Was a pleasure dealing with this company. My phone calls were returned promptly by Jen. Ron showed up on time and replaced the rollers on my sliding door as well as replaced the handle. Price was very reasonable. When entering and leaving my house, he noticed my front door did not close properly and ended up fixing it at no charge. This company is first class and I look forward to using them for other window/door repairs in the future.

Owners were very nice and I was able to grab a cancellation spot getting the door fixed the next day. Ron was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed up within his window and worked quickly and professionally. If I need any work in the future I will definitely use them and recommend them to anyone looking for this type of work.

I had used them once before to replace a kitchen window that was broken. Ron came out, they did a good job, quick, easy to deal with, so figured I'd use them for this bigger job. he came out to measure after setting up an appt with Jen who is the friendliest and easiest person ever to work with. two weeks later after all the materials came in Ron came back, installed the new cabana bathroom door, put in a whole new frame, put in a new inside bedroom door, repaired another cabana door window in a different bathroom, all by himself in a very good time frame. It all looks awesome. Ron and Jen are great and easy to work with, prices are reasonable, I like the small business feel you get from them. Oh, and while he was here he noticed the door inside the garage leading into the house was off and screws were coming out and he was gracious enough to fix that for me. I would highly recommend them, I dont think you'll be disappointed. Thanks Ron and Jen.

I called R C Windows and Doors on Friday and the work was scheduled for the following Monday between 0930 and 1030. They showed up at 1015 after a courtesy call at 0915. The technician was friendly and professional. The work took approx. 30 minutes. I only have 2 weeks to prepare the property for rental so the prompt response was very important. I will use them again for windows or shutters.

From the moment I scheduled the appointment to completion they handled the repair professionally. Both Jenn and Ron were friendly and outgoing and answered all my questions. Ron was on time and the service he performed was great. Will definitely use them again for all my door and window needs.

When I called this service, Jen was very cordial and professional. She explained the charges clearly. When Ron got here (after Jen called and said he might be 15 min. late), he quickly found my problem. It was not the glass sliders, but the screen. He showed me the part that was causing the problem. He is one of the reasons I love Angie's List. He could have told me anything; I would not have known the difference. The repair cost less than I had anticipated. I was very happy with this company.

They came out to repair cracked window panes. They also repaired a leak coming from a weathered opening from a window. The work was done professionally. I have had no further issues with the window leaking. They were on time, responsive, and reliable. I found the cost of the work reasonable as well.

I made an appointment for a estimate. They were on time. They had to order the glass. They called me when it came in and made appointment to come to my house. They were on time and completed the job perfectly. I would use them again.

Great: - they were running late, but they called over an hour prior to their original appt. time and told me when they would be there. I really appreciated the timely notification - they cleaned both tracks and replaced the rollers, which they needed to special order. These tracks now open with just a touch. - they cleaned up the work area completely.

Door is now sliding properly.

I was very pleased with their service, from the initial phone call until after the installation. The price was quoted every step of the way, and there was no pressure to add any additional services. Besides doing good work, quickly, they were friendly and personable. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do, I will be calling RC.

Went well. Took a long time to get an appointment but once they came they did a great job, very friendly, worked quickly willing to do additional item that was brought up after they arrived, very up front about pricing.

I've lived in my house for 12 years. There are 3 sliding doors leading to the back patio, but only the one from the kitchen is ever used. Unfortunately, it was also the noisiest! The track had bumps in it and the rollers were probably shot. Since the wall to my bedroom joins the kitchen, this noise easily carried right into my bedroom. Going to sleep when others were going in and out of the kitchen door was next to impossible. This company showed up and corrected the problem in a matter of about 20 minutes! They placed a special cover over the rail to correct the bumps, replaced the rollers, and lubricated it properly. The door is now practically silent! Had I known that this could have been corrected so easily, I would have done it YEARS ago! I feel like the old story when the elephant gets the thorn taken out of his foot. Such a small, simple thing to do for an expert that knows what they're doing, and a profound lasting effect on me. Excellent experience and a great, knowledgeable company!

Ron quickly sized up the situation, explained to me exactly what was needed, and he and his helper Dean performed the work very efficiently. They had with them the necessary balance rods and rollers for the repairs. For screen replacements, they took the old screen doors and window panels back to his shop and delivered the re-screened and new ones a few days later. For the window screens, Ron gave me the option of re-screening the existing frames, but I chose new frames with screens since they were not much higher in cost. He also helped me locate the sources of a couple of window leaks and advised me on the right caulk to use as well as the best lubricant for doors and windows. At no point did he try to sell me any unneeded service or products. I am very satisfied with his work and would certainly use his services again.

Phone communication leading up to install was phenomenal with Jen. Ron came out for inspection to assess and price the job. Punctual and by the book. Day of install Ron and Dean arrived 4 minutes early. Were polite friendly and respectful of our home. Great job on the install. Even filled in the plaster holes created when original doors were removed. Kept a clean work site although expect some dust. Very happy and when budget allows will do the remaining windows with RC Windows and Doors.

Very nice family business......would recommend in a heart beat.
