Description of Work: The young man finished cleaning the floors, except that his footprints were all over the floor. I had to steam clean after he left to remove the footprints. |But I must say they were very helpful in removing a coating I put on tne kichen floor and all the floors look great.. and the grout is sealed..

Description of Work: We had a six-year old double-recliner-loveseat and matching sofa cleaned and recoated with Scotchguard. Could not have asked for a more pleasant, punctual and efficient technician (Timothy). We also received his estimate for professional tile-floor cleaning and clear-sealing, and will schedule to have that done also this month.

Description of Work: I needed my shower cleaned and thought OneRestore cleaning would do it but the service tech was very honest and said he could not. He thought the issue was mold and simple cleaning would not help. He, further, offered to get another worker to get a price to me for a remediation job. He took pictures and measurements to help. I have not heard from OneRestore about anything since. I prefer to try other options before doing my shower over completly, so I am asking for a refund. I have no beef with OneRestore. Their tech was thorough and honest. He could have gone ahead and tried to clean it up but did not. Merry Headman

The owner personally called me and gave me more credit than I initially paid. I was very pleased with the way he handled the problem.
