We had our roof soft washed, Can’t say enough about Josh and his company. He was on time there were several emails verifying appointment and date and time. Showed up on time the before and after pictures are incredible. We have a very large roof that is very steep nothing slowed Josh down at all. I was very happy with License to Wash! The Owner emailed a confirmation prior to the appointment and was on time. He and his employee washed our drive way and brick pavers. Everything looks amazing!

Josh is terrific! He worked nonstop for 5 hours cleaning our very large screened porch, siding, windows, dog kennel, patio, all areas of concrete around our home, and our front gate. He cleaned some outdoor furniture since he saw it was needed - not requested. He is prompt, courteous and extremely professional. Josh was great. He arrived on time and worked diligently to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I had a number of items pressure washed. First, the screens on my porch; before the cleaning, they were green with algae- now they are bright and clean, look like new! Next, the brushed concrete patio floors were done with a scrubber washer thing- they look really good, no mildew, no stripes like sometimes has happened with regular power wash. Next Josh washed the whole exterior of the house. My white trim practically glows and you can see the true color of my house again. Finally, he did the walkway and driveway. My walkway was pretty terrible, very green, even slippery when it rained. Josh went over it several times to really get at the root of the algae. I am confident that it will not only look good now, but I feel that this washing will last a while. All in all very happy with his work.

Excellent job on all services. Windows were shining; excess grime and dirt were removed from driveway and sidewalks. Jason also pressure washed exterior white doors and front steps ceramic tiles. The gutters are draining properly after years of accumulated trash and leaves. I highly recommend JD Powerwash services. Jason was very curteous and professional.

Everything came out great. the house is immaculate looking as are the drive way and patio. He must have washed away 16 years of dirt and grime off the drive way and patio.
