Description of Work: We had a leak in our roof that we had had "fixed" twice but the roof still leaked. Mr. Lemke worked well into the evening to find the leak, which was actually coming through cracked chimney bricks. He fixed the leak, replaced the chimney, and was prepared to lose money on a project far more complicated than anyone could have anticipated. So, we tried to make sure he didn't. He was great and I am so glad I have finally found a terrific roofer.

Description of Work: Repaired small leak in metal roof over sunroom. Since it was minor, Mr. Lemke charged me nothing. No more leakage!!

Description of Work: Klaus and his team very proffessional from the bidding through the final completion. They did a re-roof on my home completing the job in only 2 days. His crew worked diligantly and tirelesly, doing an incredible job. Cleanup was as if thy were never there. Great care was taken to ensure that there was not one leaf in the gardens out of place or a nail on the ground. I would highly recommend Klaus and will use him again for any of my roofing needs.

Description of Work: I called All Bay for an estimate told them I was concerned as I had a leaking roof & would appreciate someone getting back to me to schedule appt. to receive estimate. I called this company several times & ONLY because of there rating on Angie's List but to no avail I was never able to get an estimate & the only person I had contact with was receptionist who apologized for not getting a response & she assured me that she would contact estimator on my behalf & have him call me back immediately & nothing! I even mentioned that I recieved All Bay's information on Angie's List & that seemed to make no difference. I would never use this company if they can't return a simple phone call then they do not deserve my business. In fairness to All Bay I do realize that "rainy season" is an extremely busy time for them & yes, they do get alot of phone calls about leaking roofs at this time of year. After all, this is when most homeowners find out they have leaking roofs due to the amount of rain florida gets. However, some effort on there part should be expected especially if they get such great ratings from Angie's List.
