Provider came out next day after call to provide free estimate. Klaus seemed very genuine and knowledgeable. After 3 other estimates, I had planned to have Klaus do the repair to my roof as I was very impressed with him and the reasonable quote. I attempted to contact Klaus 3 times over 2 days leaving messages each time. Unfortunately by the 5th day of not receiving a return call I needed to move onto my next choice of provider. To date I have not received a return call. It's a shame that Klaus spent his time and energy doing the estimate, would have won the business; but did not return the call to act. In hindsight it is better I knew before I went under contract that prompt response could not be counted on. I hope in the future the provider follows through for his clients, it would be best for his business.

All Bay Roofing Inc. did an excellent job. The owner, Klaus, was very professional when meeting with me to discuss my roof replacement. All workers did an excellent job. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. My new roof is properly installed with quality materials, and looks beautiful. I highly recommend Klaus and his team.

We called for an estimate and Klaus stopped by the next day to provide a quote. The quote was fair and he clearly explained what steps he would take to detect and fix the leak. BTW - other companies wanted to rip out large sections of the roof without bothering to detect where the leak was coming from. Work started 2 weeks later, we were the second job in the area so work could not start immediately. The reviews on Angie's list were promising, so we decided to wait instead of going with another roofer. We are glad we did. Work started and was completed in a few hours. Klaus performed the work alongside his team which we always appreciate because there won't be any discussions later as to what was agreed upon. Klaus took pictures of the work so he could show us later. There were a few nails that were poking up from the shingles and could have caused future leaks. Klaus and his team took care of those issues that they noticed without charging extra. We have recommended All Bay to others and would call again for future work.

This is the second time I used this company. They had successfully repaired a different part of my roof previously, so calling Klaus again was a no brainer. He is very professional and responsive and has a great crew. He thoroughly explained the repair at the time of estimate and again upon completion. Billed as quoted.

I have reviewed this company thoroughly and my whole experience have been excellent! This is my first experience getting a roof replacement and this was stress free. Klauss the owner provided such a thorough presentation and examples of his work. He really knows his materials and always provides options which I appreciate. We quoted with 2 other angie list roofers with A+ rated reviews and it all came down to time frame and presentation. He was able to start within the month which was a plus because we were working on different projects. 1. He reminded me to use the Angie List's coupon and is very each to contact via phone and email. I never had a problem reaching him or getting my questions answered and he always took the time. 2. Only company to address the extras like shingles for the ridge, starter strips, wind mitigation report, and boot protectors for the newly replaced lead pipes. We also used their peel and stick mainly for insurance purposes. They did offer a good alternative, the titanium sheet which is nice to have also. The contract was easy to read and provided all the details discussed. The permit was requested promptly and work was started at the expected time frame as promised. 3. They delivered materials and stacked it on the roof the night before and they were here the next day really early (around 7), we were really impressed by that. The employees cleaned up and installed promptly and answered my father's questions during the installation and were professional during the process (wish I knew their names I would have included). They even got rid of a few old satellite dishes we've collected over the years for us. 4. Owner at the end of the work day came personally to inspect the work and perform the wind mitigation inspection. Definitely shows good follow up and scheduling. His team also coordinated with the city inspector to come during the installation. Needless to say we now have the best looking roof on the street. Would not hesitate to recommend All Bay roofing and would use them for all of our future roofing needs!

Klaus was excellent. He explained everything and, when they did do the roof it needed 4 extra sheets of plywood but they showed me everything. They replaced a lot of things, even things underneath that didn't look right. They took em out and put good ones in. It looked perfect. They made sure I did not have any rot what so ever, no soft spots. It's a beautiful roof. It's the lifetime shingles, and they put titanium paper under it instead of the felt paper and titanium nails. It was such a nice job, it looks so nice. Then I had them do the gutters and they put the 6 inch gutters on, which are a lot nicer. My house looks great. They did a terrific job.

First I left a message, then called back a while later and got the owner Klaus on the phone while he was driving. He seemed very knowledgable and willing to explain the re roofing process to me. He offered to send a quick estimate in email that day based on computer software he uses with satellite imaging. And he promised to call me after the weekend to schedule a meeting at the house to talk in person. This initial contact was very promising. However... The estimate never came in email and he never called me. I called after a few days had gone by because he did say they were unusually busy. No response to my message. I called a few more times and got Klaus on the phone while he was on a job site. He said he remembered speaking to me but didn't really apologize for the lack of follow through. I wanted to give him another chance based on the good reviews so he agreed to meet a few days later at our rental house. We had another estimate scheduled before him anyways. He took down my info and address again. I wasn't too surprised when he didn't call or show up to do the estimate that day. He never called to reschedule or apologize for the no show. Moving on...

I had used this company before, when they were the only ones who would come out immediately to fix a leaking roof. So when it came time to replace, I decided it was only fair to give them the job. The roof came out beautiful. The roofers are very hard workers, I think they only took one short break for lunch. And they did a great job of cleaning up the yard when the work was finished.

All Bay replaced our roof in January of 2012. The company was efficient and clean in their operations. Klaus (owner) detailed everything and provided pictures throughout the process for our insurance company. Two years later we developed a leak in our bathroom. A plumber determined it came from the roof. Klaus came a day and a half after I called. He spent almost an hour testing the roof and determined that the leak was originating under our tub. All Bay does excellent work and stands by it. I highly recommend them.

The morning of the day of appointment, we called to confirm the time for 10 AM. No answer and had to leave a voicemail. Not only did no one return our call but no one showed up to the appointment. Furthermore, no one called to reschedule or apologize for the NO SHOW. We will never use these people. Beware, if they are not responsive when trying to get your business just think what will happen if they actually do some work, get your money, and then have to return to fix something they did wrong. Don't fall for that!!!

Excellent work! Great attention to the smallest detail. Many photographs to show any damaged wood that needed to be replaced and where it was located. Even let the wood out and strongly encouraged me to inspect the damage. They used all the correct product in all the correct places, no cutting corners. Took 1/2 a day longer than originally planned, but they let me know ahead of time that they would need a bit longer. Klaus was on site or available by phone whenever I needed him. Was extremely patient with me as this was the first time I have ever had to have a roof replaced. Did an excellent job of explaining anything I did not understand without making me feel dumb. Crew was polite and very focused. No foul language or inappropriate dress. They were always punctual and worked until the light was fading. I am very impressed with his work and his crew. I would recommend them to anyone. He does not have a forceful sales pitch. He is very detailed with his initial presentation and his price was very very fair. He was glad to show me any insurance or licenses that I requested, and he is specially certified to perform the wind mitigation as well. That was a nice bonus!

We had a tile roof that needed to come down. We had several estimates. One was $7,000 more. Klaus was very responsive. Came out to give an estimate very quickly. Each night his workers cleaned the entire perimeter of our home. Crew barely took breaks. Most efficient and hard workers.

We were totally impressed with the professional work they did.... especially having it done in one day! The neighbors were impressed with the quality of work and will have their roofs done with All-Bay Roofing as well.

I highly recommend this company. They accurately diagnosed my roof leak and made the repairs at a reasonable cost. Previously, three different roofers had proposed vague and various repairs, but none bothered to pinpoint the source of the leak. Then I found All-Bay on Angie's List. The owner, Klaus, took a methodical approach to identify exactly where the water was getting in. The crew was great, punctual and hard-working. Of the 3 estimates that I received, All-Bay Roofing provided the most detailed and complete proposal of work. Klaus is absolutely great to work with, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. I contacted All Bay Roofing with a request for an estimate to re-roof my rental property. They agreed to provide an estimate but never followed through. Several days after the initial request, I attempted to contact them for a status update, but my voice message was never returned.

They took before and after pictures for me to show to the homebuyers and confirm the work was completed properly.

I originally hired RoofRx to fixed the leak on my roof and they failed misery. After a month and several attempts by RoofRx to fix the leak, the leak still remains. After getting the recommendation from my neighbor, I called Klaus up from All Bay Roofing. He came out and pointed out all the wrong things that the other roofer did. Klaus gave me a very reasonable estimate, so I decided to go ahead and hire them to fix the leak. Three guys came out and had to tear off all the fixes that was put by the other roofer and they did a great job fixing the leak the right way. The work was a little complicated because it involves two roof on top of each other and a valley. All Bay Roofers fixed it without any problem where the other roofer said they can't even get to the bottom roof to replace the rotten wood for me. I highly recommend All Bay Roofing. Their price is good and the quality of work they do is exceptional. Based on my experience with the other roofer, Klaus and his crew have been a blessing. They all were very nice and very professional. They even sprayed my pool heater pipe with back paint because the color was coming off. I will call All Bay Roofing for all my roofing needs from now on. They might be a little busy, but it's worth the wait. Thanks to them, the leak that couldn't be fixed by another roofer for a whole month is finally resolved. I do have to wait for the big rain to be 100% sure that it is resolved. Based on the fixes that I saw, it looks great!

Mr. Lemke arrived at the scheduled time with his crew and supervised on site. The original job was to repair a very visible separation of tile from one upstairs wall. All the tile in that section was removed and the underlayment inspected for leaks and one small leak repaired. The tiles were put back in place with a strong adhesive and all possible leaks sealed. After the initial task was completed the rest of the roof was inspected at my request. Since I live near a golf course, they found about 6 other tiles that had been broken and slid downward leaving an opening to the exposed underlayment. All these were repaired as well. The work was completed in a timely manner on the date and time scheduled and at the low end of the price range quoted. The original estimate was for $1200 if underlayment had to be replaced and $1000 if not. I was very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend Mr. Lemke and his company any time. I plan to use him in any future roofing needs.

Outstanding. Klaus was a pleasure to deal with from our first meeting for the estimate to the day that he came for the final inspection and payment. I felt that he offered us the best deal he could possibly give us. I also felt that he was truthful and trustworthy and the quality of work, clean up and punctuality exceeded our expectations. His crew was respectful and efficient. I was also impressed with the respect with which they treated each other. I obtained two other estimates prior to making a decision and I am so happy that I decided to have All Bay Roofing do the job! I would recommend this company to family and friends.
