I cannot say anything about their work. Because, I called to have an estimate done and was told to get an estimate I would have to pay an $80 trip charge. If i lived 20 miles from them I could understand, maybe. But I live less than 3 miles away and the estimate would be less than 15 minutes to do. I have worked in the construction service industry more many years and never heard of a $80 trip charge to have a estimate done.

Great..... I did assist, however, I was greatly impressed by the one service guy who diagnosed where the smell was coming from after it would rain a lot in a short time. I t was due to a cracked area just under the wax seal. I had asked multiple plumbers/contractors over the years what was causing the horrific septic smell which literally made it into the entire downstairs. This company solved the problem, finally after 15 years.....

They worked very fast even though they were seeing things that were not correct from a plumbing point of view. It turns out that our Well was connected to the City water and it was NOT separate at all. They informed us after phone calls and testing that was the case. They got a brand new Air tank and pipes hooked back up and it was WAY better looking then we had it was done with filling in the hole and using rock and sand to make it look very attractive even the Air Tank was nice to look at.

It started out with 4 working all at the same time in both bathrooms and got the 4 old Faucets and new Faucets put in. Then it was down to 2 workers that did the bulk of the work over a week period to deal with the Marble and shower trim and valve. We now have 3 beautiful bathrooms remodel after 40 years for the house.

Michael was very professional and personal. After gluing the pipe the first time it still had a small leak, so he spent extra time and redid it. They were able to send Michael out right away and he did an excellent job. It was more expensive than I hoped because they charge a $59 service call fee but I was ecstatic that they were able to come out right away. After looking at other reviews, however, maybe it wasn't so expensive. They quoted me a price before they started, and the price was exactly as quoted. The receptionist was also very personable, checking to see if they could do the job right away and called me back immediately. She even asked me what she could do to make my day better.

It took at least a week if not more but considering it was a total remodel from slab and wood back to brand new everything and even custom sliding shower doors. New bathroom in the end. I gave a B on pricing because there was no itemized billing done and it was a big project. However, we did get a refund in the end. Good honest family business we will keep reusing.

Johnson Brothers Augured the toilet and got it working again.

They did a great deal of work for a fact. Everything got done and fast considering what all had to be done.

Took a little longer then expected but got both toilets installed that day and old ones removed.

Went very well they were fast, friendly, thorough along with being honest even though he had loaded up a 40 gallon Water heater just in case.

Went well and took time to check every possible cause before saying it was a slab leak. Took his time and checked water pressure, turning water on and off. Checking outside spickets and found the one leaking and replaced it. VERY honest once again.

Very prompt and professional. Discussed the various options on Garbage disposals. I had purchased a new kitchen sink faucet and added it to the job. Work was done neatly, on time and the plumber was very courteous. I used them before to replace a toilet and would use them again.

As I was not having a good morning and having been in the Emergency Room the rep went to Lowes to pick up my purchases and then delivered them to the home and installed them. I was extremely happy with the service and I'm sure the tenant is as well. I would recommend them to family and friends. To add note the only thing I would say is a Con is the prices seem a little high but heh it beats me being on my knees installing a toilet.

Showed up on time and was professional in appearance and demeanor. Discussed project with rep and he took down plenty of notes. I was told I would have an estimate in a week or two. I waited for four weeks and did not hear back. I called the company up and they apologized for the delay. I was told I would have the estimate in a week. I am stil waiting.

The job went very well, the service provider was clean, tidy did not mess up my bathroom, wore foot protectors and was very conscience. I also found out he was a Christan which allowed for a great conversation while he worked.

He found some tree roots, but he discovered most of the problem was actually the septic tank.

Three plumbers came in and set a stage to work in. They always wore things on their feet to keep indoors clean...... which my wife well appreciated. one worked up in the attic whereas the other two worked from below. They all worked very quiet as well as organized and neat! It took all day but believe it or not they actually finished up this entire home in one day and that is putting all the fixtures in also. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone who wants a job well done and then some!

Moving the washer connection to a new location in the house was done very well. My only concern with the new washer connection is that they appeared to use and quot;mobile homeand quot; pipe instead of a better more durable pipe. The water heater was a much more difficult to install. I had two plumbers here and the second one arrived behind schedule. A previous job took longer then expected. However, they both worked until 8:00pm that evening. The old water heater had to be sautered in order for it to be removed. Our master bedroom closet was apparently built around the water heater. This took a little bit more time and more money. They did not communicate to me how much more it was going to cost us. Because the plumbers worked so late that evening, the old washer connection did not get completed. They came the following week to get it done. The appointment was scheduled but they were a no show. Apparently, there was a mix up somewhere. They apologized profusely but did not offer any discount on my current service or any future service. The job was completed later that day. The bathroom estimates were both very high. They wanted to use marble in the bathtub which made the tub bigger. Because the tub was bigger, they would have to move the drain. The estimates were totaled as a whole instead by line. I can not figure out what it costs for example to move the drain pipe in the bathroom. The estimates were high and neither of them included fixtures: flooring, vanity, mirror, etc They were all very nice but I am still on the fence as to whether I would call them again to do more work and we will need more work done.

They were very accommodating and did a nice job.

Wonderful experience! These people really know their stuff! Everything came together as planned. Subcontractors were there when they said they would be and Johnson Brothers made sure we were well satisfied before we made the final payment. I highly recommend them to anyone - we couldn't have chosen a better company!
