All-Bay did a total (shingle) re-roof for us. We have a LARGE roof and they arrived at 7 AM the first day and were gone by 3 PM the 2nd day. Roof looks great and they cleaned up nearly perfectly. They are Certified Master Elite GAF installers and they provided an outstanding warranty. We received about 8 or 9 bids and All-Bay was the lowest bidder as well. A bit about customer service - we were unsure about the color we wanted. The owner (and estimator), Klaus found us homes to go look at with the shingles we were considering and then he even went to a house that we found on our own to see what color they had used for that job. Lastly he brought over sample shingles for us to compare. In the end the color worked out perfectly and we really appreciated the above-and-beyond from Klaus!

The workers were terrific. The 16+ year solar pool panels were removed, the roofing job was done promptly by a large crew. Completely done in 2 days (no weather interruptions). Extra ridge vents and cobra vents installed. Price exactly as quoted. Cleanup was very well handled including blowing out gutters and downspouts, completely checking entire property for roofing nails. Arranged prompt Wind Mitigation report also.

I met with Klaus Lemke to complete an estimate for my two duplexes. One needed a new roof in order for my insurance company to renew. Mr. Lemke worked with me to schedule a timely install. All workers were very professional in the delivery through clean up of both roofs installed. In addition, Mr. Lemke provided the lowest estimate for the work. From the very first meeting, I was very impressed with Klaus. He showed up on time for our free inspection and quote for a roof replacement. They did an excellent job. The work was done on a timely manner as agreed including needed documents and required inspections. The owner, Klaus came personally for the estimate, to check and supervise his crew to assure quality work. Communication with Klaus was great. I could not ask for a better company to work with. Competitive estimate by the owner Klaus Lemke followed with a comprehensive review of the job to be performed and the type of materials and manufacturer to be used with an industry leading warranty included. On the day that the job was to performed, dumpster on wheels is used rather than damaging the driveway with a large dumpster that is placed on the driveway. Stripped one day and new roofing material installed the next day with a synthetic underlayment and GAF 30 year dimensional shingle. Neighbors commented a few days later, that they did not realize that the roof was being repaired for it was quiet with no discernible noise. Is it possible to love a roof? Well it comes close. Highly recommend.

We interviewed about 6 or 8 roofing contractors before we chose All Bay Roofing. Klaus came and gave us a quote, explained his services, gave us a timeline, showed us a binder with all the info listed of his qualification, type of product he used and pictures of jobs he had done. He answered all our questions and we felt that he was the right person for the job. We were completed satisfied with the work he did, his staff was efficient, the job site was kept neat and our roof was put on in only three days. And that time included the staff removing the plywood around the edge of the roof to reinforce the straps on the beams to the block. I would be happy to recommend All Bay Roofing to anyone who wants to quality work and efficient service.

We were under the gun to get work done due to tight time frames prior to closing and home inspection report only gave us a week to get work done. All Bay, who had done great work for us before, was booked out 6 weeks or so (because they're good) but Klaus called me directly and when I explained the situation he said "you know what, our major jobs begin on Monday and I can get you in this weekend." Which also happened to be Easter weekend! Work was done professionally and to our satisfaction. I highly recommend All Bay Roofing for your roofing needs.

They finished the job in 2 days, left no mess and even took my tarps off and folded them up for me. They installed the gutters a week later in one day. I have no leaks now and I got my money’s worth. They were very accommodating with recommendations towards colors and had a very professional presentation.

All Bay replaced our flat roof in 2017 and did a fantastic job. They were prompt, courteous, clean and professional. The price was competitive but the service was superior. With recent summer rains, we found a leak where the flat roof abutted our pitched shingle roof. I emailed All Bay and they showed up the very same day to to repair. It turned out that the leak was not from the flat roof they installed. It was from the abutting pitched shingle roof, which they did not install. They took pictures and showed us what the problem was - they fixed the leak at no charge. When we replace the pitched roof, we will have no hesitation to use All Bay. They also replaced a roof of a family member and did a great job at very reasonable price. Another family member had All Bay inspect a problem - All Bay recommended only a minor repair as opposed to replacement, which my family member was prepared to do. I recommend All Bay without hesitation. It is almost impossible to find dedication and service like they have - especially in the roofing business.
