It went "GREAT?. This is the 2nd time I have used Josh and he did such an "Awesome" job the 1st time, but I must say he did an even better job this time. He pays so much attention to the details. I could not be happier with Josh's work. He is worth every penny I pay him. I really feel like I get my money's worth and I will continue to use Josh. He is also very nice and easy to work with. Service provider was a few minutes early for the appointment but I didn't mind. He had all the necessary equipment and even brought his own water supply. The 1000 sq ft of drive and walkway were cleaned pure white in just 1-1/2 hrs. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the service and would certainly use them again.

The contractor showed up on time and did a great job of cleaning the exterior of our house as well as the front walkway. His low pressure method of washing worked great and he got all the high spots such as the eaves and chimney. He was very conscientious and I'd definitely hire him again.

I found JD Roof Cleaning and Pressure Washing on Angie's list. I called to make an appointment and came out two days later. Josh cleaned the gutters and the roof and then cleaned up every last piece of debris that fell. Josh cleaned all of our windows and they looked great. He even fixed a Venetian blind I had been having trouble with! He arrived on time and and did not rush through the work. He took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. He was very professional and did a great job. I give him an A++!! I will certainly use him in the future when our gutters, windows, and roof need to be cleaned.

Josh was just as described by other reviews. Professional, punctual and end result was that he left exterior of my house sparkling clean. This is why we stay Angie's list members, makes it so easy to find the right people. I will definitely be hiring him again and will be recommending him to neighbors and friends.

Josh is a real find for me here in Wilmington. This is the second time I've used him (the first time he pressure-washed the driveway and patio). I think the biggest thing for me is that he is pretty much a perfectionist. He or his office sets up the appointment, reminds me via email, and Josh arrives exactly on time. He works non-stop and he attends to every detail. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my house, and he lives up to and exceeds my expectations. After the job, he sent an email to thank me and ask how the job was. He followed up with a phone call to tell me about a tiny spot on a gutter that isn't dirt but won't come off. That's a person who takes pride in his work and strives to do a great job for the client. Josh has great equipment so that he can do a very professional job. He has a new window-cleaning system that uses a soft brush and purified water and gets the windows spotless and streak-free. Amazing. He has a high-end pressure-washer and lots of tools to fit pretty much any job. One note: Make sure for windows you specify whether you want the sills and inner tracks cleaned or not. I had not asked for that, and it would have added a couple hours onto the job. So I just followed around Josh's helper and cleaned the tracks myself. I had to be there anyway, because he was in our house, so it was not a big deal. (I think now that I know Josh, I would trust him in our house even if I weren't there.) Also, Josh is a very nice, professional person. He wears a "uniform" of khakis and a black polo shirt monogrammed with his company name. And his helper wore the same thing. He's easy to talk to and eager to please. I recommend JD Roof Cleaning & Pressure Washing without reservation. Although I think he should change the name and add in Window Cleaning because he rocks at that. By the way, a neighbor said to me that JD seemed expensive. Well, I don't think so, and in this case you certainly get what you pay for. Here's an example: I paid a lawn guy to clean my gutters and he did a half-baked job, never clearing out the downspouts. When I paid JD, he cost more than the other guy but did the best job I've ever seen -- including the downspouts. I'm going with JD in the future.

He was very professional and did a great job. He was late showing up, but it turned out that it was a miscommunication between him and his wife. They were very apologetic and responded well.

He did an excellent job.Came out the day after we contacted to do an estimate but was prepared for & did the work same day. Everything cleaned better than i imagined was possible and was done quickly.

Very nice job. I did not fully appreciate until next few days after it dried. One suggestion. Call to reconfirm appointment a few days before the job. I had made appointment month in advance and was not entirely sure they would remember so I called them.

I hired JD because of the overall reviews from Angie"s list. The comments that were given by previous customers spoke highly of the owner Josh and his work. Now, I have used many service and repair companies here in Wilmington NC, but I have to admit there were no others that compared to JD in terms of having ALL the qualities from one that considers themselves a professional....... Attitude, knowledge of his craft, no slack time, resolving customer issues that may be above and beyond what would be expected....with no questions asked, no limit to doing what has to be done to get the job done right, Intelligent, ability to explain clearly what you may not understand about an issue, and last, but without a doubt not limited to, following up to be certain you are satisfied. I really could go on, but I am sure I am getting my point across. One may ask, well, why not an overall "excellent"? Probably because there is no "very good" designated and only God is excellent.

Came at the time they said they would. Did the work they said they would. Very professional level of service. Use with confidence.

Fantastic. I invited Josh to check out my house, thinking we would get an estimate and schedule the cleaning for another date. He was on time and ready to go. We ended up having everything done that day. I especially appreciate his attention to the plants around the house, making sure they were properly protected. I would definitely use again.
