Excellent service. They arrived on time and were so helpful. I thought I would need to replace my door but they were able to repair it which saved me money. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent service. I thought that I would need to replace the entire sliding glass door as it got more and more difficult to open and close over time. They arrived on time, was very professional, and replaced the rollers on my door in under 30 minutes. Area was left clean and the price was great. Now my door slides smoothly! I will use them again for any future services I may need for doors and windows.

The work was performed in a timly manner and very professional. If anyone needs work done on their windows This is the ones to do it. He even fixed my front door for no charge and have decided to have them install our french doors

I called RC Windows & doors as we have used them previously to install a new door and to grease our sliding glass doors. I spoke to Ron on the phone and originally wanted him to come to repair the sliding door as it wasn't closing. I told Ron I know it probably was something stupid, but I didn't know how to fix it. Instead of just scheduling a service call, Ron was able to diagnose the problem (door was out of alignment) and he told me where the screw was located so I could correct the problem myself. With Ron's help I was able to fix the prblem and save moneu of myself and Ron;s time. I would definitely recommend highly recommend this company

Some stuff is real good and some not so much so. The workers were fine. The talked to me and told me what they were doing as they went along.

They did fine. It was more than $1000. I didn't compare the price. Responsiveness was very good. They were very good at communication for everything.

It was a very favorable experience. It was easy to schedule. There were no issues. It was a very good experience. I had no problems. They were responsive getting back to me to set up the appointment and they arrived on time when they said they were going to. It's an A on price because I compared. The guy was very professional. This was my first experience with them.

Pretty good but only took an hour and we pages 1100.00! I thought he would be there at least 3 hours for that price!

It went very well from the making of the appointment to the on time arrival of Ron, through completion of the service. Ron really knows what he is doing - had two sliding glass doors, 20 years old, sliding like new in less than an hour. Their prices are quite reasonable.

Replacements were done as expected. Mostly we were amazed at how much difference new rollers made on the sliding glass door. It now can be opened and closed with 1 finger. Impressive.

Ron was wonderful. He was fast and thorough, arrived on time, and completed work quickly. Pricing is very reasonable.
