Made contact with Marie... and she was able to fit us into their schedule for the same day. Lucky for us as our open house was the following day! Cannot tell you how excited we were that it could be done! She rearranged her schedule and made it happen for us!

Very professional, Mike showed up on time, was very polite, conscientious, and thorough. The carpets and rug looked great after he finished. I would use this company again.

Because we had moved our furniture into the tiled kitchen that Mike would run his water hose through, I asked him if there was any chance the hose might leak and cause damage to our furniture. He assured us that it was not a concern of his. Mike arrived on time and did a pre-treatment spray on the stains that we were hopeful would be removed. Unfortunately after cleaning all carpets, the stains remained. We asked if he could spend more time to remove the stains, but were told he needed to get to his next job. Needless to say we were disappointed. Well there WAS water on the kitchen floor that had occurred during the cleaning process. As Mike was gathering up the hoses, I started wiping up the floor fearful that my furniture would get wet or someone would slip on the tile floor. He did not offer to help clean up and did not seem concerned that his service had not met our expectations. On the positive side, the carpet was very clean except for the stains.

I waited three weeks for him to get it on the schedule originally, even though I posted that it was a rush job, please don't take it unless can be done quickly. However, I agreed to the terms, that was the Sept. 12. I was called on the 10th and told that a job ran long and they had to reschedule. Then they couldn't reschedule until Sept. 26th. I had already set my staff up and had people coming to help on the 12 because in order to do our floors, we literally gut the school and move everything into the main church and empty the daycare. Their response was they needed to finish the other job. I said ok. I didn't hear from them again, so I called them the morning of the 25th to make sure they were still coming the next day. The secretary said yes, and she was sorry she had not sent over the work order yet as she had stated she would but she would send it with the technicians. I said ok. She gave me a time of between 9 and 9:30. The staff and I proceeded to gut the school and I arrived at 8:30 am Saturday morning. 10:00, they still had not arrived, called, or emailed. I called them and had to leave a vm. They finally called me at 11:00, it was the owner. He told me that the truck unexpectedly needed new tires! He added I guess the guys were going to call you when they headed my way. Needless to say I was rather unhappy. I reminded him that we had an appt. time and I was sitting here waiting for them. Then he said, that his secretary had cancer and it was his mom and as bad as I felt for all of that, it had nothing to do with that day. We ended the conversation with for sure they would be here and call me as they headed. Truck was supposed to be done by 12:00 and they were an hour and 20 minutes away. Work should start no later than 1:30. I said ok. I get a call at 2:00 and am informed from the technician that the truck was not going to be done and they couldn't do the job at all. The owner did not call me, the tech could only offer to reschedule. That was definitely not an option for me. My school was empty, the work had to get done, and the school put back together again to open on Monday. My husband and I ended up renting the equipment and doing it ourselves, working most the night Saturday and all day Sunday to reopen on Monday. Unbelievable!

A project was to take 8 weeks took over 6 months. More than once the "office" attempted to collect payment for work not completed, which had to be documented in photographs and emailed to "office" as justification. Little to no supervision of subcontractors who did poor quality work and had to return multiple times. Permit was never pulled for the work which required permit by the Authority Having Jurisdiction. I was told a permit was in process but has yet to be provided - over 6 months after project completion.

They started by arriving late, there was only one person which was ok. He did all the work including move furniture. Everything went OK except that later we noticed some spots on our brand new refrigerator from the chemicals used. I call them immediately and they scheduled him to return the next day. He returned and properly cleaned the spots from the refrigerator and apologized for not being more careful even after we had a discussion about that same subject. The only other issue was a $50 cost for moving furniture. But overall they did a good job and I would hire them again.

The light grey grout looked wonderful. Problem was, the solution leached into my wood floors in my living room and stained my light colored wood floors up and down the seams and soaked the boards. At our request came back a week later and took pictures and tried to "fix/clean" the wood but it didn't help. I still had some wood from when the floors were put down but the technician said there wasn't enough wood to fix the area. So now my foyer opens up into about 8 sq. feet of unsightly stained wood. We called a couple of weeks later and left a message to see if they were going to do anything. They didn't call back. I'm not exactly sure about the date and price but it was almost a year ago. Kind of weird that their truck says that they can restore water damage.

OneRestore advertised on Angie's List that they do mold remediation, damage repair, etc. Well, they took 3 months to finish the job, did not get a permit or have a mold remediation license. We are now having to spend another $600 to see if there is mold! BEWARE!!

The technician was on time and courteous and they did an awesome job cleaning the carpets. Will definitely use their service again.

Mike Farrell came the day after my initial contact. He was punctual, polite, and professional. This was a relatively small job compared to a house with flood or fire damage, yet Mike treated the job with the same thoroughness as I believe he would a larger job. The work was scheduled within days. Mike came on the first day to guide the set-up so no fumes would go beyond the work area. From there, the workers consulted me on each phase and how I wanted the walls and floors finished. Mike also arranged for a plumber to inspect the water heater to ensure all was in working order. I decided I wanted the water heater replaced and that was quickly arranged. Mike returned to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I could not be more pleased with the work completed by Restore One and would definitely call them again.

OneRestore is the vendor I always use to clean the carpet of my house and they are the ones I always recommend to my clients and friends. They always do an excellent job at a great price!

They were prompt, professional and efficient. They handled problems with some of the tasks quite easily and were not in a hurry to get finished. They stayed until we were satisfied with everything they did. We were very pleased with the results and now 4 months later the shower and floor still look very good. We plan on using them again in the future.

The person who did the work show up on time, the day they said they would come. Despite there were other persons working in the house, he was not affected and just did the work he came to do. The quality was very acceptable, but the portions with high traffic still has some fainted stains. I requested advice for other related works in tiles, tiled carpet and vinyl tiles, the operator said his company does those works and that he would pass the question. They never called back. In general I think they did the work as expected and I would call them again if I have future needs of the same kind.

It worked out good! Scheduling was easy with them and they came out when they said they would. I would use them again.

Job went pretty quickly, however lot's of dirt left along edges. Next day, swiffer mop still picked up dirt. They also killed a patch of grass near truck.

A trainee performed the cleaning and I don't believe it was as thorough as it could be. The trainer was on his phone and then went outside to smoke and returned to the house and brought the smell with him. This was the second attempt too because the first time, they didn't have enough water to do it. And they said that they'd use our water but it's not right for us to have to pay for the water on top of the service. I wasn't all that happy with the experience.

They were very professional, prompt and they did a great job.

First, I had used this same company previously to do the tiles in my kitchen and was very pleased with the professionalism of the representative and with the work that was done. The tiles, and especially the grout, were in sore need of cleaning. He did the work and gave me advice on how to maintain them. This second visit to do the bathroom/toilet and shower was very different. To start with the representative traipsed water all over the hardwood floor from his equipment and then walked in it. The tiles in the bathroom and toilet were quite clean. I was more concerned with the ones in the shower. The work in the shower was less than satisfactory and when I commented on it his only response was that perhaps the whole floor should be removed and replaced. He did replace some grout for which I was charged an extra $26.50. When I commented (complained) about the water on the floor he took a rag and wiped up the wet spot but didn't touch the area that was dirty from where he had walked. When I told him that I was unhappy with the work, his comment was "I wiped the floor, didn't I" I am not used to getting service of this quality from the companies on Angie's list.

One of the owners himself performed the work. He was running late from a previous job but called to let us know and cleaned more than we had paid for. Professional and great to work with.

The technician called to alert me that he was on the way. Then he arrived exactly on time and went strait to work. He was professional in every way. The quality of his work was excellent, as well. He was very courteous and helpful. I really cannot praise this technician and his company enouth.

There was a problem in the living room that was not apparent until the carpet dried. I called in a bout it and they sent the guy back and he fixed the problem to my satisfaction.

They were wonderful. They were on-time and did a wonderful job. The grout looks brand new. They really followed through.
