I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it worked out fine. They did a good job.

The representative from One Restore came in and assessed how much floor we had to clean. We understood the special offer was for 200 square feet. He only charged us another $ 58.00 for the balance of floor we needed done. This was inclusive of our kitchen, hallway, foyer, and two bathrooms. We had moved all the furniture out of the way so he could start right away. He scrubbed all the floors with their special equipment that really cleaned the tile and the grout to like new condition. We assumed it had not been done by the previous owner of the house in quite awhile as the grout was very dark in places. After the cleaning, he then vacuumed the floors to get up all the excess water. He then applied a sealer to all the grout lines. We have laminate wood flooring on all the rest of the floors in the house and he was very cautious not to get any moisture on the laminate. Overall we were very pleased with their service. He did all the floors in just about an hour. I will definitely use them again.

We purchased a big deal for the service, and it was great. I paid extra, because I had more done. They were really clean and the tiles were very dirty. I was pleased with the price, for what they did.

The provider was an hour late. Stated he hit traffic out of Ocala, OK I get that., no worries. But I was told that 2 people would be coming, because I stated that I would move the majority of the futrniture but that there were some things I couldn't lift to get a super slide underneath it. Only one person showed up, so the remainer of the furniture was not moved around to clean in those areas. The results are excellent and I am well please. The only other suggestion I have is he chose to manuver via the front door and the foyer and kitchen which are laminate were left wet and dirty. Maybe tape paper down over those areas if you have the same situation.

Cleaning and sealing of the bathroom tiles went well and quickly. Because of inept workmanship by a previous handyman, the work took longer in the walk-in shower. However, Blake and Austin were not ones to do slipshod work; they took a lot of extra time to make the shower tiles and grout look great.

They arrived on time and were both very professional and went right to work. Austin did a terrific job ! He had a very polite helper. I certainly would use the company again and would highly recommend them. I am very satisfied.

I would recommend them, hassal free came when they were suppose to come, left everything the way it was.

Excellent work. Dustin arrived on time, went straight to work and was finished in a couple of hours. We had not had the tiles and grout cleaned in some time and they needed extra work. He carried straight on from the kitchen, nook, hallway and bathroom, although it was only the kitchen that needed extra work. I highly recommend this company, and especially Dustin.

I was very happy with the service provided. The worker were very respectful and professional at all times. The went out of their way to explain what the were going to do to my tile floor and gout. Excellent service was provided.

It went great, very easy and no problem. It was great service. The fact that he was efficient, he just went 1234 and it was done, and very little or applied shift movements of small items. It is exactly what he said he would do and he was only here about an hour or so and everything looks great.

I bought a coupon on Angie's List for grout cleaning. When I made my call to the company to set up the service, the owner answered, but said he was eating lunch and would call me back. I thought this was unprofessional and meant I had to interrupt my work later to take his return call. If I had not already paid for the coupon, I would have said nevermind and would have called another company. But since I had paid, when he did call me back, we set up a date for a 9:00 am appointment. The workers arrived one hour early at 8:00 am. Turns out their list of jobs for the day had my address with the name of their 8:00 appointment. So, they left to go the 8:00 appointment, and did not return until nearly 10:00 am, now one hour late. Two guys came to do the job. My impression was one was being trained. They ran out of gas in the middle of the job - I assume for a compressor or something used to pump the chemicals into the hose that was used to clean the grout (but I don't really know). They came in and explained the situation, apologized, left to buy gas, and returned fairly quickly and finished the job. Both guys were very polite and quite earnest. I am very pleased with the actual work. The tile and grout are very clean and good looking. This was only done a couple weeks ago, so I can't say how well the sealing of the grout will hold up. While I was quite put off by the owner's poor attitude on the phone, and I was quite displeased with the mix up in the time and coming to my house at 8:00 am, and then their being an hour late to start the work, I would probably use the company again. The two young men were very nice and polite, explained the process, and were helpful when I asked some questions about some marble tile I have and so on. And the tile does look great.

I told him if he did not think he could get the floors back to original, not to start, he said he could but was not able to get them clean, because previously a sealer was used and in the traffic area, it does not look the same as the rest. -As soon as the company was aware of my dissatisfaction through this Angie's List review, they were out again the next day and fixed the work they had done to my satisfaction.

The service was great. I would absolutely use them again.

I recommend this company to everyone. I will be hiring them in the future to maintain the floors in my house. I could not believe how clean they got my grout. I was so pleased I wanted to hug Austin but settled for a hand shake.

The service was excellent. OneRestore is a family owned business and the guy who cleaned up was the son of the owner. He talked about how hard it was to get people that would respect family values and stuff. He was a very pleasant man to talk to. We decided to use them because we had a coupon of $89 for all house specials from them.

The service turned out good. The young man was very polite. He did have trouble figuring out the cost and I did call the owner so they were able to give the quote. The owner is very good about calling back.

We had hoped they would be able to do work in our shower. They did a good job on the tile floor in both bathrooms. They were unable to do the work in the shower through no fault of their own as it was not covered by the Big Deal and we did not want to pay anymore for the service as they would have had to completely redo the grout work.

One Restore sent a polite young man who was very punctual. He actually called me early to confirm, hoping that I could be there and have the carpet cleaning done an hour earlier than scheduled, as the customer scheduled before me could not be reached. I couldn't do that, as my day was jam-packed. I arrived home 5 minutes late for the appointment, but my 17 year old son was home, and had been willing to let the tech in to get started. The tech waited for me to arrive before he entered the house, nonetheless. He took a quick look at the job, and told me that it would take him about an hour. He quickly began unloading his equipment and began spraying the detergent on the carpets, and then cleaning them, as I frantically tried to get ahead of him, moving tables, chairs and smaller pieces of furniture out of the rooms, or up on the beds. I didn't think this was a and quot;traffic areas onlyand quot; deal, but that was what I was going to get unless I moved all the chairs, end tables, lamps, piano bench, ironing board, key board, etc. by myself. Well, I had worked up a pretty good sweat by the time the polite young man finished his job of rapidly cleaning 5 rooms a mere 32 minutes after he first stepped foot into my house. When I expressed amazement that he could do a thorough job in such a short time, the young man made a comment about needing to stay on schedule.... Our carpets look pretty much the same as they did before I had them cleaned. They are 3 years old, and we don't wear shoes on them, so they are in pretty good shape. (I get them cleaned once a year.) The coffee stains near my husband's favorite chair and my son's chocolate milk stain on his bedroom carpet and the darker area in the doorways remain. I couldn't get the stains out when they occurred, so, no surprise- neither could the tech with his special detergent and other apparati. (Not sure how hard he could have tried at his rapid rate of speed though...) I am still trying to figure out how to get some drip marks (from the carpet cleaning hose) out of my hardwood floors. To sum it up, I guess I got what I paid for...I paid half price, and I got a and quot;C plusand quot; job. I got to move my own furniture, the stained and traffic areas look the same, and I will have some drip marks to remember the day by. I know there are plenty of worse carpet cleaners out there. Still, I keep hoping that there is a really good one... I was hoping to discover one, relatively risk-free, with the coupon, but I am still searching... Restore One tech came back out and hit the stains again, with better results. I appreciated their responsiveness.

I am very happy with my experience. Austin(I think that was his name- I'm getting bad with names) called to confirm our appointment, which was thoughtful. He was exactly on time. The carpets and tile look fantastic. After doing the grout, he wasn't happy with how a couple of spots looked, so he went over them again. I was happy because I tried all different methods of cleaning the grout and couldn't get it clean myself. It looks a ton better than it did before being cleaned. The carpet looks fantastic! I'd say as close to new as it can be. I highly recommend this company. The price was great (I used an Angie's list special for the tile and paid extra for the carpet), the associate was very professional, and the floors look great!

The technician arrived on time and began the job promptly. However, the machine mounted in the van was not operating properly and stopped several times. The work was completed but the technician was not happy with the job, and said he wanted to return and redo the floor when the motor was repaired. He did return the following day and redid the entire job. Everything was completed satisfactorily. I had an Oriental carpet which needed to be cleaned and that was taken back to the shop for service. I had to call a few times because the rug was not returned when it had been promised. The rug was returned wet, and I was not happy with the results.

The appointment was for 2pm but I got a call around 11:30 AM letting me know the job they were on was running late. Austin did arrive late as I had been pre-warned but he was very professional, polite and did a great job.

Had used this company before for carpet cleaning and was very pleased so when Amgie's List offered a Big Deal on cleaning and sealing ceramic tile floors for $149.00, we got it. Within a few days Mike Farrell called to set up a date to do the work. They arrived, did the work, and it looked great ... Still does!

Our rug was picked up by their representative approximately six weeks ago. We told that that we were not in a rush to have it returned and expected that two weeks would be fine. That date came and went. After about three weeks we began calling to determine the status of the rug. Each phone call only provided excuses why the rug was not done, staff shortages, more work in their shop than they had anticipated for this time of the year, etc. etc. Each excuse less and less believable. Today, May 13, after more than six weeks the rug was returned to us. Not by the original representative. This person stated that he had been told to treat the rug with a deodorizer before returning the rug. The rug was soaking wet on the edges. It was not possible to put it on a floor and expect that it would dry there. We have ended up having to drape it over some lawn furniture hoping that it will dry out in the next few days. The stains that we were promised would be removed are still there. The suspicion is that the rug was never cleaned and simply sprayed and returned to us. Only positive about this experience was that they did not attempt to charge us for the service. Absolutely will not recommend this company to anyone.

Overall great experience. The person was very late (over an hour) and we had to call to find out if he was coming. The owner apologized and said they had had a crime scene clean up the night prior that kept them very late. I thought it would have been better handled had they called us and said they were running late. The overall as I said was great, the person doing the work was very good and very accepting of the additional items we asked him to do. Would definitely use them again!
