Provider returned call very quickly. Worked well with us in obtaining a date for the work to be completed. Tech was punctual and professional. Overall everything was done above a satisfactory level.

Called company when I saw reviews on Angie's List to make an appointment as I live out of Ocala so wanted to schedule appointment when we would be in town. They had an appointment for August 1 at 11:00 am. The receptionist was very nice and helpful also. Brandon showed up half hour early and started cleaning right away. Since the house is basically empty the process took a little less than an hour. Everything looked great and it dried in 3 to 4 hours. Brandon was very professional and he was very polite and efficient. I would absolutely recommend OneRestore to anyone, it was a pleasure doing business with them.

The cleaner was running late but made sure to call me several hours in advance to let me know he was running late and would be at least an hour past the appointment. He said he would still come out if I wanted him to (it would be about 7pm). I said I could reschedule if he preferred but he was more than willing to still come if it was ok with me. He came with a very pleasant attitude even though it was late and I knew he must be tired. He did an excellent job. Got rid of several tough stains I had trouble getting rid of. Was very thorough with the sofa and it turned out wonderful. I appreciated his quick and efficient job. I will definitely call them back in the future!!

My white sofa came out looking brand new. Very good service. I will use them again for cleaning my carpeting.

After weeks of phone tag, the company simply refused to communicate via e-mail, which would have made the transaction very easy to complete. It was disappointing, the only e-mails they would send said "Call us for an appointment."

I ordered the deal offered by OneRestore and paid through Angie's List. The carpet was just cleaned this morning. I have only lived in my house 7 months but I have a and quot;senileand quot; dog who thinks the enclosed lanai carpet is grass, and also have a large breed puppy. The lanai area, which was badly stained, now looks brand new - amazed at how well all stains were removed, with the benefit of no more pet odor ! Company is very responsive, easy to schedule, cost was very reasonable, arrival was prompt - and received a phone call 15 minutes in advance of their arrival which was greatly appreciated ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OneRestore, and will continue to use them in the future. Kudos to a company who puts customer service at the forefront of their business !

Braden was a polite young man he did a very good jobI paid the additional 82.00 dollars to have the grout colored sealed I was very happy I did no pressure on his part.

They worked quickly and the cleaning was throughout. I appreciated that the carpets dried pretty quickly after the cleaning. I also thought the price was great for what they did. I referred this company to other friends and I think those friends were happy as well.

They stripped the floors and applied an undercoat that filled in scratches. They then applied two coats of polyurethane mixed with a stain to match the color of the floors. We were very pleased with the results.

The carpet was very dirty and had some pet stains. The provider was running a little late, but called to let me know. I was surprised by how clean the carpet came. I took about an hour for the entire job. I will use them again for sure.

Really cleaned up the grout lines

Service was okay, but not great. The provider came into my kitchen and seemed a bit bothered by the fact that I wanted my tile countertops done. Then he went around the room and basically told me about the stained areas that probably would not come clean. Really lowered my expectations! I expressed worry that the wood trim would get damaged, and he said that would not be a problem. But actually some of the wood is now discolored (as if somewhat bleached). I'm not terribly upset about it because these counters and trim are pretty old and I hope to replace them in the not to distant future. If it was a new house, etc, I'd be very upset. He finished the job pretty quickly and the floor dried pretty fast. Dispite the above comments, the work was done right before Christmas and company was coming, so I was glad to have the kitchen looking quite a bit nicer.

I called Wednesday and talked to a delightful woman who couldn't have been friendlier or more professional and helpful. She honored the Angie's list price immediately and set up a Friday appointment. Friday at the exact hour a tech showed up and cleaned all the carpets without complaining that there was junk all over. A wonderful company to deal with and highly recommend you try them!

They did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets. Called first and arrived on time, The carpets look good including the stairs that were very dirty.

I purchased the deal on 5/4/14, and have had NO contact from the vendor. No messages or phone calls! Do NOT wish to have a company such as this in my home doing work!

I signed up for the Angie's OneRestore carpet special on 4/26/2014 and gave 3 dates for the work to be done. Was told to watch the messages and they would contact me. Did not hear anything so called OneRestore in April and office person seemed surprised. She did say the owner would call me and set up the appointment for 5/7/2014. I never did hear from him personally, but Angie's list contacted me and wanted to know if everything was alright. I brought her up to date on what I knew and she said she would get in touch with the company. I then got a call from the OneRestore office that the owner asked her to call and say it was all set for the 7th at 9 AM. The Technician came a little after 9 and went right to work, he was very friendly and did a great job. So i guess it was worth the aggravation and we will use them again it was the best cleaning we have experienced. They were a little higher priced than the ones we have used in the past, but the quality of work and cleaning was well worth it.

He showed up early after calling for permission due to a cancellation...He went right to work and to make a long story short he did a great job. the carpet felt and look 10x better than Stanley steamer. I felt that he over soaked the furniture, but he assured me that by morning it would be dry. And it was. If there was a tough spot he went over it til it was gone. That being said Branden was very nice. My only complaint is that he stayed on the phone..he did have ear plugs but you could tell it was not work related. So it did concern me that he over soaked and took so long to suck out the water off the furniture. All in all he did do a very good job and I will use them again....I was really disappointed with Stanley Steamer and will never use them again. They left a soak matted large spot on the carpet. GET THE COUPON OUT OF THE..... NET..... IT IS WORTH IT.

We were pleased with the individuals that come out to perform the service. They acted quickly and professionally. Unfortunately it took a couple days because of the broken tiles. But the end result was good.

It was a mess. He drug a wet and dripping hose through 3 rooms of the house over hardwood floors. We had to be behind him at all times with a mop to keep from ruining our floors. We still have places on the bottoms of the cabinets that the finish was destroyed. Not a good experience at all!

I decided to use OneRestore after finding water leakage around my window. Evidently the caulking that was used had broken down because it was not very high quality. John that works for company came out and gave me Estimate. Once we came to terms on the agreement they started within 1 week. They had taken pre and post air samples since there was a little mold found. They also were extremely reasonable in pricing having done some paint work for me as well. The crew who worked for or with OneRestore where very nice to work. I will be referring them to anyone I know that needs any type of this work performed.

They were excellent. The owner came in and did all the work. Not once did he try to sell me anything else. It went very well. I would certainly recommend him without hesitation. It was a big deal purchase. I did not spend more than that. I probably will be using them again in the future.

OneRestore was the first carpet and tile cleaning comPany we used after moving to Gainesville and we stuck ever since due to their quity service, flexibility and fair prices. The carpet cleaning was on a 20 year old carpet and that service turned out just fine. The guy who came out was very nice and easy to talk to. He explained everything and did a good job. I am in the process of moving out of the house and I plan to use the same company.
