My husband and I were blown away by the professionalism and thoroughness of these gentlemen. They were at the house when we arrived, inspecting the roof. Once we all gained admittance, Christian and Patrick set to work. They told us to feel free to interrupt them at any time with our questions. They were courteous and helpful in explaining things. I don't anticipate moving again, but if I do I will call USA Home Inspections and ask for these two gentlemen.

Can we say 'THOROUGH'! Outstanding service and professionalism! They were already there when I arrived and the inspection on the roof already completed. Christian and Joel's inspection was very detailed and complete. Christian took the time to review each of the issues with me and answered any questions I had. If I am ever in need of another home inspection, I would definitely use them again!

Very professional and punctual

Chris was very punctual and met the selling agent at the home. I am 1750 miles away so I was relying heavily on his inspection. It came promptly and the report was very thorough. I was able to determine all of the defects in the home and have decided to not purchase the home. I am contracting on another home in the same neighborhood and I will defiantly call Chris! I was very pleased with the service he provided.

Joel and Patrick arrived on time and thoroughly inspected house from top to bottom. These gentlement knew their business. Were friendly and personable and took all the time needed to do the job properly.

We called USA Home Inspections again in 2 to 3 weeks to help us inspect another home. We didn't buy the first home they inspected for us , and due things that were found it was not the right home for us. Jeremy and "Coach" came out to help us on Feb. 14th in the afternoon, they were very professional, nice people. They answered all out questions and as always very knowledgeable about the work. We were very please with the inspection and it was finished in a timely manner. I would recommend this company and Jeremy /Coach to anyone needing a inspect. They are always on time and make you feel they are there for your best interest.

Chris and Curtis were already at the property location before we arrived and had already inspected a lot of the roof and other external features . When our agent arrived, they started their inside work. I can tell you, they went over the house with a "fine tooth comb". HVAC, appliances, plumbing, floors, drains, all baths , windows, doors and attic+ insulation and all things that are supposed to work in a home were inspected and investigated by this company. The men spent three hours+ with the thorough inspection then went over their findings verbally with us , then handed us a hard-copy of the findings in a binder----a very nice thing, I highly recommend USA Home Inspections with Chris & Curtis, and will use them again. Not only, were they knowledgeable, and efficient, but friendly too----- We appreciated all their help and advice being new to this city. A great company, who take pride in their work.

A great job inspecting a house that I am looking to purchase. The inspector was very nice and was happy to go over my inspection report with me at the end of his work. I would recommend them to anyone!

Appointment was able to be set right away and they were able to explain what they were going to do. Good Communication. Arrived on time and very polite. Quick and simple. They emailed report to myself and insurance agent on the same day as inspection with pictures.

2 very efficient inspectors were there already when I arrived at the appointed time. The realtor was late but they started on the outside. They checked the home inside and out and did extras like wind litigation rating. I have bought many homes and these guys were the most personable, thorough and efficient I have ever worked with.

I would use them again and recommend them as well. Chris came to the house early and got started right away. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing and what he was finding during the process. They have their computer system set up to write up your report and have it print (full report with pictures) on site. You don't have to wait for the report. They print it out and go over it with you right at your house. They also send it to you online. The price is on the lower end for what I found in Jacksonville. Full House inspection with WDO was $400, Wind mitigation report was $50.

USA Home Inspections did very good. They were prompt and fast. Their price was fair.

They arrived at the exact appointment time.. They were there longer than I thought they would be, but that is because they were very thourogh with the inspections. They gave me a very detailed report of their findings. They also found some issues that another home inspector missed a few weeks earlier. Very professional, Would use them again, and recommend them to anyone.

The service we received exceeded our expectations! Chris fit us into his busy schedule with just a few days notice in order for us to be able to comply with the date we agreed to have inspections completed in our contract. He arrived early, did an extremely thorough inspection, and provided us with a very professional, detailed report complete with photos, descriptions, and suggested repairs. The report was reviewed with us, printed, bound, and ready for us to take home at the end of the inspection. We felt completely confident about our purchse decision by the time we left that day.
