Description of Work: I hired them to service my air conditioner.When the technician examined the outside unit he determined that it needed extensive repair. He recommended replacing the unit since it was 12 years old. He sent me pictures of the unit and also spoke to me directly from the house on the phone. (I am in NY) He indicated that he could replace all the parts but that it made more sense to just upgrade with a new unit. I agreed and they were back in a few days to replace the unit with a new higher efficiency unit. They even applied a govt. rebate to the cost of the unit. I was very happy with their service especially since I had to do all this from NY.
