Supervisor inspected and called their office. Their response was the sego palm had deficient nutrients. They injected nutrients into the plant. I was told to cut the dead branches off. The only plausible explanation was the chemicals in the spray killed the new growth. They promised to adjust ph of lawn and adjust root waster absorption. After many calls for follow up, the lawn treatments were finally applied 30 days after our first meeting.

The district manager gave us a presentation and options to protect our home. She was pleasant and professional. About a week later, a specialist installed the unground bate traps. He did not explain the process, but was quick with the installation.

I would give them a double A. They guarantee that you won't get termites or they will pick up the cost.

They are a two fold company. They do pest control and lawn care. We only used the pest control. We are on a regular regime, they come out every third month. I think we started it last summer. It's $85 a visit. They're average, and the people that came out to do the consultation were friendly and outgoing. The guy that comes out and does the spraying isn't overly friendly but, we don't care.

I've had them for 3 years now. I have a contract with them so they come out regularly.

They provided all of the initial services on same day and then they will come on a regular scheduled basis. Received call the next business day to see if we were happy with service.

I have used this service for almost a year. I bought a home with serious yard problems, full of weeds, and the previous owner had neglected it for a long time. I had used another service but stopped them when the technicians changed and the new one was just too new in knowledge and skill. I have them come monthly. There is no contract so if I did not like them I would just change. Some neighbors say it is 200% better than when they started. Since they have treated my lawn at least 6-7 more neighbors have started using them based on my results and they are quite satisfied.

service was quite good. However, the organization is not professional. I asked them to consider placing an ad in a program for a chorus to which I belong. I was referred to the home office in Orlando. The contact there wanted previously published materials from us, which I provided. I got no reply, even after calling and writing; in short, I was ignored. I make it a policy not to trade with businesses who demonstrate such egregious rudeness and disrespect. When I explained that I was canceling the contract, I would told they would consider an ad next year if I renewed. This falls under the "fool me once" formula. My experience with them was perfect. I am very happy with them. I am happy with the person that I have. I just think that they are a very professional company. I have been using them for about four months now.

I installed new sod in my yard in December of 2013 and hired Massy to maintain it. They have been out several times testing soil, fertilizing, and weed control. Lawn is looking great and I'm very glad I hired them. Performance has been great!

We have not always used them. They are more expensive but the quality of their work and professionalism is excellent. They do offer discounts if you use multiple services. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I call whenever I want them to come back. They will schedule it quickly and it is very easy.

They come out seven times a year to fertilize, control insects, aerate, and do whatever else needs to be done to keep my lawn beautiful and healthy. Their employees and professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and friendly. And my lawn looks great! I can not recommend them highly enough!

I like them. I think they're very professional. I like the person who comes to my house. He's very personable. He's always available. If I have a question or if I see something that I'm worried about, I just call him and he comes right out. He's very reliable. I got him through my neighbor. He said that he'd be here between 10:00 and 11:00 this morning and he was here at 10:30.

They are very prompt when it comes to our lawn care needs. For years we had problems with fungus in our lawn because we have a special grass. When they started caring for a lawn we have had no issues and our lawn has look beautiful.

Kevin Smith did the work and did all of the work without supervision. Everything was done correctly and within 3 hours. He replaced 10 sprinkler heads and changed 3 additional sprinkler heads to drip irrigation. No surprises and excellent work!

If they provide termite services and even a couple years down the road termite damage is found, they will cover costs for any termite damage. I highly recommend their services.
