My call was returned promptly. Had an appointment few days later. Technician (Scott) showed up on time with clean truck and equipment. As some spots did not come out to my satisfaction this first time around, the technician came back the next day to complete the cleaning to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with the cleaning so I had the technician clean the grout on the tiles of both bathrooms and doorway. I would have given top rating all the way if I had been given the choice to get solvent based carpet protector installed instead of water based. When contacting business owner Mike, it is best to state very specifically what services you need. These people appear to be very flexible to fulfill your needs in terms of floor care. They commit to client's full satisfaction.

Everything went great overall. The employee was very fast, did a thorough job and we were very satisfied with the results.

Scott called. Would be 45 min late on time. Removed kitchen chairs. Moved table off rug. Placed rug on garage floor. Cleaned and sealed kitchen tiles. Cleaned rug. Price is less than phone quote with Angie coupon.

They had a very quick response and came out timely. They did a fine job, although I have not seen it. I had no problem with them.

Scott, the technician, arrived on time and did a FABULOUS job. He was courteous, professional, and wasted no time in completing the job described above. My tile and grout look brand new, and , believe me, the grout especially needed attention. I am totally satisfied wit this company and the job performed. Would recommend to friends and neighbors without hesitation.

Mike Farrell was great with communication via phone as to arrival time. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job!! Carpets looked brand new and they are 12 years old!! They were great!!

Mike of OneRestore arrived as scheduled. The coupon I had was for four rooms for $99, but I wanted the equivalent of five rooms cleaned. We agreed on an extra $25 and he went right to work. I didn't time it but I believe it took around one hour to complete the job. I had been especially worried about a traffic path from the family room, through the dining room, to the kitchen. It was quite soiled, and was in doubt that it could be cleaned. Mike assured me it could be, and I can happily admit that he was true to his word. I was very satisfied with the entire process. And the finished work even smelled good!

I have a new baby who is beginning to crawl so I wanted to make sure my carpets were as clean and sanitized as possible. Mike showed up promptly at the time we had scheduled. He was very knowledgeable and professional. When he was finished, the carpets looked awesome. I now feel comfortable with the baby crawling on the carpeted floors in my home. I would highly recommend Mike and his crew to my friends and family.

This was the second time that I used OneRestore to clean the carpet and tile in my house.It had been a year since I had them cleaned and my family was coming for the holidays. So I gave Mike a call and set up an appointment. He came on time with all of his equipment. When he was finished my carpet looked great and the tile and grout looked new again.I couldn't believe the amount of dirt that gets tracked into the house in a year. I think I will start having them come twice a year instead of once. I would highly recommend OneRestore if you need any cleaning.

One Restore was a very professional cleaning service. I was very happy with all aspects of the service to include very nice promotional products that were left behind. They also offered a $25 coupon discounting my job which was nice because I was totally unaware that it was available. I may have them pressure wash my home on down the line. I would recommend One Restore to anyone.

After meeting with Mike, we were left knowing that our rental property would be in good hands. He takes the cleaning profession to the next level, no fly by night company here. After talking we found out that his family has been in the cleaning business for years. This is the company you need for the job. He came in and cleaned all the carpets, some ceramic tile in the foyer and a couple couches that were in need of some TLC. Everything turned out great and we have him scheduled to come back every 4 months now to make sure that our rental is the cleanest in town.

Three people arrived and spent 1 hour soaking the rug in several solutions. They also used a vacuum and a rake like device. The soaking wet carpet looked normal while wet and my wife signed a form and payed by check. However, after 4 hours of drying outside, when the carpet was dry we saw that the bright blue was now faded and splotchy. The dye on the pink flowers had run into the blue background. Maroon stains were present along the edges in several locations. The carpet is quite thick and hand sculpture. When we bent the carpet the blue tips of the wool were white, but underneath it was the original bright blue. OneRestore returned the next day said it might be the chemicals and would call the manufacture of the cleaning solutions. They said they would rip up the check. BUT REFUSED TO REPLACE THE CARPET THEY DESTROYED OR GIVE US COMPENSATION TO PURCHASE ANOTHER CARPET. NO STAINS WERE PRESENT PRIOR TO CLEANING. NO RUST COLORS WERE PRESENT ON THIS PASTEL CARPET. WE HAVE PICTURES OF THE CARPET IN ITand gt;S PRESENT STATE.

Not only did I decide to let him do the work but could not be-leave the color of my carpet and grout when he was done. I was actually unaware of just how dirty my floors were in till they were professionally cleaned! He was also able to do magic with the couches. Not only was he able to remove the stains but the dog smell as well! Mike even went as far as to clean some smudges on my hallway walls without damaging the paint free of charge. I have referred a few friends to Mike since his work at my house without complaint. From the look of things OneRestore is one of the few businesses who are actually putting money back into the business and only getting better. (Equipment and over all appearance) I 100% believe in supporting the local economy and small business owners and will defiantly use OneRestore again in the future! Thank you :) Randy
