I needed window and sliding screen doors repaired as well as a new siding screen door installed. I called two A rated contractors and both showed up as scheduled. However, one never sent a promised estimate. R.C. gave a reasonable estimate on the spot and set an approximate date o do the work. They called right on schedule and showed up exactly on time. Did the work quickly and efficiently. One of the easiest contracting jobs in 45 years of home ownership

I confess that I have lived in this condominium for 18 years and have never been able to open four Windows. I just did not get around to finding someone to fix them. I did not want the expense of replacing the windows. Ron, company owner, did the work. He was professional, arrived at the designated time, was not intrusive. I like that he answered my questions and made recommendations regarding other services I require related to Windows. His wife Jen made the appointment and called to confirm the day before.

Called the office and left a message. Received a call back on same day from Jen. She quoted me the price and gave me a couple of dates when the work could be done. I was able to select a date and time that was convenient for me. I was given an hour window (between 2pm and 3pm). Was on time, at 2:30. Work was completed and invoice written and paid for all in just about an hour. Very nice people, on time, reasonable price, did work quickly and perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone that has problem with a door or window. So nice to find a company that is professional and does what they say and at the same time personable.

Excellent job!! The guys were in time, friendly, fast and efficient. They knew exactly what they were doing and were conscientious about cleaning the area. I was very pleased!

I called RC windows after a lower story window was broken from a golf ball. They returned my call promptly and were able to give an estimate of the repairs I needed. After deciding to use their services, they were able to come and repair our window within 48 hours. RC Windows arrived on time and the repair price was the same as the estimate.

They were excellent! They were prompt, courteous and professional. I was very pleased with their service.

RC quoted and then, provided 3 PGT Low E impact windows and one Low E impact slider. There price was very competitive. The installation was done when they said it would be, they were very professional and efficient. I will be using them again in the future. Ron and Jen are a pleasure to work with.

It was super. Ron and Jen are both courteous and follow up on appointments. Ron put new rollers on my sliding door, adjusted some bi-fold doors, and put on some door stops. He evaluated 2 other windows and will order parts and fix them in a week or so. He was efficient and completed the work in about an hour. I look forward to doing business with them again.

I used RC windows and doors as I needed someone to come out quickly to repair 3 windows as a condition of selling my home. I called and spoke to Jenn and she was able to schedule an appointment over the phone. She was the only company that would give me a quote over the phone. She gave me a time that Ron would be out to do the repair. He was on time and called to keep me informed as to the time he'd be here. The process was super quick and very reasonable price wise. I highly recommend them.

Jen, (wife/owner), got back to me promptly when I called for info last week. She was able to give me pricing (which others I called couldn't/wouldn't) so I had an idea what we'd be looking at (we were clueless on these types of repairs; I only had other Angie's List reviews to use as a basis.) We planned then on having Ron (husband/owner) work on / replace the rollers on one slider, as well as replace the lock on that same door plus another slider in the house. She asked how we'd heard about them and I told her about my investigating places via Angie's List; she gave us a discount then, which I believe it stated in their ad on here. We made the appt for today (it worked best for all of our schedules.) Jen called us on Fri to remind us of the appt. Sure enough - Ron called us ~15 mins before arving within the 1 hr window we were told when we made the appt. He and his partner got to work, showing us what was wrong w/ the current (worthless) rollers and replacing them. We spoke about the locks and unfortunately he said they stopped making yrs ago the kind we have so he showed us another solution that he ended up installing for us - FREE of chrg! (He did mention that we could find them at Lowes/Home Depot for ~$6 each.) We could have been the perfect victims for selling us new doors - I mentioned how I hate these, and not being able to fix the locks properly... Ron and his partner both told us that we'd be looking at thousands of dollars to chng out the doors completely - that with the fix they performed and the new locking mechanisms he put on each door we'd be good to go for many yrs now. So not only did he not take advntg of up-selling, I guess you'd say, but he found a solution for us and didn't even chrg us the $10 or $15 we would have pd doing the locks ourselves. Without a doubt I will recommend them to anyone I find needing window/door assistance.

I was very pleased. They came out within 4 days when I contacted them. Overall, the service was very good. They arrived when they said they would. They did a nice job. They were pleasant. I was happy. The price was fine.

It's just a minimal work. They were very friendly and very punctual and the quality of the work was good. I was pleased.

Arrived on time, quick assessment, replaced wheels, adjusted lock...in & out in 35 minutes. Quality workmanship & personable worker.

The guy was pretty good. They were great. They always came exactly when they said they were gonna come. His wife is like the secretary and she'll call and tell us what time he's coming, make the arrangements and all that. He was very accommodating. He's just a very pleasant guy. They were very neat. They had to take the old door out and make a big mess and they cleaned it all. It's just great. Everything was great. He was very reliable and very pleasant and willing to accommodate the customer. There was only one tiny little problem because they had to put in new lock and it's really hard to turn the lock but that was the only thing. I think it was an average price. It was an excellent quality. He ordered the door from California and the quality was very nice, very good.

We're very happy with the repair. The sliding and screen door glides really well. Ron did an excellent job! Great guy, he arrived on time and repair was quick. He is very skilled and knew exactly what he was doing. A++++ transaction.

Everything went well for the project. But I was shocked by the price. So far it seems that everything is working well. The only reason I put "No" as to using them in the future, is that I simply cannot afford them.

The service was great. Now my sliding glass doors work properly and I could open them with a finger. Before you had to lift the door up and it was a big struggle to get them open, I wish I had done this sooner. They had great scheduling and availability, as they gave me a quote and came out the same day to do the work.
