Description of Work: Needed an electrician so picked this one based on high reviews. Contacted TWICE (a week apart) through Angie's List and got no response at all. Either Angie's List is at fault or this company doesn't need the business. I'm surprised that someone with this high a rating would ignore me. (Again - I don't know if this is the fault of Angie's List or the company). The company has high ratings, BUT - I can't rate them if they don't return phone calls. So I moved on to another company

Description of Work: Mr. Willis came issuout himself just after I called. He was able to diagnosis the issue. Spoke with electrical company on the phone. Told them they needed to come out immediately due to safety issues with having no ground. They did and wires were fixed that night. Would highly recommend them. He knows his electricity!!

Description of Work: Had them install a 30 amp exterior outlet. They were fast efficient and very professional and quality service. I only wish it would have been more cost effective. The price was steep but they were the only ones that answered by messages and calls so they got the job.
