Contractor started on the date indicated. All work was performed quickly and professionally. Job was completed on the anticipated date even though we had two rain delays. Clean up was complete and timely. Very satisfied with company's performance.

The price was the lowest of all estimates I received. They did a great job and I have a nice looking new roof.

The men at All Bay Rofing came to our home and the worked steady doing a very completed job. they explained to my husband what they were doing, answered any questions he had. they didn't mind my husband up on the roof with them. Mr Lemke came on the job and check the work done. We are pleased with All Bay Roofing

He was great. Everything went fine. He came out and set it up. He told me some things to temporarily keep it going and then he fixed the roof. So it was satisfying. The pricing seemed fine to me. I didn’t do anything big and so the price was fine to me. He was good in terms of friendliness and professionalism. He was definitely good. He was great. I highly recommend him. He was really great. The price was based on what he did. I will definitely use his services again in the future.

He was able to determine exactly where the leak was occurring. The men that came to fix were on time, fixed both places, and were gone before I knew it. We've had a couple of rain storms and so far so good.

They did as they said they would do and gave a great warranty for the job. They followed up to check if everything was fine and also gave me suggestions, as to deal with small hurdles. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

I talked to Mr. Lemke at the end of July, 2011. He said he was going to come Monday, August 1st at 2 p.m. He never came. I called on the 2nd, and he said he had called us because he was late, but he never left a message! If I had not called him, he could not have even called to appologize, or set an appointment. Only when I called him he asked me if I wanted to set another appointment. Obviously, we don't want to have anything to do with people who from the beginning show very little interest and respect for a possible customer!

The job went smoothly and the cleanup afterward was immaculate. Took 3 days to complete with minor delays for rain (for which they were prepared with tarps) and awaiting county inspectors. Looks great. Professional, efficient, pleasant, easy to reach. Very pleased with the entire process.

They were very professional and very nice. They were a little long-winded. We considered them because their price was a little less but they were not doing the same job that we got done. They were covering up an existing roof with a new metal roof instead of removing all of the existing roof. That's why we chose to go with someone else. We would possibly consider them in the future.

My request for an estimate was responded to promptly and efficiently by Mr.Lemke. He presented a clear and concise outline of the work which needed to be done. He described the procedure, showed me samples of materials and answered all of my questions. Pictures of previous jobs, copies of all licenses, and letters of recommendation were provided. The work was begun and completed in a timely manner, Mr Lemke was at my home each day to supervise his crew and to insure that his high standards of workmanship were met. Upon completion, they cleaned up and removed all the telltale signs of ever having been here (Except, of course, for the beautiful new roof!) I could not have been more pleased with the outcome of this project. It is my intention to recommend All Bay Roofing to anyone who may benefit from this service.

Located All Bay Roofing in Angie's List and called for repair estimate. I was given a an estimate that was the best of two other estimates that I had received. Told them to conduct the repairs and they accomodated us as soon as they could. Repair was completed and they left the work area in better cleaned condition than before repair. Great work and very reasonable.

From the demolishing of our 20 year old tile roof to the beautiful finished product, my husband and I were very pleased with All-Bay Roofing, Inc. During the aproximate 5 days this project took to complete, we frequently saw the owner, Kaus Lemke. He was very congenial and professional, willing to take time to answer all of our questions. Our Decra metal roof, replicating the old shake-type roofing, is the first in our neighborhood, so it generated quite a bit of interest as people passed by to watch the progression. Everyone was quite impressed with the aesthetic quality of our new roof. All of the workers were very polite, frequently smiling and laughing during the process. They also cleaned up 99.9% of all roofing nails and debris. The end result is a beautiful Decra metal shake roof that also has a great warranty by a very reputable roofing company. Although we don't anticipate needing another replacement roof in our lifetime, my husband and I would certainly recommend All-Bay Roofing, Inc. for any roofing project, no matter how big or small!

Klaus, the owner, came out and assessed the roof to give a good estimate. He explained the process in simple terms, explained the use of one material vs. the other, and showed us photos that showed the process and finished roof. Our roof had a big hole/leak in the master bedroom, as well as humidity problems in the fireplace. Everything was done in two days; very quick!

I thought they provided excellent service. The owner added a personal touch by coming out with his crew and coming back through to address it. His price was great and when I did some comparisons I decided he was a great deal. They did what they said they were going to do and they didn?t leave a mess. I am most concerned about a service provider?s qualifications and I check backgrounds and references. I recommend him.

We are extremely pleased with our new roof and the whole job done by All-Bay Roofing. Klaus was very helpful in selecting the right product to meet our goals. He was in contact with us frequently to confirm start date. He estimated it would take two to three days to complete the work, it took three days. His crew was punctual!!! They started early, around 7:00AM and worked until around 4:00PM. Each day they would clean the area, sweep for nails, and left our lawn and driveway clean. Klaus coordinated everything including the required building code inspections. Also Klaus was here every day to inspect the work himself. He took pictures of the process in case we needed them for our insurance company. After the roof was complete, he gave us a form to file with our insurance company. And here's the best part, we got over $1500 off our home owner's insurance because of the new roof and the secondary water barrier! Would I recommend Klaus Lemke and All-Bay Roofing to my friends? ABSOLUTELY YES!!!

Excellent. On top of the repair they also did a full inspection of the roof looking for exposed nails to chaulk and making sure the roof vents were water tight.
