Description of Work: Checked the compressor ( it was dead) and they were going to just change that out. I had them go ahead and put in all new system with upgraded seer ( a 14 ). They told me the inside unit would probably last at least 2 more years, but it was our decision to go ahead and change it all as it is 15 y/o. They were very efficient and reasonable, compared to others in the area. Would highly recommend them without question. What I appreciated the most is that they didn't try to push me to more than I needed.

Description of Work: Replaced capacitor and shattered fan, then properly remounted fan that Spartan Air had failed to do. Spartan did not put washers under the nuts causing metal fatigue and fan to drop. Kevin, the tech, had no problem letting me observe everything and explaining clearly what he was doing and why. Delta Mechanical, from Home Depot, and Leo's A/C both said we would have to replace the whole unit for quotes ranging from $3,000 to &7,754.00 depending on the tonnage and efficiency rating.
