Service was very fast and professional. The windows work well. My only concern is that the cost was a little higher than I wanted to pay, but they did tell me upfront how much it would cost and I decided to go ahead and get the windows fixed.

They did a great job. They were a little pricey but the quality was great. They were very timely and professional while at my home. Their work is also guaranteed. The owner and an assistant performed all the work.

They were very professional and I like that it is a family owned company. The owner came out to give the estimate and do the work and he cleaned up well after himself. They are great at confirming the appointment date and they were prompt. They spend a lot of extra time with me looking at doors with me and guiding us to what were the good products to purchase.

My experience was great. They ordered the door for us and brought it with them to install. They were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions well. They were very prompt and scheduling was great. There were two technicians and it took about two and half hours to complete the work. They also cleaned up well after themselves.

I called quite a few glass companies and they were the only company that seemed confident in helping me. Scheduling went great and they were able to come out to my home quickly. There were two workers that came and it took about an hour to complete. They came with all the necessary materials and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Two technicians came out to do the work and it took around 4 hours to complete. Scheduling was fine and they arrived on time. Their prices were high and I feel like I chose the wrong company. I was unsatified with the work.

The repair went very well. Ron and his helper knew exactly how to take the door apart to replace the rollers. They showed up at the scheduled time frame and the work took less than 30 minutes. They placed a drop cloth on our newly installed hardwood floors and cleaned up afterwards. Gave me some tips on products to use to keep the door track lubricated. They were very professional and courteous. I would use R C Window & Doors for future work and I would recommend the company for any window and door repairs or replacements.

AWESOME company. I called to schedule appt for an estimate. My call was immediately returned and they came out the same day. The estimate for 12 sliding doors and screen replacement was extremely competitive. The work was scheduled for 1 week later and completed in 1 day. The work came under estimate and Angie's list coupon was added. I would highly recommend this company.

Very punctual and professional. Ron and Jeff were great! Didn't stop working from the time they arrived until the job was complete and to customers expectations. Even though everything didn't go smooth (which was out of their control) they remained calm and solved all issues. Even when Ron left to get some additional material, Jeff stayed on task. They work very well together. I would HIGHLY recommend this company! They are by far the BEST contractors I've had in a long time!!!!

I contracted with R C Windows & Doors for a new front entry door and a sidelight with impact glass and brass caming. My experience with R C Windows & Doors was excellent from start to finish. They took the time to understand the look I was trying to accomplish, patiently answered my questions and discussed my options with me, directed me to websites where I could choose the door and sidelight that was perfect for me, efficiently handled the permits and paperwork required by the city, scheduled the installation date, arrived promptly on time, expertly completed the installation within the timeframe that they had advised it would take, left everything neat and clean, and ensured I was pleased with the job before they left. They also provided all the paperwork and pictures necessary for the inspection required by the city, and arranged for a city inspector to come to my home to complete the inspection at a time that was convenient for me. The city inspector successfully completed the inspection in only a few minutes as everything was in perfect order. My sincere thanks to the R C Windows & Doors team, Ron, Jen, and Jeff, for all of their help and the stunning new look of my entryway! I highly recommend R C Windows & Doors, and would definitely work with them again in the future.

I called RC Windows and Doors and scheduled an appointment for estimates for replacement of doors and a window. They arrived right on time, were very professional, answered all of my questions and provided very helpful suggestions. They were able to replace the cracked window on the spot! I was surprised, and delighted, that they were able to replace the window during their initial visit! I am very impressed with R C Windows and Doors, and contracted with them for a new entry door for my home as well. I highly recommend this company!

When I noticed a crack in one of my windows, I went to Angie's List and found RC Windows. They came the same day, on time and were done in less than an hour.

Arrived promptly as scheduled. did measurements etc. took old screens and doors with him. contacted about 3 weeks later. all screens and doors complete. made appt. to return and install etc. prompt courteous and knowledgeable. Pricing was higher than other quotes I had received, but I appreciate the service and was willing to pay accordingly

It all went very well. I made the deposit July 15, windows were made custom, installation completed August 28, Inspection was a couple days later and passed with flying colors! Ron keeps in contact at all times, and Jen in the office is the BEST! She helped research some ideas for the doors for me. They make a great team.

Simply put FANTASTIC! I found RC Window and Door on Angie's List after I had the worst experience ever with Florida Window and Door who I contracted with to door the first floor windows. My first contact with the company was with Ron's wife Jennifer and I cannot say enough about her. From start to finish she was an excellent resource and she has a wonderful demeanor over the phone. I miss our chats Jennifer! I think I met with Ron the very first day I called. Very nice and professional. If you are looking for a service provider that will put you at ease, answer direct questions with direct answers and not make you feel like you are getting pressure sales tactics, this is the gentleman for you. I was a bit concerned at first reading their Angie's List reviews because the vast majority of "Approximate Cost of Service" totals were very small, at least compared to what mine was going to be. I decided to make the call and am so pleased I did. Due to the horrible experience I had with the first company I was much more educated and prepared for my first interaction with Ron. From the moment he began speaking I was instantly aware that he knew what he was talking about and had the work history to complete my job. He provided me with window manufacturer options and discussed, in his opinion the pros and cons of the options. Quite frankly, in my opinion, the windows he ended up providing me are much nicer than the windows installed by Florida Window and Door. They even have locks on the top and bottom! General comments on the experience: Removal of the old windows- Compared to the the first company...well let's just say I laughed out loud. When the first company was removing the windows it sounded and felt like my house was being torn apart. It was in a way I guess. I was waiting for Ron and his coworker to get started on the first morning. Waited some more...and then a little more. Started to get a little frustrated so I walked into the back bathroom to see what was happening. THEY ALREADY HAD THE OLD WINDOW OUT AND THE NEW WINDOW IN!! No pounding, now power saws, no sounds of mass destruction. I literally laughed out loud and told Ron why. He simply explained how you do it "the right way". Installation and clean up- Smooth and without issue. Perfect. Inspection by City Inspector- First company I had 3-4 orange tags. You get those when you are not ready for the inspection you scheduled. No issues with Ron and the inspector. The inspector commented to me regarding RC Window and Door "you actually got somebody who knows what he is doing this time...I am impressed with their work." He also said that if he ever had work done on his house he would use Ron. Hard to beat that compliment. Deposit for work- It was a little higher than expected. Ron explained they are a small company and have to get a bit more in advance to protect the business. I completely understood. This is an important call out because when you deal with Ron, you get Ron. When Ron gives you an estimate, he is doing so on a job that HE will be doing the work on. You get what you pay for. Great people, great company, great product.

They showed up on time and ready to go. I showed them were I had narrowed down where the cause of a leak was downstairs coming out from my sliding doors directly below the sliding doors upstairs. They took the doors off and screws out, and found out there was not caulking around 4 open holes which might have been causing the issue. They caulked down in the holes first, then screws back in, then caulk on top of the screws. They also re-caulked around doors and in corners as some of it was cracking. They were very professional and courteous, as well as easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. The old guy was actually pretty funny. They advised they are unable to guarantee the leak fix and I was fine with that. I have performed water tests and there have not been any leaks downstairs, in addition we finally got rain to hit our house in the direction causing the leak and again there is not a leak downstairs. Now that that has occurred I can write this review and state our problem is fixed.

Never received a follow up or heard back and called several days after for estimate. Was informed sales rep could not be out of town and quote could not be completed - person who answered the phone was nasty and unprofessional. Promised to provide quote later that morning and then called to let me know they would pass on the job... very surprised by the response. Would not recommend this company.

Communication was great and they guys were very punctual and friendly and personable. I had the guys come out first to give me a free estimate for some repairs to window framing and replacement of a couple of broken panes. They actually offered to do the work on the spot although the weather was turning bad but I declined at that point. So when I did finally decide to have them come back and do part of the work they had given me the estimate for I felt a bit guilty having them make a second trip, so since I was getting estimates from other companies to have all the windows eventually replaced with impact windows anyway I thought that while they were here to do the replacement work on two panes of glass I could also get them to price up for impact windows. Unfortunately this didn't happen as I was not able to be at the house when the work was carried out, my wife was there instead. My wife was happy with how they went about the job while they were at the house. Since the work was done I have noticed that some of the glue/sealant around the window is a little messy. To be fair to the guys the windows are in somewhat of a state of disrepair and are old and have been neglected and weathered. Perhaps they did their best with a tricky situation? The windows have also not been wiped clean after being set. Again there might be a good reason for this, maybe they didn't want to put any pressure on the glass whilst the glue was setting. I have found broken shards of the previous pane that was taken out below the window worked on since the job was done. This is disappointing.

I would definitely recommend them. They were wonderful. The price was reasonable. It was timely and the work was wonderful.

They were very quick in getting me an estimate and quickly came over the next day after window had arrived. They did a quick and efficient job and were very courteous.
