Mr. Colburn was extremely responsive to calls, text, and emails. He answered all requests himself, which is amazing. He analyzed the problem, offered professional advice, and a cost effective plan of action. Just as important, he kept to his word on timing and scheduling - he was always on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do. I will use again for sure and highly recommend for any of your electrical needs - small, medium, or large.

Frank and his son were AMAZING! I needed five fans installed, which I previously purchased. I made an appointment with Frank, who I spoke with personally on the phone. He was running early and called to make sure I was good with an early arrival. He and his son worked quickly around the house and managed to install all 5 fans in about an hour. They even showed me how the remotes worked for the new fans and made sure I knew which switches control the fans. Overall an AWESOME experience and I would definitely hire them again.

Installs went excellent. He had to replace one of the outlet switches as I bought a fan with the lights and my old one didn't have that. And with the other fan he had to go up in the attic and put in a new anchor box as the other one had fallen down a bit.

Frank and Frank were able to provide an estimate on the phone for work installing lights in our house. We had them install two sets of track lights, a closet light, and two bathroom vanity lights. They called when they were on their way over for the scheduled appointment time. They were respectful of our house while doing the work and minimized the drywall damage needed to do the install, making sure we were ok with the choices for the install. They cleaned up after the work was performed. The price was good and matched what they had promised. I would definitely use them again.

Arrived on time, showed me some damaged circuits in the old box from 1986 and recommended to be replaced, and fixed an out door light free of charge. Installed generator hookup as planned. Very professional son and father team, would definitely hire again.

They arrived right on time, their work was high quality and fast, and they cleaned up every spec of dust after they finished. Everything was done professionally, quickly, and on budget! We will definitely have more work for them in the future!

I put in for quotes through Angie's List and it said 4 vendors would give me quotes. 2 called right away. Frankies did not. I waited over the weekend and followed up on Monday. When I talked to Frank and told him about the work he gave me an "off the cuff" quote of $675 for the coach lights. That seemed outrageous to me, and he said he would give me a quote on the rest when he came out to do the coach lights. I think giving a high quote like that is un-professional. So, I said NO, I want a quote on the whole job, and then I will decide if we go ahead or not. He said he could not come out and give me a free quote - it would be $125 for a quote. WHAT? Who ever heard of such a thing? Everybody knows you should get 3 quotes and select the best. This guy is unprofessional and I think Angies list should stop sending him quotes as he obviously doesn't need the work. The man I spoke to was Frank, but at one point he said l"let me go ask my Dad", so i assume I was speaking to Frank Jr. His quote was very high, so low marks on price. His attitude was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

ISSUE RESOLVED , REPLACED THE GFCI UNIT AND LOCATED A "LOOSE" WIRE ON THE GFCI CIRCUIT

He clearly explained the problems and the fix. One if the issues really was not a problem. The home inspector did not seem to be fully knowledgeable about the electrical service and Frank provided the proof that all was according to code.

I scheduled an appointment; took the day off and he NEVER showed. Then lied about attempting to leave a voicemail on my cell phone. Based upon this conduct I have no interest in using this business.
