Description of Work: We had leaky faucets due to hard water. They recommended putting in a new water system to remove iron, etc., and installed the system in 2014. They came back in 2015 to do system maintenance. The system has been working fine.

Description of Work: overall the project was a success, but with some mis-steps. The first error occurred when the marble contractor cut the holes for the faucets in the wrong place. They installed a new piece two days later. Floor tiling, electrical and drywall went well. Electrical was very well done. Drywalling (and ceiling) repair ended up with a lot of the texturing from the ceiling on the walls which was easily fixed by a little scraping. Initial installation of the shower doors was delayed by the wrong measurement having been provided and delaying that install for a few days while new doors were made. Last big screwup was the cabinets. Original plan was for a 24inch vanity, 18 inch drawers, 24 inch vanity and a 21 inch cabinet. What came in was a 24 inch vanity, a 21 onch drawer, 24 inch vanity and an 18 inch cabinet. This made the one piece vanity top too short and required the lights to be re-centered. More time lost. I feel much of the delay was due to my prime guy at Johnson being away during the actual installs. Overall, the end result is excellent and is exactly what we wanted.

They were not really good at keeping appointment time and they didn't give us a lot of feedback about what our choices were so I would kind of grade them like in the middle. We had three estimates and they were the least they are excellent with that.

+ -1 moreThey were very accommodating. They started the work on a Tuesday and the work was completed by late Wednesday afternoon. They re-plumbed the whole house in a day and a half. They put in new hose bibs on the outside, new controls for our showers, and they only made 3 small holes in the drywall doing all this work. They sent drywall people to repair the drywall, which was included in the price, and it was repaired the day after they finished. They cleaned up after themselves. It's a family owned business. I consider them honest, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. They were extremely professional.
Description of Work: They re-routed all the pipes through the attic with Pex piping.

Never calls by first name, it's always Mr. or Mrs. This young told me that he'll come back with some quotes; then he came back within a week and had the prices and pictures to show us how the shower heads would look like. They had it installed. Very respectful, very professional and smiling.

+ 0 moreThere are not enough superlatives to describe the professionalism of this family-owned company. They are perfectionists, and insist that the work be done right. There were some problems with the subcontractor who did the tile work but they made it right, no questions asked. The project took a few weeks and, at the end of each day of work, they asked if everything was okay and if there was anything else they could do. Most importantly, I trusted them completely to work in my house when I was not home.
Description of Work: They remodeled my master bathroom, installed a cut-off valve outside so I can shut the water off to the whole house, moved the water lines to feed a new dishwasher and installed the dishwasher and new faucet in the kitchen. The bathroom remodeling included demolition of a faux marble shower enclosure, of soffits containing fluorescent lights, installation of a tile shower surround, tile floor, grab bars, new toilet, towel bars, glass shower door, and light fixtures.

+ 0 moreI would recommend them. I use them for everything on plumbing. They are very prompt. They do good work when they are here. I wouldn't say they are cheap, but they are not overpriced. They don't run out of a book like some of the plumbers do over here. They are not franchise. When they give an estimate, they stick to it. They are very friendly and very reliable people. They have good office management. They do good work. They are pleasant people. I would rate them moderate on pricing. Everything has worked well every time I have had them out here and they have worked for me over the past two years. I haven't had any problem with them. I just really like them as plumbers.
Description of Work: Johnson Brothers put in a new water heater and plumbed it. They put in a stand and made sure that all the pipes were re-plumbed and had a good shut-off.
