Two people came out to do the work. It's a family owned company, so it was just Franky and his son.

They did what needed to be done and they didn’t act add extra things that weren’t needed. They were pretty reliable and pretty straight forward.

While switching out a bathroom lighting fixture, I discovered that 2 of the electrical plates were very off-center and the builder-installed fixtures had been rigged to be centered. I had Frank correct the problem and he managed to do so even with pipes in the way. I had drywall people scheduled to come out but he even put in drywall pieces to fill the holes and the drywall company only needed to patch over. Frank and his son were very nice and professional and even asked if they cleaned up after themselves to my satisfaction. I have had them come out again since and the experience was just a good. I have definitely found my go-to guy for all future electrical needs.

Everything went smoothly. Mr. Colburn (owner) arrived at the agreed upon time with his helper. The work was completed in a timely manner. There was a small amount of extra labor needed for one of the flood lights to install a more secure mounting base, which had been a problem with the old light. He informed me prior to the work being done and I agreed. I will certainly hire Franky's Electric for my future electrical needs.

Frank showed up on time and within a hour, had my problem resolved. It turned out one of my light fixtures on that circuit was shorting out. Before he left, Frank even swept the areas where he had been working. He was very pleasant and professional. Very well done. I was totally satisfied with this service call. I will call him again and would recommend him to everyone. This is an A rating down the line.

Frankly was wonderful. Called day before and he arrived next morning at 9:00 am. Frankly also repaired 10 year old problem with light and ceiling fan in kitchen. I was so impressed. I will be calling him back to fix other electrical situations. Very professional and knowledgable. Great service!

It was all very easy. I called and spoke with Franky. He said that he could be out the next day around noon and was there when he said. He gave a call to let me know he was coming. The work was done quickly and professionally. The electrician was friendly and made sure everything worked properly.

It went great. Frank and his son showed up to see what they needed, visited a parts supplier and then came back and installed everything. Very professional and he is now the electrician I will use for any future electrical needs.

I called Frank and he said he could be over within the hour. He arrived within 45 mins. removed the old outlet and had to increase the box size for the new outlet. The entire job took about 30 mins. and Frank was very professional.

Excellent. He showed up on time. Explained everything he was going to do. Gave me a dollar amount before starting and offered to install the fan. I hadn't bought the fan yet, so he told me to call him if I ran into trouble and he would help me over the phone. His service and professionalism are similar to years past when people really cared. You just don't find service like this anymore. Can't recommend him high enough.

Excellent service, separated out door bell from intercom system, installed transformers, living room floor outlets and ceiling fans in bedroom and den. Also installed new garage lights and cabling/outlet for new alarm panel.

.Frank got permits then fitted new inside and outside breaker boxes in preparation for installing central AC. He ran the power for the AC unit coming back to run the supply for the outside unit after it was installed. Was very concerned about the quality of work of his assistant and re-did a run that was not up to his requirements. Knew how to make difficult runs where there was limited access. Easy to work with.

I left a message asking for a call back for an estimate on June 30th. As of July 14th I have not received a call.

I was extremely pleased with Frank's work. I originally called him to install a new light fixture over the kitchen table and was quoted a price of $125. He arrived the next morning as scheduled and I asked him to also look at three additional light fixtures that I recently installed. As I expected, all three had to be removed and reinstalled. Frank and his son finished the entire project in about 90 minutes and left all three areas spotless. I will definitely use Franky's Electric again and will recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

It went real nice. He was able to work with me on the price is what stands out the most. When he was between other jobs he would come and work on my house. He cleaned up after himself every time.

Frank and helper removed two light fixtures and installed three new ones .

We called Frank to get an estimate on installing new outside garage lights for our home and fix other miscellaneous electrical issues. Frank and his assistant arrived on time and gave us a fair estimate on installing new lights we hadn't purchase yet. While here, he installed a new bathroom fixture (Frank brought with him) to replace a old faulty one, repaired the front door bell and repaired a tripping breaker. Since our new lights had not been ordered, Frank was great about not billing any charges until he finished the entire job. When our new lights came in, Frank returned to install them and added a dusk to dawn sensor that the lights did not have. The installation was more involved than if the lights had sensors built in, but Frank was great about explaining the installation every step of the way to avoid any confusion. I was very impressed with Frank's professionalism, the ease in contacting him on the phone, and punctuality. I will definitely use him again and will refer him to neighbors as the one to call for any electrical needs.

Frank & Wyatt arrived promptly and were very professional. The exterior fixture installation required a trip into the attic above my garage top troubleshoot a wiring issue. He was fast, neat, reliable & affordable. He was easy to reach for the initial call and prompt & courteous upon arrival. Highly recommend.
