Description of Work: I originally called because my A/C system had backed up and water was leaking all over the garage. They came out the same day and resolved the problem quickly and effectively. | |My AC / Gas Furnace system was 35 years old - very inefficient and on its last legs. I knew it needed to be replaced when the home was purchased over 5 years ago but had been trying to get just a little more use out of it before bitting the bullet for a new one. | |I spoke to the rep about getting a new system - please note ... even though the old system was pretty much shot - he was not pushy about replacing the unit - the idea to discuss that was purely mine - he gave me information - not pressure to replace and made me completely comfortable with the process. | |I signed a contract for a 16 seer Goodman system and they were out the following week to install. The two young gentlemen that installed the unit couldn't have been more professional, respectful and personable - they were great .... And did a really terrific job. Their supervisor came out the following day to finish up the gas vent (they didn't have one of the parts needed) and he too was absolutely terrific. They called in the inspection to the building department - it passed no problem. The inspector even mentioned how good the job looked. | |I have them coming out tomorrow to clean all my vents and duct work and I'm sure I'll be pleased with their work again. Based on my experience thus far I will definitely continue to use and recommend their services. | |Thank for a job well done !! |
