to a clean home. I have 3 cats and a dog and a husband. I do not want to spend my weekend cleaning, I need a break which is why I looked for a service. They even fold the toilet paper into a nice Vand they dust my blinds. The only noticable thing I would say is they have missed some cobwebs next to the fridge and behind the bedroom door. Unfortunately, I am not at home when they come so I have not been able to bring it to their attention. I may ask my husband to do it??? because he works from home, we'll see how that goes. but overall, I like them and the hubbly is very comfortable with them.

Just signed up and they've cleaned twice. Very pleased and willing to listen and focus on the areas that I point out. Very professional and friendly ladies. There are others that are cheaper but I liked that they were close by (not out of Tampa). They seem established and big enough not to cancel on you. I look forward to a long and happy relationship (and to a clean home!).

I probably expect to much but they don't touch the inside of our french doors or sliding door where our dog goobers it up and the couch is only surface cleaned, seating area only. I have used them for quit sometime they are nice,on time and professional. I call an other co for windows and deep house cleaning.

My home was cleaned thoroughly. The Team was courteous, efficient, and did a lovely job. I have signed on for regular service.

They were on time, produced good results, were professional and easy to work with. I will invite them back on a regular basis.

The Cleaning Pros came to my home and performed the a deep cleaning. They are now scheduled to come on a bi-weekly basis to perform the upkeep on my home. The initial phone conversation was detailed, and explained the process and services provided. The scheduling was easy, and the team arrived on time on the correct day. The cleaning ran a bit longer than expected, so the crew asked me if I preferred to have some additional items added and taken care of. Overall, the house was cleaned to perfection! Bathrooms detailed correctly, items stacked neatly, kitchen was cleaned as expected.

We love their service. They do a thorough job. The house smells clean for days after they leave. They always come on time. They always call ahead and give a window of time of when they will be there. They always arrive in the earlier part of that window.

They do not do windows but if you ask them to do something they will do it. They are not as thorough as I would like but I am fairly satisfied with them. They are very nice people and very polite.

I have used them in two different houses for about 8 years. I think they do a very good job.

They were absolutely great. They were about the most complete people that we have had. They stayed until everything was done and did some things that were above and beyond what we asked. They were a little expensive but they were here more than 3 hours. They did excellent work and never took a break.

Their service always goes very well. The house always smells nice when I get home. This is probably my favorite part. They are good and cheaper than the competitors.
