Description of Work: I purchased the Deal and I never heard from him and he didn’t show for the appointment. When I did get in contact with him he wanted to honor it but he couldn’t accommodate my scheduling needs. The impression I got from my phone conversation with him was any additional needed work would be verbally communicated only .

Description of Work: Did a great job. Took 2 days to complete. Material was top notch. Very pleased. Don't forget all large roofing companies have many crews working for them. One of my neighbors had a crew that was not so good, but the shoddy work was corrected.

Description of Work: Called for a quote for my roof. Left a message on an automated system for them to return my phone call. I never received a return phone call from them at all. Not very responsive. They may do good work but unfortunately I will never know. I don't feel that I need to chase down a company to provide them money for a service. They are plenty of other companies that want and or need the business. After 5 days I contacted someone else who called back within 5 hours and completed the job within my schedule

Description of Work: On first arrival for estimate, employee was very professional and explained several things to me in a friendly way. I have roofing experience, so he explained things to me (product, job description, finances) in a way that I could relate. I only gave "Price" a "C" rating since his estimate was same as other estimates given by other companies therefore was "average". |Workers arrived and were very professional and courteous. Overall job took about 3-4 days, which I expected. They cleaned up the area pretty good, but still finding a nail or two around the house. (wish I had a metal detector!). Overall I was very pleased with the estimate, explanations of service to be rendered and professionalism of the workers themselves. I would use them again or recommend them to anyone else.
