They did a great job, were very professional and completed the job when promised. Communication was very good written and verbal.

Great, Willis sent someone the same day (promised by end of day and met that), located the mistake, corrected the wiring hookup. Checked out the circuit breaker. Fair price (lower than I expected). First time I needed an electrician (19 years in this house) and was pleasantly surprised.

I called at about 10 am and asked we have someone come out today. The girl that answered the phone said that her techs are all in the field but will call and see if one will be available today. She called me back in about 20 minutes and said that a tech can be there between 3 and 4. Daniel arrived around 2:30 and found and fixed the problem promptly. He even went above and beyond and checked the attire for any kinks in the wiring.

Job took way too long. Sent a crew of 2 and it took 8 weeks. Put the wrong color electrical covers on the wall and were supposed to replace in 2 weeks. It has been 2 1/2 months. Used the yard as an ash tray. Has now been 6 months. Never came back to complete the job

They checked all of the wiring and electrical components and everything was in good working order. They said I would need a plumber to fix the problem. I've been using them for the past five years and they've always done good work.

orVery good experience with Willis Electric. The estimate was provided by Joe, and he explained all that would be involved to provide the greatest light for our large (over an acre) backyard. He explained that the top,back edge of the lanai would have 3 separate fixtures mounted and he would run the conduit in the most concealed fashion. We chose the halogen fixtures to allow for the brightest lighting possible in our setting. On the day of Installation, Electrician Luis and his assistant arrived promptly, and worked all day. I am so impressed with Luis that I will ask for him for my next project that I hire Willis Electric to do. (Which will be some front yard lighting soon) I did have to call Willis back b/c within the first week of using these lights, the light bulbs burned out quickly! It appeared to be faulty bulbs that came already installed within the fixtures. Willis Electric Repair Electrician Mark did a great and prompt job replacing with new bulbs and all works great now.

Joe came the next day after I called to do an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process for doing the electrical box replacement. I accepted the estimate and he said he would call when the permit was issued for them them to start. He called on Thursday and said they had the permit and they would be out on Friday. City electric came out to shut off our power and they began their work, Luis and Drew were the two electricians and they went straight to work. They started around 9:15 am and didn't leave until around 7 pm. They were very good and knowledgeable also and very friendly. When they completed their part they called for the inspector and he also came promptly, gave them the green light to go ahead and call electric company again to come out and turn electric back on. The electrical box took the whole day and they came back early Monday morning to complete the other tasks and finished by noon. I would highly recommend Willis Electric to anyone, they communicated well and everyone involved did outstanding work. I will call them again when needed in the future. Price was very fair.

I had used this provider before and they were very good. However, they never returned to finish more work I wanted done. They never called or came by. They just left me hanging. I learned subsequently that the owner had been ill and I guess things got mixed up during that time. I had a new problem recently and called other electrical companies and the wait time was at least two weeks! Plus I felt like I was just a cog in the wheel. So I decided to try Willis Electric again and was very pleased! The electrician was at my home, on time, the next day. He finished everything and checked out another ballast in the other bathroom - never complaining that it was past 5:00 p.m. I would definitely recommend this company and I plan to use Willis Electric in the future.

It went very well. The electrician arrived within the time parameters, was friendly and professional. He completed the work in a short amount of time, things were cleaned up, and I am very satisfied.

joThursday morning 4/23/2015 we were called at 8:43 am letting us know that the man was leaving the shop, stopping to get coffee and would be at our place at 9:30 am (the time we were told by Joe Barbes) that the serviceman would be scheduled) to perform the job. One hour later, when serviceman hadn't arrived, I called the shop and I was told that he had to stop at the distribution center to pick up supplies to do the job and sometimes it took awhile to get supplies. I asked why wasn't I told that during the first call and the reply was Ï did"guess you misunderstood me" I was not told that but no problem. Now it is almost 11:00 am and still no serviceman and because my husband and I had some other appointment to be at around 2pm and we were told this job would take 2- 212 hours to perform and we still didn't know when the serviceman would arrive, my husband called Joe and rescheduled the service call for today 4/24/2015. My husband asked would this be too soon and Joe said no, no problem and look on the bright side the serviceman would already have the necessary parts on his truck to perform the work and he will be at your house between 9-9:30 am. Great, no problem and we thanked him. Now, this morning we are thinking the serviceman will be here today on time as promised, instead I receive a phone call at 8:30 am from another serviceman saying he should be at our home in about an hour after he stops at the supply house to pick up the needed supplies he will need to perform the job. I say what? I find out he is a different serviceman so he needs to pick up more supplies. I tell my husband who is now not very happy about the entire situation so he calls the office and tells them to cancel the entire job. He tells the serviceman he is also going to be calling Joe Barbes and the serviceman tells him he is standing right beside him so he hands the phone to Joe and my husband says to Joe I am going to cancel out the job and all he has to say is okay Mr. Lush that's fine. WOW, I would think some form of an apology would have been in order or at least try and smooth things over and convince us to reschedule and to be sure the next time the serviceman would be fully prepared. Very, very disappointed and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Joe Barbes was such a nice guy too when he came to our house and I would never had expected this reaction from him. Sorry guys. I have been in business and I would never treat a customer the way we have been treated.

He did a great job and was very accommodating. I would definitely use him again.

i called and told them to fix a light in my kitchen and install two smoke alarms. They fixed the light but did not do the smoke alarm as I did not have a part needed for it. So I asked for a discount from the price they quoted as these work were not performed. They wanted $120 for fixing the light. In my opinion this is very pricey for a job that lasted for 10 minutes.

They were very good, very professional, and they did the job on time and on budget. They promptly came out after the call and gave me the estimate and I said okay to it, and then it was in a day or so that they were out to do the work.

Arrived on time. Performed service. Cleaned up all materials.

The work in the kitchen went very well and is nicely done. I paid for, and Willis Electric was supposed to return to my home, to add a bulb to my existing ceiling fan in the living room. The electrician said the model was too old to convert and he wanted me to go buy the ceiling fan. I told him I wouldn't know which one to choose. I asked him to purchase the fan and that told him I would reimburse him for the new one when came back the next week to install it. He promised he would get the fan and return the next week. I never heard from him again. Over all, the electricians were very nice, competent and cleanly. My experience with Willis Electric was good - it would have been GREAT if the electrician had returned to finish the work. He didn't know it, but I intended to give him a nice tip for getting the ceiling fan for me.

The guys that did the work were very nice, respected our home and even gave our cats some loving. The work was done very well and I will definitely use them when future work is needed. Price was fair and work was done at agreed to price.

Had just moved into my new home and was very unfamiliar with these so call trip breakers that were in the plugs of our bathrooms. Couldn't figure out how they worked and didn't know where everything was. Called Wills and they were in the area and were there in about 5 minutes. They were the nicest guys, new exactly what was wrong and replaced the breaker. I am now thinking about calling them again about installing a light and an inside switch for my backyard. Would definite recommend.

I waited around all day and nobody ever showed up or even bothered to call. I called the Willis Electric Ocala office at 4:30pm and the woman who answered the phone told me she would call her serviceman and ask him to call me. I never received a call and nobody ever sowed up. They wasted my entire day for nothing, I can't believe this company can stay in business when this is how they treat customers. I have a lot of work I need done but I will call another electrician, hopefully the next one has the decency to show up or at least call to cancel.

Was prompt, efficient and careful. Cleaned up after work. Explained what he was doing and did all that we needed without any issues.

They showed up timely and were both professional and pleasant. They went right to work, completed all work expeditiously. They cleaned up after their work; left everything working well and tidy. They were very polite and professional. I WILL use them again. Highly recommend them both for price and quality.

3 MEN SPENT A DAY AND A HALF SEARCHING FOR 2 PROPERTIES FOR THE BREAK IN THE ELECTRIC TO THE WELL. NOT ONLY DID THEY SEARCH. THEY DUG, IN THE HEAT. I WORK NIGHTS, THEY ALLOWED ME TO SLEEP AS UNITERRUPTED AS POSSIBLE. WHICH WAS DIFFICULT AS MY BREAKER BOX IS JUST INSIDE THE FRONT DOOR. THEY ALSO FIXED A COUPLE OF OTHER MINOR ISSUES TO THEM, MAJOR TO ME ie: DRYER OUTLET WAS NOT STABILIZED- THEY FIXED IT. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL, KIND TO MY DOGS, AND MYSELF. WILL USE THEM AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION. I ALSO REFERRED THEM TO A FRIEND, AND SHE AGREED- AWESOME.

It went very well. The guy that gave the estimate told me there would be three guys on the job, but only two ever worked. It took an extra four days to do the job. I was staying in a hotel because of the work, and had to stay over additional time. When I contacted the owner, he deducted my extra hotel time from the bill. They were very good to work with. All in all they did a fantastic job and everything in my home has been brought up to code. The head foreman Chris is an excellent electrician and really knows his stuff. Dillon also knew what he was doing and did great, they worked well together.
