They always arrive within the one hour time frame they say they will. The two person cleaning team did above and beyond their skills. House looked and smelled fantastic afterwards. Been using them for a number of years now. They are trustworthy more than any cleaners I have used. Price is fair. They are very flexible to work with as far as scheduling.

I usually am not at home when they service my home and have never had a problem. They are a little more expensive but the dependability and reliability are well worth it. They have good employees who do their work professionally.

We have them scheduled for every four weeks and this has been ongoing for several years. They note our preferences and pass the information to their teams of cleaners so there is an appreciated consistency to the work done. The work is completed in a timely matter. We have never had to call and have something redone. They strive to meet your expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone .

I would not recommend The Cleaning Pros at all. This is the first and last time! I contacted The Cleaning Pros through Angie’s List. Their office set up a time to come out to give me a quote. Then the office called and canceled it. They said they didn’t need to come out to give a quote. The Cleaning Pros gave me a quote based on the square footage of my home for a deep cleaning. I left a check for what I thought was about half of what the approximate quote was and gave them a credit card for what they needed to charge for the balance once they knew the exact amount after cleaning. Even though The Cleaning Pros obviously grossly underestimated the job cost I approved them to bring out 2 more cleaners. Not only did they charge me several hundred dollars more than the original quote but they did a horrible job. They made a point of going over all of the aspects of what they do on a deep cleaning to include and I quote “they get down on their hands and knees and wash the baseboards by hand”. They didn’t wash the baseboards, they didn’t clean front and back of all doors as promised, they didn’t clean the door frames, they didn’t clean the shower glass doors, they didn’t wipe down the counters in the kitchen, they didn’t wash a few dishes in the kitchen sink or clean the kitchen sink itself, they didn’t make the one bed left unmade, the floors looked awful, windowsills on the inside were not wiped down, there was toothpaste left behind the sinks in the master bath, and I could go on and on. When I arrived home and saw how bad the cleaning job was I reached out to someone right away. I was told she would get with the cleaners and get back to me in the morning. Now after $598, days of repeated attempts to talk to someone with no response I felt I needed to do this review. I entered a review on Facebook page too and The Cleaning Pros answered back there quickly with a very unprofessional response. I was willing to try to allow The Cleaning Pros to come up with an way to somehow make this right but they didn’t even try. I would have removed the negative review had they done that, but now I feel people should just be warned about The Cleaning Pros. This company is obviously not equipped to do a professional job. The Cleaning Pros were unprepared to do a proper estimate, unprepared to communicate professionally and unprepared to do anything remotely close to what they promised. Anyone thinking of using this company should do so at their own risk.

The first time they came out was fine, but I did not take the time to check to make sure everything was done. The second time the house didn't feel or smell cleaned at all. I know that the kitchen counter tops were not cleaned, the floor mats were not cleaned, the floors were not cleaned and the baseboards were not cleaned. Their employees are just not trust worthy to do the job you are paying them to do. And it is a shame that I have to take the time to check everything to make sure it was done. Their services were definitely not worth the $149 they charged! Yes they offered to have someone come back out, but I don't have time and should not have to watch over your employees! I will keep looking for someone I can trust.

Outstanding service from The Cleaning Pros!!! They did an awesome job and I could not be happier!! The team arrived on time, they were very professional and very friendly. My husband even made comment on how shiny the worktops came up in the kitchen saying they looked like new! Highly recommended.

The team cleaned the house very haphazardly. The oven was filthy, the bathroom was dirty and the tub was filthy. We mentioned these items to the cleaners and they said it was the best they could do. My wife pointed out that the floors in two of the bedrooms they’d just washed, had dirty corners and they reluctantly went back and put a finger in the corner and wiped them out. The crew leader obviously didn’t like having her work inspected. I was just going to drop it until our property manager looked over the job and told us that she was going to have to clean several of the items we paid these folks to clean. When you’re paying by the hour and you point out items they tell you it’s going to cost more money. When I lodged a complaint they said they didn’t know why I was complaining. Apparently, the job must be done to THEIR satisfaction, not their customers
