He was very professional and helpful from start to finish. However I chose to use another contractor because the financial terms of the agreement.

The appoint was made to come look at the issue I am having with my sliding glass door. The gentleman from RC called back shortly before our appointment to find out what color the frame was so he could match the caulking. I told him I didn't think it was a caulking issue. He said he'd see when he got here. He arrived on time. He said he was "stumped" and wasn't sure how this could be fixed. He offered a couple of well maybe if we do this or that but wasn't sure if any of it would resolve the problem. I appreciate that he was honest and didn't try and sell me something that probably wouldn't work. I was just surprised that was the case. It is an issue where water comes in from underneath when it is raining heavily and very windy.

Ron of R C Windows and Doors came to my home the same day that I contacted them, to give me an estimate. He was very polite and knowledgable. When the glass came in, they contacted me to set up an appointment. They showed up exactly on time at my house. The glass was replaced professionally and in a minimum amount of time. The work site was left clean (no debris). I was so impressed with R C Windows and Doors that I discussed having them replace a storm door in the near future. Great company!

Ron and Jen are great! Our initial call was answered promptly and a service call was set up for not long after that. Ron arrived a little before the scheduled appointment time (how refreshing!). He immediately identified the problem with our front window and the solution and offered suggestions for better securing our double entry front doors. He took time to answer all our questions and understood our needs as we had been burglarized previously. An estimate was provided, parts promptly ordered and the return service appointment was made. On the day of repairs, Ron, again, arrived before the scheduled appointment time (a rarity in South Florida). He repaired the front window and installed very nice bandit bars that are not only heavy duty but are a perfect match for our front door. After he finished with the doors, he vacuumed up the shavings and left everything nice and tidy! He also identified a problem with the doors and adjusted them so that there is tighter closure and fixed an issue with the built in security door bar. He also provided an estimate for Accordion shutters that he will install after the first of the year and understood our need to wait until that time to have them installed. I can't express enough how pleased I and my husband are with RC Windows & Doors. Professional, reliable and dependable service is hard to find these days. Ron & Jen kept us informed from beginning of project to our renter's home. He repaired about 10 windows and tightened and grease the windows. They were a pleasure to work with and made our tenants extremely happy. Thanks to them, we did not have to replace our windows. It's a good service everyone will need from time to time. RC WINDOWS was very fair in pricing, extremely fast in scheduling our appointment and was in constant communication with us and our tenants. We would highly recommend this company!

The repair person had to make a trip back to the store because a rare kind of glass was needed.

They were very professional and very responsive. Their price was good.

Initially I thought I needed to have the front door threshold replaced because the tiles by my front door were getting loose, and the floor by the front door would be wet after rain. Ron came out to do an estimate, and said that he would try to repair the door instead. He explained that the whole door would have to be replaced if it continued to leak. He saved me from someone else damaging the front door by trying to replace the threshold. The door closes well, and hasn't leaked since the repair.

Ron explained the job to me thoroughly. He told me it would take about two days, which was true. He arrived on time, with a crew of two. The door installation took the longest, as expected. Ron and his guys took almost the whole day for that. By the end of the day the doors were in, but Ron told me they would finish up the next day, making cosmetic improvements around the door frame. The next day, that was exactly what they did. The door frame and walls were completely cleaned up, re-caulked and re-painted as needed. After that, Ron repaired the broken and rusted windows in my home, as described. He did a wonderful job, and was professional and courteous from start to finish. I would highly recommend RC Windows and Doors for any similar work, and I would definitely use them again.

In ONE word. BAD. Since this is a Private Individually owned Company I expected somewhat better service. First time I made contact at about 12:45 PM over the phone He asked me to call back and leave a MESSAGE as he was busy at that moment and couldn't talk. So I called right back and left the message. I never did receive a call back that day. I Called again the next day giving the guy every opportunity to have my business, got his answer machine and left ANOTHER message to give me an estimate. I waited again No call back , except in the message I gave him my address this time. Instead of calling he shows up at my house, he measures and tells me he'll get back with a quote. In the mean time I had Two more estimates given to me before he gave me HIS estimate. I had to call HIM again just so I could compare all three estimates. I gave HIM every Chance in the world , I think, and he was the HIGHEST of the two others, not by a few dollars but several Hundred dollars. I hope he Improves, he seems like a nice guy but I guess we just got off to a bad start and it went Down Hill from there.

Called RC in the morning. Ron, the owner, answered. He understood what was needed, gave me an estimate over the phone, called and showed two hours earlier than he said he would. He and a helper were very friendly, and got the job done very quickly, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them, and will be using them in the future for screening and doors...Great Service!
