Frank was on time, was very courteous and prompt.

It went great. Franky was very punctual and extremely professional. The quality of the work could not have been better. Definitely recommend him for any type of job, and will use him again in the future.

Everything went very well. I called them and explained my situation and a guy from the company came over and he was on time when he said that he was going to be here. He fixed what was needed to be fixed. I would grade him A- overall and the only minus was that he was probably not here longer than 20 minutes to do what he needed to do and it was still a $160 bill. The price was kind of high.

It went very well. He was on time and he did some preventive work. I knew I needed something done but I wasn't sure what and he told me what he identified, took care of the problem and charged a fair price.

Franky arrived on time, introducing himself with his card. Very professional, courteous and worked in a timely manner. He cleaned up after he finished assembling and hanging three large light fixtures. Would definitely refer and hire again. If you are a working professional, I would not hesitate to have Franky come in to work while you are gone. Very trustworthy.

It went great. Franky was great. I left all the stuff on the counter and put an 'X' on the ceiling where I wanted the light. I was not home but he did the whole job and cleaned up perfectly afterwards like nothing had happened. He was perfect and his price was reasonable although I never met him. He left the place as though there was nothing that was done.

Frank and Jeff arrived within the time scheduled. Did all the work requested. Explained what he was doing and had done. Went above and beyond any electrician I used before by dusting the new light fixture, cleaning the globes and ensured all globes were on evenly. Frank even swept up the little debris from packing that was on the floor. I had concerns because a previous electrician had mislabeled my electrical box so he went through the entire box and made sure it was labeled correctly. Now if I turn off the stove, the stove turns off! They were polite, friendly and professional. Obviously knew exactly what they were doing and did the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend and use in the future.

Frank came out to do the work himself and it was evident that he knows his stuff. There wasn't any job I had that he couldn't do. This was a part of our bathroom remodeling and he volunteered to come back after the remodeling was completed to hang the new lights at no extra charge.

Excellent work and professionalism

When Frank say's he's coming, he'll be there. I appreciate that he always answers the phone when you call. He is very professional, leaves a statement of services and I never feel that he rushes "our jobs". He is also very neat within his work space and respectful of his clients homes. When you hire Franky's you know it will be done right!

Frank did an excellent job. I have an old house and everything that I needed done ended up being more complicated than expected due to poor work by previous contractors that you couldn't see until you open up the wall. Frank was able to troubleshoot and solve all of the problems on the fly. He is professional, fast, detail oriented, and very experienced. He is a master electrician and his hourly rates reflect that ($125 for first hour), but the work he can do in one hour takes other electricians three. I'm an eternal bargain hunter, but in this case he is well worth the fee. When Frank leaves your home you will be confident the work is done correctly.

In an earlier review we had stated that we would hire Franky's Electric again. We did in fact, do just that! His work was on time, well done, and he did an excellent job cleaning up the mess of the work. Again, we can not say enough good and would recommend him to anyone needing electrical work.

I first called Tuesday afternoon, Frank was out the next morning (Wed) to look over the job make suggestions and gave me a price,. The next morning (Thursday) One of his men, Brandon, showed up and did the work. Everybody was very professional in their manner and work, by the end of the day Brandon had spotted a few extra things and took care of them. Frank came by when the job was done to make sure everything was addressed and that we were satisfied, which we were. Even with the extra things that Brandon fixed the final bill was what was originally quoted,

Called before arriving on time. Provided the service I required. Informed me that I should probably have a different kind of fan and why. It made sense but decided to put up the one I had purchased in the meantime. Fixed the switch for the outside light. Checked and determined that the other flickering light was due to a faulty remote. Did not try to sell me extra service or items. Did work efficiently and effectively. Was very polite. Cleaned up after himself. I would use him again. I would highly recommend him for your household repairs or installation.

I literally had a laundry list of things needing done when I contacted Frank. My initial contact was via email and he called me later that night after normal business hours. I called him the next morning with the list of things needing to be done and he and his son were at my house within the hour. I showed him all the work that was needed and they got to work on it immediately. I was truly impressed. I even added things to the list while they were here and was told "no problem". I would, and will be, using Franky's Electric again and highly recommend him.

Frank was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. His rate for the first hour was $125; that seems high, but I am not familiar with what the going rate for electricians is.

From the time I first called to schedule his help Frank was courteous and responsive. He came with all the tools and materials he needed to get the job done. I feel he took the right amount of time to do the job without cutting corners. He showed me the work and it looked good and proper. He left the work areas neat. Very professional! I will be happy to use and recommend him for future electrical work.
