Description of Work: Carpet Cleaning in four rooms. We were very pleased with the carpets after cleaning. Only criticism we have is that the service was supposed to include either deodorizing or stain prevention, our choice. We were never asked our choice, so we're not sure if we got either.

Description of Work: They took forever to reply to an inquiry from Angie's list. I chose and went with another provider while waiting for an answer. They did eventually answer - a week or two after the other provider completed the job.

Description of Work: I had standing water in a room and figured it out that it had been there for a few days . I could see mold and the water was spreading out so I called OneRestore whom Ive used before for tiles services with only minor problems. OneRestore advertises 24/7 ER service. I called at 9:15 pm and left a message on their machine. Their voice mail said I would be called back very soon and that someone would come out within 3 hours. I never received a call, nor a visit, even now and it is just 3 1/2 hours short of being 24 hours that I called them.

Description of Work: Cleaned the walk areas of 3 rooms. Didn't take too long--but did a fine job. He was kept late at the job before me but kept me fully informed and did not hesitate to do mine after 5 pm.

Description of Work: Initial contact was for carpet cleaning for 3 rooms. Stain protection??? Wasn't offered. Cleaning result was just "OK". However, I did call them back for grout cleaning. Now that result was "Wow" . The tile floors looked like new.

Description of Work: Brandon, the technician called approximately 30 - 45 minutes before he arrived. Answered all our questions, started to work, and finished in a very timely manner. The carpet hasn't looked this good in years.

Description of Work: Owner cleaned carpets included in deal, then, cleaned carpet in another small room upon my request. He did an excellent job, carpets looked great. I plan on using Onerestore again to clean the carpets in the remaining rooms.

Description of Work: Cleaned the grout and tile in our bathroom and shower. Also part of our hallway was done as the square footage of the bathroom wasn't as large as what we paid for. The whole process went well and the technician was very personable and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Brandon arrived and was very professional. Furniture was moved and put back as requested. Carpets never looked so clean. Best carpet cleaner I have used and I have tired several. Will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Only one man came. He did not move any chairs end tables or potted plants. My husband is 88 and I am 65. I moved every thing off dressers tables etc. it was a waste of time. I also moved light chairs and anything else on the floor. |I understand they can't move big furniture pieces. but sofas, chairs, end tables were all moved by companies I have used in the past. They always came in twos |I was supposed to get either stain protection or odor control. I don't think I received either. He never asked. |Carpet men in the past have put shoe covers on to protect carpet and tiles from outside dirt being brought inside. This gentleman did not and he tracked in a lot of dirt. I have a lot of trees around my house. I had to wash my tile when he left |Carpets r mostly clean where he cleaned. I will not use them again. |Drying time was 3 days not 4 hours!!
