Wow - FANTASTIC. I had no idea how badly I needed this done and how great the house would look afterwords. He did the screened in porch, and obviously, the screening as well. I thought my screening was so dark it needed replacing!!! --------- Nope! My porch looks fantastic now! He did the front walkway, and it's shockingly nice. I didn't notice until today that he did some outdoor porch furniture as well. I had some nice red chairs and blue chairs that used to look filthy from just one season - not now! They are amazing! This is the first time I've ever had power-washing done, and you can bet I'm calling him next year. While it sounded pricey before, I know now that I got a bargain. I'm definitely planning for this next year and will call him again. He was professional and polite and did a terrific job! My house feels clean and pretty!

Josh is great! He was immediately responsive to my inquiry and was able to fit me in his schedule very quickly. When he came, I found him to be very conscientious and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and was able to complete the entire job in one day. He was thoughtful about the landscaping and cleaned up all the pine straw and debris from the gutters. He even trimmed some over hanging branches for me and stacked them neatly for me. His work was meticulous. He is especially thorough about the results and went back up on the roof multiple times to make sure no spots were missed. Once complete, he followed up again, several days later, to make sure I was 100% satisfied! I couldn't ask for more. The roof looks brand new and the house and drive look fantastic.

It went very well. I thought I was going to have to buy a new rug but it cleaned up nicely. Very nice person and left the yard clean. I would recommend him to anyone who needed this service.

The home looked wonderful after his completion, He was perfectly on time and went the extra mile to be sure the job was done well. I would recommend him to anyone, We will be using Josh again next year. The same day of our purchase, Josh was in touch with us to schedule the power washing. He was able to accommodate our desired schedule to be performed the very next day. The neighbors also commented on how wonderful the home looked after the service..

Mr. Davis arrived on time and did a thorough job. He was careful to spray off our plants and shrubs to ensure they were not damaged. We walked around the house after he said he was "done" and found a few spots (up high) that I thought needed some attention. He promptly fired up his equipment and took care of those few areas. I would hire him again...although I will likely wait until sometime in the future when he again offers a "special" price as he did here recently on Angies List.

Josh did a great job. He is very punctual and worked non stop for approximately 8 hours to complete the project. The result is great and I definitely would use him again. Of note, he uses his own water supply tank and hoses for the job. This is the first time I've experienced this since most pressure wash companies use the owners water source. I found Josh very professional and I have no negative comments to make about him or his services.

Josh called right away after we purchased his services on Angie's List. We set up a time for the work to be done. Josh showed up right on time, was professional and courteous. He talked with my husband about additional services (cleaning fences, walkways, driveway, etc.) and the cost associated. We just wanted the house done today. Josh worked steadily for almost three hours, and when he was done our house looked so much better. He went above and beyond helping me move mats and plant pots off the front entry. We love that he is from our neighborhood and will recommend him to our friends and neighbors. Excellent work, Josh, and thank you so much for how our home sparkles!

Josh did an AMAZING job! The driveway and concrete patio look - literally - brand new, and my screened porch is spotless. He cleaned some areas of wood fence, deck and steps that were black with years of dirt, mold, mildew and moss-like slime and they look so good that my husband asked if he had replaced the wood! He also cleaned a small section of my shingle roof and it looks brand new. We will definitely be calling him to clean the roof in the near future. The curb appeal of my house improved tremendously in a day's time and for a very reasonable price. Josh was great to work with in every way - I highly recommend his services!!

Josh was originally scheduled to come on Tuesday, but a cancellation from another client allowed him to come a day early and complete his work on Monday. He is very thorough and punctual, and priced fairly. He takes the time to do the job right. My roof looks brands new!
