I called and talked with Jen on the phone in the morning and she called me back within the hour to say they had an opening the same day, later in the afternoon. She gave me a 1 hour window and Ron and his helper showed up on time and did the work quickly and it was even raining. Both sliding glass doors now glide with no effort. I would definitely use them again! Thank You!

From making the appt with Jennifer to the timely reminder call, to the courteous, professional service, these people were 5 stars, and AAA+++. Cost included several new cranks and a hard to find part. Ron really saved me thousands by not having to replace my old windows; they all work beautifully. Very grateful for a splendid job.

Excellent from start to finish. Ron is a 1st class professional. Its very rare that the owner comes out for the estimate, gets back to you in a timely matter, then is the one to do the installation. I wish all contractors operated as he does. Worth the price of the yearly membership on Angie's list to find just one company like RC. Will definitely will use in future.

I left a voice mail for R C Windows & Doors explaining that I needed a quote to repair my sliding doors, Jen called me back prompt but I missed her call. I was very surprised on how patient and persistent she was in trying to reach me as we kept missing each others call. Then when we finally got to talk she was very nice and scheduled for Ron to come check my doors next day. He arrived very prompt and after checking all the doors he was very honest to tell me that that was nothing wrong with them, and he gave me a few tips on some small problems I had that I could solve myself. I was very pleased with his honesty.

Our sliding glass doors and kitchen window were difficult to open and close, RC Windows and Doors repaired each quickly and to our great satisfaction. The workmen arrived punctually, made the repairs quickly and cleaned up after them selves. Almost a year later, the doors and window still open quietly and easily. We remain satisfied with the work.

Ron and helper arrived on time (as usual) took great care putting down drop cloths went right to work and delivered a silent sliding door. We can no longer hear the patio air conditioner and when you close the door you can do it with one finger also the set included a screen door. Absolutely great job and I intend to use Ron & company again.

Our windows were leaking water into our living room (wet drywall, baseboard, floor, etc.). We then contacted R C Windows & Doors and spoke with Jenn who was very nice. I explained what needed to be done and she gave me an estimate, and let me know what to expect when Ron arrived on-site. Ron and Dean showed up to tackle job and they were both very professional. I showed Ron the work I had discussed with Jenn and he explained to me why I was experiencing the leak issues and the probable history behind it which I genuinely appreciated. He then gave me an estimate for a new sliding screen door for $250, which I told him I would call him back for when the funds permitted. He also did me the courtesy of checking the remaining windows in the house to see if they were in need of attention, and informed me that they looked fine and did not need any work. The service call turned out great and I could not have expected it to go any better. Ron did not try to upsell me on anything, pointed out items that I may need take care in the future, and he and Dean were comfortable to have around. I highly recommend R C Windows & Doors and will definitely use them again for our future window and door needs!

After getting a quote over the phone, I made the appt. for later in the week. They called the day before to confirm the appt. The next day they showed up on time and went right to work replacing the rollers. They put a tarp down to protect the work area. While they were here they also worked on the screen slider which was great as that also didn't work to well. Without even asking they made sure everything was rolling correctly and smoothly at no extra charge! They were professional but also friendly, giving me info on how to keep them working well. The service call went very very well. I would definitely use them again or refer them to others!!!!!

Everything went smoothly and very professionally,from the first phone call to the final installation. The office of RC Windows was always available for updates and information. Questions were always answered , and phone calls returned. I always felt I had a responsible company behind me. The work was done as scheduled, workers arrived on time, and were always very nice and very professional. Ron, the owner, was on site at all times. The group worked constantly and never took a break until quitting time. I never had to clean up after each days work. Definitely a company I would work with again, and recommend to anyone.

They were absolutely great. We initially called them out to do a replacement on a roller of one of our sliding doors. While they were there we asked them to replace some screens that were torn as well. They also replaced the plastic lock of our sliding door and pushed it up a bit for us as we have three young kids in the house who will now not be able to reach it. They were on time, early actually, job was done quick and correctly. Thank you so much for the great job!!

Extremely well! From the very cheerful scheduler to the professional work done by Ron. He fixed the door and even fixed the broken lock which was not on the original request. He was on time, courteous, efficient and the door finally works well. The price was very reasonable.

They were very friendly and professional and they were on time. The cost of this service was $306.While Ron was at my home, my sliding door needed new rollers, so we set up a subsequent visit to repair the door. The cost of this service was $150. Again, on the subsequent visit they were on time, they confirmed the visit before they came and completed the work to my satisfaction. I would definitely use them in the future.

Our experience with R C was great. The scheduling of our appointment was done promptly with confirmation the day before. They arrived on time and fixed our issues as well as gave us maintenance advice. We would definitely recommend their service.

Both Jennifer and Ron have outstanding customer service skills... It was a pleasant experience from the moment I called, all the way to the way through the end. They were always easy to reach (used phone and email), and answered every question I had. they charged me for the repair and it was done! Simple and painless.

Great company! I was given an estimate over the phone, after I answered 2 simple questions. The crew showed up on time, was courteous and professional. They did an excellent job of keeping my carpet and the window area clean. There were no hidden charges. I would most definitely use them again.

I would like to start off and compliment Ron, Jeff, and Jen. I had the pleasure of dealing with all three of them and they were all extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It started with Jen who set the appointment and rescheduled my appointment when I needed to. She gave me a very accurate price quote so I knew exactly what I was paying for (minus the screens) which was a tremendous help. She followed up and confirmed my appointment the day before. Ron and Jeff came out to my house to do the repairs and measure for the screens. They were right on time. All and all it took about an hour and 30 minutes to complete everything, and that was with me chewing their ears off and asking 20,000 questions. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. I have an issue near my front door with a water leak and although I didn't call them out here for this issue they were both kind enough and able to shed some valuable insight on how to identify the problem and possibly get it fixed. I felt the price was fair and honest. I called a few companies and found that a lot of companies do not even offer a repair service. I would absolutely 100% recommend RC Windows & Doors to anyone who needs just minor repairs or major work. I will definitely be using them again in the future when I need something done. I work in retail and know how hard it is to please some customers and how difficult it can be to deal with customers needs, wants, questions, etc... RC Windows & Doors is one of the best companies I've had the pleasure of working with and I hope this review will help anyone who is looking for a great company to do business with. Very professional and friendly. Gave me his credentials as soon as he walked into the door. His associate, Jeff, was also very courteous. The job took less than an hour to do. I also had them give me an estimate for new window screens which my husband feels is reasonable and fair, so I am using them again!!! The only thing I did not do is use my coupon which I forgot about. But, I'm sure he would have adjusted the price if I had mentioned the coupon.

They were just great. Ron and his wife, Jennifer, were very friendly and service oriented. Ron's assistant was courteous and professional. They were fantastic with communication, especially with the typical Boca Raton permit wait time. They showed up when they were supposed to, did all work as planned, and cleaned up afterward. There was one flaw in the glass in one of the doors (manufacturer defect -- not their fault), so they contacted the manufacturer, and when the replacement glass came in, they came right out and replaced it. We were very happy with their service and would absolutely recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

I called them because I saw them in the publication, and stated, "No need to replace, we can fix in most cases." They also had a coupon that applied to what I was needing done, I ended up saving $80.00. They replaced the balance rods in nine windows, and replaced some screens as well, even cleaned up around the windows to make them slide easier. They had excellent customer service, I spoke with them last week to schedule an appointment, they called yesterday to let me know they were coming this morning. They were on time and very neat and clean. They cleaned up all dust from repairs. They were very personable and knowledgable.

I called RC in a panic after we discovered window leaks in the middle of installing wood flooring. We couldn't move forward with the floors until the windows were fixed. I called RC on Tuesday afternoon and was fortunate enough to be able to get Ron out on Wednesday. He resealed the glass and caulk the outside for both of the problem windows and adjusted the locks on two doors that weren't closing properly all within 30 minutes. I would definitely use them again.

Overall went well. The door opens and closes much better now. I have pretty old original doors from 1980. So I am guessing are heavier than the new ones or that this was the best that they could do with them. I thought I would be able to move them with one finger like in the commericals , but it needs more of a slight nudge. I suppose you can only get this with the newer doors. But thats ok. Also didn't realize that reversing or switching the doors out means that the outside of one door would face in - so had to clean it a lot- but now looks fine. I would have liked to have been advised of this before they did it though. Luckily it was cleanable and didn't look older or more worn than the side that wasn't exposed to elements. Advise to others -wear gloves when cleaning. WD-40-which I used- wasn't recommended and it caused it to have a black oily gunk buildup like car motor oil. Disgusting cleanup. I had to use a toothbrush under and around nails to get all the black out. Now the window is clean and glistens without the scratch spot showing. Yey! That makes it look newer. Also had another room where I put a screen in - That one doesn't glide smoothly at all but I wasn't charged. I am also not sure if there was a hole in it previous to installing or if the 2nd worker did it as he wasn't as careful as I would have liked. 2nd worker was hammering out 1st door on the side of existing patio screen metal enclosure and might have scratched or dented if I hadn't have stopped him. He should have done that outside or on floor instead. Well now at least I have the option of opening door without bugs now even if it doesn't open easily. Also I got Angie's list $75 service fee coupon applied. It did seem a little pricey to me, but compared to the alternative- getting new doors - its inexpensive. $200 spent vs. $3000-5000 for just one set of doors! I was told new ones might need to be hurricane proof and a permit pulled if for more than one door a year done, so thats more of a hassle too. So overall satisfied.
