We were very happy with the work. Frankie returned my phone call relatively quickly and got us on his schedule within a reasonable amount of time. We now consider Frankie’s Electric Inc. our go-to contractor for electrical work.

As promised on the website Frank picks up the phone when you call. He was informative and helpful right from the beginning and was able to finish the work on-budget and on-time. A+

Frank & Frank did a wonderful job. The project was more complicated than expected due to hidden structures inside the walls, but Frank charged us only what he had quoted to us. The hanging lamp turned out terrific, and the experience was completely smooth.

It went very well , they changed out the receptacles and installed to wall mount lights for no additional charge. Honest , Professional , Courteous, Cost effective. Will definitely hire them back for any future electrical projects. Thanks Guys!

Not good. Emailed several messages to service provider or couple week period, and spoke on the phone at least once about my needs. Service provider was supposed to come by home and provide estimate of work. Never called back or made service call to provide estimate.

Frank had to trace the problems and electrical gremlins - some were easy and some were a crazy needle in a haystack.

Outstanding service! Quick, professional, and fair price. Frank is a highly skilled electrician and genuinely tries to help the customer as best he can. Frank and his son came out the day after I called and fixed same-day. He even tried to help over phone before coming out. It was great doing business with Frank's electric!

I contacted Frankie on Wed 9/13 to get an estimate on some electrical work. He was fast to give me one and I booked an appointment for the following Wednesday. He told me that if he could fit me before then, he will let me know. The next day, he called me and told me he could come by. He arrived and did all the work in a timely manner. He was very personable and his pricing was excellent. I will definitely use him again.

Frank was a pleasure to work with! I scheduled an install of our generator transfer switch, and Frank was reliable, on-time and very professional. He gathered the necessary information from me ahead of the appointment so he had what he needed (minus a quick hardware run to accommodate our A/C addition). He seemed very trustworthy and was clear about pricing up front. I will keep his number handy and call him again if I need electrical work!

Fine, Frank came within hours of our call. He charged $125 and also checked both breaker boxes, but found no problems. ( Just got a recorded message from Duke Energy about interrupted service this morning due to a problem at a nearby station). My husband forgot to tell him we found him through Angie's list .

Franky's Electric was prompt, professional and pleasant during the discussion and active stages of my home electrical project. Franky (the owner) and his assistant (his son) came by for an initial estimate and reviewed several options before starting the project. They worked quickly and expertly as a team to complete the job, and they were pleasant and polite in the presence of my elderly mom and my children, who were watching them closely during the process.
