The owner pesonally responded to our inquiry and examined our roof. The crew showed up on the day they agreed and were at work before we even got up! The work was finished within the time frame they agreed and the work is beautiful. They filed for and forwarded our warrnaty and the work looks great!

Klaus is the best. He is professional and shows up when he says he will. When he is running a few minutes late he calls to inform you. He and his crew are quick and they get in, get the job done and get out. My husband and I purchased a foreclosure that sat vacant for over a year. It had a horrible leak coming into our formal dining room. No one that I called would attempt to fix the issue for us. Every roofing company that I have contacted would come out and wanted nothing to do with our roof. We have a barrel tile roof and the home was built in 1996. They all acted like barrel tiles roof were like touching kryptonite! Most roofing companies I contacted want you to purchase and entire roof because they are too lazy to take the time to go section by section and find the leak. I heard every excuse in the book, from "I will never be able to match up your existing tiles, to this is going to take a long time and be very expensive".....to which my response was: "well I need my roof fixed, it's raining in my house can you at least try"?? Klaus walked into my home, looked at our hole in our ceiling, jumped up on our roof and within minutes knew where the leak could be. He quoted me right there and never made any excuses or put clauses in like: "could be, I don't know, not sure how much it will be" stuff......His quote was more then fair and reasonable as some roofing companies I spoke with quoted us anything from $2,000 to $4,000! For a repair!!! Sure enough the day of the repair he found the leak right way close to where he said it would be and within a few hours the leak was repaired. He never broke any tiles, removed all the debris and even was kind enough to take pictures of the repairs before and after and email them to us. He guarantee's his work with a 3 year warranty and will return should there be any further issues. But before he left he and his crew checked their work by doing a "water test" which was perfectly fine. I would highly recommend Klaus and All Bay Roofing Company for any roof issues including Barrel Tile Roofs like ours. We are just thrilled we no longer have rain showers over our dining room table.

I called All Bay Roofing the first time on 6/26 and the phone number was not in service. I thought I had written it down wrong and so verified the number online here. Called again on the 27th and left a message asking for an estimate for a re-roof. Today is 7/3 and I have yet to receive a call. I noticed that there haven't been any reviews since mid May. If they are overworked, on vacation, closed for the summer, it would be helpful if their answering machine message indicated so.

We experienced a roof leak around a skylight after a heavy rainstorm. I chose All Bay Roofing based on the Angie's list ratings. I contacted Klaus the next morning and he was at the house within a few hours. He did a careful inspection and took photos of the problem areas. He gave a very clear explanation of the problem areas and offered options for repair. He then proceeded with the repairs and described exactly what he had done. I have had experience with several other roofing companies (most of them bad). I highly recommend All Bay Roofing. They are responsive and professional.

Fast, friendly service and a great price. Owner came out and met me soon after calling and the work was done perfectly just a few days later. You would never even notice the roof repair, the shingles matched perfectly! Highly recommended!

Klaus gave us the best price out of four estimates that we got from some of Angie's List top rated roofing contractors. He and his guys did an awesome job. All Bay Roofing did everything in one day. They were a pleasure to deal with, and they are doing my neighbor's roof now.

I was horrified to find out that rats chewed a hole in my roof. I called and didn't think anyone would come out due to the holiday. The owner came out within a few hours. He went up on the roof and took photos of the damages. Arrangements were made and the repairs were promptly done. Marilyn

Klaus' guys did a great job. They came by the same day and did the work required. You can barely notice that there was any patchwork. Most companies I called did not want to bother with such a small job, but Klaus not only did our place, he fixed our neighbor's roof after ours.

Klaus was great and very thorough. He had pictures of everything to show the work done and they had completed the job in two days. We are very happy!

I contacted All Bay Roofing for an evaluation and estimate to replace my roof because of the impressive reviews I found on Angies list. First appt with AB was canceled; but I did get a phone call telling me that, due to delays on another job, my evaulation couldn't be done at that time. A second appt was arranged and set for a recent Monday. Klaus kept the appt, evaluated the roof, and gave me a verbal estimate. He told me he would provide a formal estimate via email that evening or the next day. As of the next Friday, I heard nothing so I emailed the address on the business card he gave me. The email came back as 'unable to deliver'. I checked my typing of the address; it was correct so I sent it again the following day. It came back a second time as 'unable to deliver'. I then called the phone number on the business card and left a message asking for a status - where was the promised estimate? I've had no response to that phone call. I'm arranging with another company to do the work. The courtesy of a response from All Bay would have been appreciated. I'm puzzled considering the positive reviews I read about the company.

I did not call them and did not use their service and do not know why a review that I never submitted in the first place was imcomplete.

I am very pleased with the service and amount charged was very reasonable. I would highly recommend All-Bay Roofing. I see why it's an A rated company!

Klaus was responsive and prompt in all of our interactions and he delivered exactly as he promised, when he promised. There were no surprises, no disappointments. After obtaining quotes from others, I felt that Klaus gave me his best price up front while the other started higher but then quickly came down to match my lower quote. Klaus also recommended against certain more expensive materials that he cautioned me others would recommend. He said he could do it too, but I didn't need it and he didn't feel right recommending it. Sure enough, the others did as he said they would. An important reason why I went with Klaus was because I trusted him. I believe I paid a fair price and I believe he did a great job.

All Bay Roofing was great from the start. klaus was extremely responsive when we were scheduling roofers to come out and provide quotes. We had a few different companies that didn't call back for a few days. Klaus was courteous, on time and informative when he came out to provide the quote. We had 3 other quotes and All Bay Roofing was the best quote and the most informative. They worked with our schedule and completed the job on time and within budget. I have to say, I was dreading the whole process of having to replace our roof, but Klaus made it easy and painless. The roofers were also courteous, quick and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. We love our new roof and I would highly recommend All Bay Roofing !

The ridge vent on our house needed to be replaced. I left a voice mail for All Bay Roofing. Mr. Lemke called me back the same day. We discussed the situation as I described what we were dealing with. I told him about a particular product that I had found on the Internet. He said he was familiar with the product, but felt that a similar product manufactured by GAF would be a better fit for my house. Given the steep roof, he said that his estimate would need to be $200 higher than it might be for a more typically pitched roof. I thanked him, subsequently did some more reading about the GAF product, read some more reviews on Angie's List about All Bay and decided to accept his estimate. I called him and we started doing business together. The only difficulty, a very mild one at that, was scheduling the work. We initially agreed on Wednesday, 1/30. That was postponed twice until the following Wednesday. Their crew was working on a large house and he wanted to finish it rather than pull some of them off to do my job. I found this very understandable. My job was a relatively small one, as far as roof work goes (thank goodness, I might add) . And I used to be in the construction business some years ago and know how it goes. I had to call him in the early afternoon to learn of the first postponement, but he was prompt to call me to talk about the second one. Because I work from home, the slight lack of communication about the postponement the first time was not a problem. When they arrived to do the work, he brought his full crew. They set up the safety ropes for the guys who would be on the roof and got going. I watched the whole time. They were professional. They definitely knew what they were doing. They worked really well together as a team. I spent some time talking with Mr. Lemke and asked him about his crew. He was quite proud of them and said they had been with him nearly ten years, his chief longer than that. The job took a couple of hours, start to finish. They were even kind enough to clean my skylight. (Thanks. I really appreciate that!! It's beautifully clean - como nuevo!) So, except for the minor glitch of not calling me about the first postponement, my evaluation of Mr. Lemke and his crew is that they are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and reasonably priced. I would use their services again and will recommend them to neighbors and friends if they need roof work.

I have hired so many people over the years, and I was so impressed by him that I didn't even check with anybody else. He came, he was punctual, polite, professional, and I just knew, I could tell that was how he was going to conduct his business. The bonus was showing up on the job and supervising and really being meticulous. I had in mind what the price would be, and he was right in that category so I didn't feel that it was excessive one way. He told us how many wood pieces he expected they would have to replace. He gave us the quote. He took the rotted pieces of wood and he set them aside so we could see. We didn't just have to rely on his word, he actually showed us the rotted wood. One day, his crew of four or five worked almost 9 hours or more without stopping. They had to take all of the roof off, the paper, and put new paper down and fix some of the rotten wood. I had an old chimney up there that had to be taken off. They just did everything without any complaint. They were extremely professional, hard workers. He showed up with enough crew to complete the job in a very short time frame, under a week. The owner was here on the job himself supervising several times during the few days that the job took. I appreciated that he had a hands on approach and he wanted to make sure it was being done correctly. Very professional man, good work ethic. I think that is one thing that stands out these days if you see someone trying to do their work excellently. His crew protected my plants. They were extremely professional in every way. I didn't have to ask about anything. In every category I was very pleased. I felt his price was in line for what I expected it to be and I felt like I got every bit of my money's worth.Absolutely the best experience. My neighbors said, "I need that guy's number because when I need a roof, I am calling them." Fantastic experience.

All - Bay was one very responsive to our calls and totally dependable. Price was competitive & their advice on repairs was excellent. Work was done on time and done well.

It had been raining very hard and I had discovered a leak in my front room the night before I called. More rain was on the way. I explained to Mr. Lemke that I really needed the leak fixed but I had a medical procedure scheduled for that day. He told me to call him when I was back home. He and his crew came out late that same afternoon and the repair was completed in a short amount of time. I haven't had any further problems.

I live 3000 miles away from subject property. I was referred by a neighbor who had used all-bay. Klaus was very honest & his recommendations were all correct for the best price value roof. An honest job for an honest price. I am a contractor and have done many roofs so I knew he was being fair.

All Bay Roofing came to repair our roof leaks after another Angie's List top-rated company, "Company X", failed to show up and do the work -- or, so we thought. "Company X" had actually shown up, but their work was so shoddy that it appeared they had done nothing ... and since they didn't return our phone calls for a couple of days we had no way of knowing they had come. We called Klaus at All Bay and he and his crew came to our home, took photos of the work the other company claimed to have done, and repaired the roof correctly and in a very timely manner. He was very professional in every aspect of the job and was the second-lowest price we were quoted from five highly rated companies. The only company whose price beat All-Bay's was Company X's, and we're guessing they thought they could get away with a cheap cover up job because they knew we are moving soon. We are recommending All Bay Roofing to all of our friends and neighbors. We couldn't be more satisfied with the work they did on our home, and we're so grateful to have found a company commited to honest, high-quality work.

He was very good. He was prompt and very thorough. He took pictures so I would see what was up there. He went above and beyond. He did things that I didn't even ask him to do like he repaired a leak and bought me a ridge vent that was not in the quote and he never charged me for those. He also cleaned up everything after the work.

Came the same day I called for the estimate. Completed the work within a couple days, well inside agreed timeframe. Friendly, polite and presentable. We will use them again if needed.

Great experience, they were able to come out quickly when the problem appeared to be getting worse.

Perfect not a complaint at all price, workmanship, personable and fast.

He requested $200 up front and the balance of $1400 after the job was completed. About a week and a half later Klaus notified me that the crew would be at my house the next day. Since this is the back patio roof they just went around the side of the house to access. They removed the old roofing material and flashing, replaced the damaged plywood and installed the new TPO roof. They cleaned up and removed all debris and were on their way. Two days later Klaus was over to inspect the roof and collect his payment. Overall I was satisfied with this experience.
