I originally received a quote for an older model which the rep corrected. I asked them to requote and meet the price of a competitors quote and they said they would get back to me. It never happened and I went with the competitor. I do useSun Kool for AC maintenance and am happy with their service.

Speedy repair and professional service. Showed up the same day we called and sooner than the time we were scheduled for. Thank goodness, we were out of air conditioning in 95 degree weather.

A number of years ago, on a very hot weekend; something went wrong with our AC. They came out right away on a Saturday to fix it. They are reliable, good pricing, and know what they're talking about.

The temps outside were in the 80's at night and inside the house become 86. A part had to be ordered and they came back the next day, more error codes came up. After a week of temps in the 90's during the day, and 80's at night the AC was fixed by Sun Kool. Even when the repair became complicated Larry Morrison stuck with it and made it right.

Scott arrived right on time. He spent a long time checking out our unit inside and outside. Explained everything he did and did find a cap leaking at the seal which he recommended we have fixed right away. Since we have a contract for repairs with another company we called them, they came confirmed the problem that Scott found and fixed it. I was very impressed with Scott and the time he took checking out everything. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them very highly.

They charged me more than the $49 big deal. They came out and put a motor in my air conditioner. I am still paying the balance off. They did good work. I did think they were a little bit high. They were too high, so I would find someone cheaper.

The service man David, arrived about 1 1/2 hours after they said he would, but was very professional and courteous. Seemed efficient and did the repair in a very reasonable amount of time. Got our air back on the same day. Hooray as we were getting pretty warm. I would say it went very well. A sales person arrived shortly after to sell us a new air conditioner. Ours is only 10 years old. As a long time Florida resident (almost 50 years) I have had an air conditioner last 23 years. We are very senior, Mid 80's and late 70's so we felt ok with saying no . He however did not pressure us. But did say ours was only meant to last 8 to 10 years. Why would anyone make one programed to die in such a short time?.

Timely, friendly and competent service.

Technician Shawn St. Lawrence arrived promptly and was courteous and professional. Shawn cleaned our heating unit so that it looked brand new (and it's 9 years old) as well as completed other maintenance checks on our ac/heating system. We were pleased with the overall quality and professionalism of Sun Kool. We plan to call on Sun Kool for yearly maintenance from now on and for any problems that arise with our hvac system. This is a reputable and reliable company. We thank them for their fine service.

They came out to check my system because I was not getting any heat to come out. They discovered that I needed a new furnace, and that I had a slow freon leak, and that it caused the compressor to weaken. They are coming out to install a new one for me next week. He was very nice and pleasant, as well as honest.

Man arrived early. He seemed to know what he was doing. Explained several things. I'm happy with service.

as I said he was efficient, on time and answered any questions I had without issue. since I am NOT an air conditioning and heating person I have to assume he did a good job. I will continue with them as long asmy system hold up until next cleaning and overhaul as well as inspectionthat will be performed! I'm representative explained everything he did and I have no reason to believe he didn't do it.

Diagnosed and fixed promptly.

I worked with them several times and never had a good experience. They kicked a hole in the door that leads to the attic in the ceiling. When I pointed it out that they needed to fix it, they fixed it by adding silver duct tape. On one occurrence in the winter, they came out to service my heating and air conditioning unit and they reversed the wires and would blow cold air when I turned on the heat. I called them that evening when it was blowing cold air and they told me I would have to pay an additional service fee even though they were just there that day and they were the reason for the issue. I even had paid extra for a 10 year warranty. After they installed the Air Conditioner unit, it smelled so bad and they said that I must have mold, even though I have never had that smell before. I contacted another company to find out what it was and they advised my to get the coils replaced. Once Sun Kool replaced the coils, the smell went away. I paid a lot of money and my house remains humid. I called them dozens of times and they never found a resolution.

It was a hot day today. The call was made in the late afternoon for service to be completed on our AC unit. The man came out within an hour of my husband calling. He came out, checked the unit, and fixed the capacitor in no time. He was friendly and did not try to sell us a bunch of other stuff with it. He mentioned that someone could come out and check maintenance on it for $75 which I thought was reasonable.

Everything was fine. The property is not where we live but they called when they were going to be there so we knew exactly when to head over our property. They’re very reliable and prompt the fact that we didn’t reside at that address. We got there card on file.

The experience was very good. I actually tried a couple of other companies so I now have them on an annual contract to take care of my stuff in the spring and fall. With the contract, they give me a coupon to use for parts and stuff like that. With the discounted coupon I only had to pay $28 to replace that filter. I have been very pleased with them. They are reasonable. I shopped around before I picked them and I would recommend them to anyone. The price is very competitive. They have never tried to sell me anything that didn't need to be done. Someone tried to do that once and I got them in and they said that I didn't need to do that.

It has been fine. We have a normal contract with them and they come out twice a year. We are members of the Kool club so we are given priority over the others if there is something wrong. The price is fine.

They've always been pretty good. We have used them for the last several years. They have all been very knowledgeable.

It has been okay. I don't know much about the price.

Their service is fine and they are good. I have never had any work done. They just come out and check my air conditioner. Their pricing is reasonable but I do not know any other companies that have cheaper prices because I have just always used them. The quality of their work is also very good.

I have them for quite a few years and they are very very good. If you have any problems, they come right away. What stands out about them is the service they do, the fact that my air conditioning goes out which happens a couple of years ago, I don’t have to wait 3 days. A lot of this service companies they don’t come right away. In this 95 degree weather, you are dying in the house, you put the fan on but it doesn’t help. With Sun Kool, they come right away. It was very good.

They are very good. They are very professional. They know what they are doing.

The last capacitor is holding up. Price-wise they're inline with other heating and air conditioning places. The price was outrageous. It was $150 or something for a capacitor. It's a pretty good-sized company. They have a lot of trucks and a lot of people. They gave me a Mexican made capacitor. For that kind of money I think I'd get one made here in US. They were right here on time.
