Description of Work: They spent several days trying to locate a window leak in the PGT windows. Upon arrival at the house identified that the existing window installation wasn't up to code. They found the window leak, removed and replaced the existing caulk to bring the windows to code.

Description of Work: Examined my large palladium window and 2 glass sliding doors looking for possible water intrusion areas. Discussed suspicious areas and remedy as well as R/R new rollers on one slider. Other slider OK. Ron n his assistant commenced work very professionally. Of course we have to wait n see, but I think [Hope] he solved my water intrusion problem. I'll stay with all A's if the remedy works and will use again if necessary.

From the first phone call to their office, I was fully assured that they could help with my problem. They showed up when they said they would and did a thorough and excellent job. I will always use this company in the future for windows and doors.

Description of Work: I had a large glass slider and 3 screened sliders that were almost impossible to open and close. The wheel had long since been worn down and the tracks were damaged. Ron worked very hard to rebuild the wheels on the sliding door and repaired and fixed the 3 screen sliders. The damage was so severe that it was not perfect in the end, but I was very pleased with the improvement he made.

Description of Work: We had very large windows that were very old - RC windows, came in and measured and I waited for about a week for the windows to come in - which by the way are made in the US. Their workmanship was phenominal - I am very happy with the price and they were extremely neat and carried all the old windows away. Will definitely use them for some of my sliding glass doors.

Description of Work: I had contacted RC windows to repair a sticky and noisy sliding glass door problem. The servicemen took the door off, repaired some rollers but were unable to completely fix the problem because the door tracks had worn down so much over time. While, the door slides easier and is less noisy now, the serviceman was not satisfied with the repair and adjusted his rate accordingly and thus charged us only for the service call and my Angies List coupon took care of that.. It is so refreshing today to see a firm stand behind its reputation and take pride in its work. We will definitely recommend RC Windows to our friends and utilize them again in the future

Just an awesome experience. I had two separate jobs (so far) with RC Windows & Doors: 1-replaced rollers on 3 of my sliding glass doors and 2-replaced all my interior doors (6 of them) with solid wood doors. Jen did all the research. Ron provided the best pricing. He showed up with his coworker on time, were extremely professional, cleaned up afterwards, answered all my questions, and the work looks absolutely flawless! In fact, I also talked to Ron about now replacing two of my windows. He's already provided the estimate and is awaiting my response.
