Description of Work: We have a contract with them for insects and lawn and shrub fertilizing. Every sent to our house has been very polite. They stop at the front door just to let you know they are there and what they are doing today.

Description of Work: Set our irrigation timer control box, replaced bad sprinkler heads and straighten heads. They reviewed the whole system so we have maximum services from our system. We had a bad spot in the grass and advise how to trim a large bush to receive proper watering to that grass. If that doesn't wotk tech will change a sprinkler head to assist. We were so please, we signed up for quarter service of the irrigation system.

Description of Work: We have had a contract for termites and pest control for almost 9 yrs. We have an ant problem that they cannot fix. They constantly treat but it does not solve the problem. As we have a long term contract that is paid in advance we are stuck with them for another 3 and a half years.

 + 1 moreI spend $75 a month. They alternate every month between lawn care and shrubs. They will do pest control inside if required. Usually, it is done for the outside. I have used them for several years; they bought the company that I had used before. They are doing a fine job. I do not have to be at home when they come out. They do everything that they are supposed to do. They are excellent; that is why, I stay with them. I will use them again.
Description of Work: I use Massey Services of Ocala (Marion) for lawn care, the shrubs, and pest control. They come out every month. The last time they came out, they put down fertilizers and weed-control products. They do pest control for my home every quarter.

 + -1 moreI was very unhappy with their services. My lawn always looked terrible so I had to fire them. They basically take the position that the soil underneath the sod is no good and yet there are plenty of lawns that look fine. Those lawns are generally fertilized by the owners.
