I have been a client of The Cleaning Pros for 5 years. They do a nice job of cleaning and I have had significant continuity in the team leader so they know precisely what I want done and they do it. If I am dissatisfied with the thoroughness of a particular cleaning, they take the time to immediately address my complaints.

I found Cleaning Pro on Angies list about a year ago. I have been very pleased w the service I have a great team with Renee C and Sarah D..... pleasant, profession and very responsive to my personal desires .. Scheduling has been very easy and the office staff has always been very easy to deal with if I need to reschedule.. What a treat to always have a nice CLEAN home using this service .

They are magnificent. They do a tremendous job. Whatever the rating is, we would rate higher. They come every month. They do dusting, clean the floors and anything else you want them to do. They are usually here a little bit ahead of time. They are honest, efficient, punctual and top notch. They are the best we've ever used. The workers are personable, they know what they are doing, ned no supervision and better than anybody we've ever had.

I only used Cleaning Pros like two times because they were not up to my standards. They didn't know how to clean the bathroom. They were always on time. They told me they would have the same woman every week time who was head of the cleaning crew and that never happened. They were nice, they just were not well trained and they did not do a thorough job which goes back to training, paying standards that the company has for the people that clean homes and the company's commitment to doing things correctly and meeting what they said they were going to do, none of that happened.

Paris and Kathy did a fabulous job! Cleaned all sorts of teeny spaces that I would not even have thought to ask about. Vacuumed, wiped shelves and cabinets and walls and baseboards. Cleaned oven and fridge. Windows. Scrubbed bathroom thoroughly. Finished a two bed two bath apartment in just under three hours. I called a week in advance of when I was going to be in town and was able to schedule a team for when I needed them. Very friendly helpful service on phone when I called.

They were fine; they were good. They did a good job on quality.

There were two women who came to clean the house we were leaving. They arrived on time and were very professional. I stopped in one time while they were working and one was scrubbing the bathroom while the other was on her hands and knees scrubbing the base boards. They worked hard, and it showed!

It was excellent. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and they were very thorough and efficient.

Once I got on a regular schedule, it was the same cleaners. I liked the familiarity that came with knowing it was the same people. They were professional and very responsive if I brought things to their attention. I especially liked actually hearing them laugh occasionally. The company was also very flexible with my needs.

Chuck /Nikki worked to schedule this and see that two women came out as requested. They arrived promptly with their own supplies. I worked alongside these two young women the entire time they were there and was a bit dismayed at how they followed a prescribed cleaning system that wouldn't, if i hadn't been there to direct as to more important matters, have included insides of windows, cleaning sliding door 'grooves', etc. When the second woman migrated in to the kitchen after doing both baths there was chatter so I directed the second gal as to these further needed items which she performed willingly. They left EXACTLY at 3 hours (including time to get their things to the car). The fridge & oven 'passed muster' with our landlady however if I had not put in 4 hours (to their '6'), we wouldn't have gotten our security deposit back in full. In future, i'd use the 'lead' gal again and probably ask for a second (enterprising) gal to assist her.

They were really good. 2 girls came right on time and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

Used bi-monthly since July 28, 20014. To begin with the company is not pet friendly. I have 3 cats and they charge extra money for pets. I wonder if they charge extra for children with sticky fingers. Two people have been cleaning the house in one hour. I felt the cleaning was always done in a rush (things always missed) so on September 22 I decided to watch them at work. That was the only day it took 1 1/2 hours - 1/2 hour longer than usual! I had previously asked them if they used an attachment to clean the corners and edges of the carpet. They said they did. On September 22 they did not. I asked why and was told they only use it on initial cleans and not every time they come to the house to clean. I was paying extra for cats and the cat hair does collect in the corners. The vacuum attachment was in the car. When I asked them to use it they went to collect it. No wonder they have been finishing my house in an hour. Not everything I had paid for was being done. I recommend you watch this company at work so you know you are getting what you pay for. I wonder what else these employees have been cheating me on. 1/2 hour time difference is quite a lot.

The cleaning pros provide professional cleaners, usually two women who are on time and clean very thoroughly. We use them twice a month for about six months and have been very pleased with their effort and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in have a professional group provide a cleaning service for a residence.

They are great. They get the house clean and you can tell and see when you walk into the home. Two cleaners come out and they come every other week. It takes them about 2 to 2.5 hours each time.

They did an incredible job cleaning the entire home. They were very professional and pleasant and I would highly recommend them for any type of housecleaning.

They sent 2 people who each worked 4 hours without letup. No detail was too small for them. I have never seen my carpet so clean. My cabinets shine. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
