The original fellow they sent did a good job on the carpets, but was somewhat sloppy. There was no furniture so the job was easier. The living room is a wood laminate, and his machinery dripped water in a number of spots. He was ready to leave and I had to point it out to him, and he sort of cleaned it up. I found more after his departure. I also noticed, after he was gone some damage to the grout where my kitchen tile butts up against the carpet. I called the office and the owner came out to look at it. He was skeptical as to whether his machine could have done it, but, to his credit, he came back that afternoon with replacement grout from Lowes and proceeded to fix the whole thing. We discussed his other employee and he promised to provide my feedback and caution him to be more careful. The fact that he came back and took care of my grout problem would lead me to always use his company in the future.

The process took 1 hour and my 7 year old tile floor and grout have never looked better. I will use OneRestore again.

Job was okay -- but not sparkling clean at the end... No special effort by personnel. Not impressed, will not use again (service was overpriced). You'll do better cleaning it yourself.

The serviceman showed up on time and did a great time cleaning the carpets. This provider had a coupon on Angie's list which helped with the cost

He was running behind but called to tell us he would be late. He did an excellent job. Will hire again.

I signed up for this Angie's List Deal on 09/14/13 and a person from OneRestore called me to see if they could come out on 09/23/13 to do the work. I told him that would not work and that I would call them back before my coupon expiration date of 12/13/13. I called them back today (11-15-13) to see if they could come out on either 11/26/13 or 11/27/13. They said I was outside their service area and would refund my money. Their Angie's List Deal advertisement said they serviced my area and the Onerestore person I talked to in September didn't tell me I was not in their service area. Now, all of a sudden I'm not in their service area? No more Angie's List Deals for me.

The worker arrived about one and one-half hours late. He did call to let us know that he would be late. He was very efficient and friendly. He did a thorough job. The tile looked great.

I was satisfied with the work that was done, BUT - the worker did not move my cocktail tables and clean under them, did not move the night stands and clean under them, nor did he put protectors under the furniture legs which I was told when I scheduled the service, would be done. I told him he did not have to move and clean under the three largest pieces - a dresser, a tv console table in the family room, and a living room tv hutch, but expected him to move and clean under the other moveable furniture. In addition, he did not clean UNDER THE BED. How hard would that have been - didn't even have to move it to get his cleaning wand under it. What he did was done well, but he did not do a thorough job and I won't use this company again.

They were great and it looks really nice. They had a little bit of trouble getting here but then got here; it took them a couple of weeks because he got sick but it was alright. They did not charge me anything extra. I was not there but when I got back it looked very nice. It was really needed and it was taken care of properly. Their pricing was great for all the things that they did. It turned out perfect and it looks nice. They showed up when they were supposed to and my husband liked them a lot. They did a really good job.

My countertops really looked nice when he finished. It was a messy job and it took several washings to get up all the fine black dust from the counters and floor from the polishing. I have never had this done before and wasn't expecting that. Overall Mike did a real nice job in a very reasonable length of time. I would definitely use him again for other projects if I had a need for his expertise.

It worked out just fine. They came when they said they were going to come. They did the carpeting for us in a very well-mannered way and very cordially. The carpet cleaning was very nice. I thought the price was phenomenal.

We purchased a Big Deal on Angie's list and the company called us to set up an appointment. The young man who did the cleaning was very charming and we feel he did a great job.

I had contacted this vendor through an Angie's List special. Mike, the owner was responsive and professional. I had decided to do more than the cleaning provided in the coupon and had a tinted sealant placed on the grout after cleaning. My husband and I are delighted with the results. We did have a bit of a communication/timing issue, but that was resolved easily. The service technician Blake was absolutely fantastic. He was meticulous, professional, cordial and excellent in his trade. All was done on time and I will be contacting this company for granite sealing.

My tile is white, and difficult to clean and very difficult to keep clean. One Restore cleaned the tile to a dazzling white, it is beauteous! I was disappointed because of the wording of the offer. It said tile and grout cleaning and sealing, when in reality only the grout is sealed, not the tile. I fervently hoped for some substance to be applied to my tile to make it easier to keep clean. Included in the offer was sealing with a clear sealer. According to the technician, this sealer would only last a year of less and would need to be reapplied the next time I had the tile cleaned. However, the colored sealer would last much longer, several years. OK so I went for the colored sealer. This was an additional fee of $160, yikes! I hesitated adding this service, and apparently there was little or no credit for the clear sealer I'd already paid for. However, since this will last several years I decided to do it. The estimate was $150, and the actual charge was a bit over $160. Sigh.. Regardless the tile is beautiful and I will definitely call this company again to clean my tile.

The workmanship was excellent. Can see a big difference after all the cleaning and resealing of the grout. Mike and Blake were friendly, responsive to questions and very professional. The mold isn't all gone from the shower but he tried! Mike will be contacting a tile guy who should be able to get rid of it. Overall I am very satisfied with OneRestore. The only negative I have is the appt. times. For the carpet cleaning, Blake did not arrive until 2 1/2 hours after the appointed time, although he did call several times to update me as to his timetable. That happened again when Mike came to clean the tile and grout. Again I was notified about the tardiness and he gave me options if I wanted to reschedule.These guys were very hard working and were truly interested in getting the job done correctly. I appreciated that and it was worth my time.

The gentleman arrived on time. The cleaning was done in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the results.

Slight issues were addressed promptly, with the crew returning and spending several more hours next day to make me happy. And I absolutely am. Good guys, nice job, all around AAA+++

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was very successful. They were great and I asked for an upgrade for them to do a couple of other things. They did those too and did a really good job. They called me right away and were punctual as well as dependable and professional. I thought the price was fair for both the initial work and the upgrade. They called the next day after I purchased the Big Deal to set the appointment.

Obviously slow leak damaged four base cabinets, drywall, studs, plate, sheathing, and laminate flooring. There was significant mold present. OneRestore began work on June 10. Demolition proceeded quickly and efficiently. Increasing amount of damage was handled very well. Good interaction between OneRestore, independent insurance adjuster and my insurance company (USAA). Supplier of replacement cabinetry (Bailey Industries) took 6 weeks to deliver, causing significant inconvenience, leaving us without a functional kitchen for that period. All restoration work was completed by competent workmen and the results are excellent. Mike Farrell, the young man who owns the business is an ambitious, personable, dedicated person. If there is any fault to be found, it is that he is too and quot;hands-onand quot;, juggling schedules, tracking progress, assigning tasks, running for supplies, and the like. As his business grows, he'll need to delegate more.

Worker was new to the company but he seemed to know how to clean the tile. We did not appreciate the fact that the odor of the sealant was so overwhelming and we had to shut our bathroom door and not use that bathroom while it dried. Since the bathroom is an en-suite one, the smell came directly into the bedroom as soon as the sealant was sprayed on the floor.

My experience was not very good. The fella who does the scheduling seems to get confused and he was the manager. They did not show up for the last job for a friend of mine. I thought they did a fair job for me, but it is a hassle to arrange the scheduling. The guy who did my house was polite and efficient. The job was okay. I felt sorry for the guy doing the job, working for a company with poor scheduling skills. There were 2 spots that did not come off.

We had just bought our house, which is 49 years old, and has been empty for more than a year. We wanted to try out OneRestore since there was a Big Deal on Angie's List and we were new in town. Austin turned up as scheduled and was very polite and professional. He explained what he was going to do and how long he would take. Unfortunately, some stains on the grout couldn't come off and he recommended a color stain as a cheaper alternative to regrouting but he couldn't do it immediately as he didn't have the product with him. After some discussion, I decided that I would call him back after 6 months and have the rest of the tiles in my house cleaned and sealed and also reseal the kitchen grout with a color one. He offered to waive the recleaning fee of the kitchen floor, which he was going to have to do again to lift the clear sealant he had put down.

The job wasn't as good as I expected. The person who did it left some foot prints in our house. He's okay but not that excellent because some of the spot in the house is still black and he said he couldn't get it. I think he was okay for the job but I wish they did a little bit more better. Some of the spots were still black on the ground and he told me he couldn't get it off for some reason. We bought it a long a time and we had trouble with the schedule. He asked if we wanted to spray the cover it would be extra, I said "No, we purchased the whole thing." I don't know if he did the whole house, I didn't watch close to him but I think he did the whole house.
