Aces Drain

When the toilet in the master bath developed a tendency to continue running. I called Aces Drain after checking the reviews on Angie's list. I had no difficulty reaching Brian Meeker and explained my issues. Since my problems involved maintence rather than an emergency, I expected to wait a few days for an appointment. However, Mr. Meeker said that he happened to be working in my area that day and, because my job would be small and fairly quick, he said he could come that same day. He gave me an estimated time but he also called me before coming. He and his assistant handled the repairs in an efficient and neat manner. (While the main problem was with the toilet in the master bath, I also asked him to look at the one in the hall bath as well.) Both men were patient, polite and professional.

They were excellent. We have used them before and we are very happy with them. They are now our plumbers and we wouldn’t use anyone else. They are professional and fix any problem right away.

Brian Meeker came out next day after calling for an estimate and was very pleased on how fast the work was done . Did a great job, cleaned up, and was very pleased on price. I would not hesitate in calling again. I've put off this job for a long time thinking it would be out of reach, price wise, as I've been burnt by other plumbers in the past. Ace Drains was recommended by a handyman (whom I also found on Angie's List as well). Brian contacted me on the day before to schedule a time to come out and start on the needed repairs. Both Brians (both plumbers ironically were named Brian) were on time and explained what repairs they were told needed to be completed. Once they verified this information they immediately started on the repairs. The work was completed in a timely manner without a large mess. They took the time to explain what needed to be done on each task prior to the start of the repair. When they discovered they did not have supplies needed for some of the repairs they asked if I minded if they go purchase them and return to finish the repairs. Even with this they still did not take a great deal of time to complete the repairs. Ace Drains did a great job and I will not hesitate to call again when another plumbing need arises.

The plumber was a couple of minutes late, but called me beforehand to let me know. The communication was great, and they were friendly. They provided outstanding and quick service.

It went great - he showed up the same day he was called even though it was late. He did a great job an is very professional.

Had a odor coming from the drains.They checked and found one internal vent not closing. Also determined that the septic tank needed emptying. Recommended A1 Payless Septic Service who came out the same day Very happy with the work performed

He arrived a little late and said he was sorry for that. He listened carefully to how I described my plumbing problems, took a look at the areas of concern and after careful consideration asked some questions and told me how he could fix the problems and what he pricing was per/hour up front. He made quick work of the problems and was finished in less than 45 minutes. He asked for my e-mail address, so that he coulde-mail the estimate of some other work I inquired about. He gave me an invoice of the charges, I paid, told him I would look for his estimate, said thank you and good-evening.

Couldn't recommend better service: I loved that I could call and his wife answered phone and they got back to me immediatley. Brian Meeker, Aces Drain actually went to the (tenant's) house 'free of charge' and took water sample to determine problem. He got back very fast with the assessement and recommended and solved the problem immediately. He managed the whole thing most efficiently and was very reasonable, friendly and informative! I will look no further for future plumbing issues - I've got my plumber and it's Brian!!!

efficiently was very professional, all my calls were returned promptly. He came to my home when he said he would always on time, he researched and found parts for my very unusual bathrooms. He completed the job very efficiently. Should I need a plumber again, I wouldn't use anyone else.

we live in a mobile home park and aces drain came out and fixed a sewer pipe that had busted under our home and this was on new year's day, even though we didn't have to pay for it, (park paid for repair and service) the gentleman was excellent and quickly and efficiently took care of our problem.

Mr. Meeker returned my phone call within minutes on a Sunday afternoon and was able to work us in his schedule for the following day. I greatly appreciated his flexibility (in particular for this occasion) due to the arrival of family members for the holidays. I called in the morning, she said they could come between 2-3 the same day. Got a call around noon asking if I was around because her technician was in the area. He showed up in half an hour, fixed my toilet and the whole service was done with in 30 minutes.

He was highly recommended. It is just one person in the company and he is very reasonable too. We had him often before for plumbing work so we chose him this time too. When we first used him, he was with a plumbing company and then he went on his own. When we bought the water softener, and when I said we are having Brian, they said he is the only plumber they recommend if somebody wants to know about having some plumbing done. While putting the water filters we called his old plumbing business and they said they could not do it the way we wanted it so we asked for Brian and they said he was not there and gave me his number. He came out and he did it the way we wanted it; we did not want the outside hose faucets hooked up to the filters.

I have used ACES several times in the past and have always been very pleased with the result. Brian is an excellent plumber and a honest and friendly person. He was recommended to me by a friend and I have further recommended him to others, always with good results. He has cleared drains for us and tracked down and repaired water wasting leaks. He has also changed out faucets and snaked out sewer lines for us. Always professional and efficient. I have dealt with lots of plumbers over the years and I have found his fees to be very reasonable. I highly recommend!

I called Brian on a Friday afternoon and he said he would TRY to get out that day, but if not, Saturday. I told him this was not an emergency and that Monday afternoon would be fine, which was very good news to Brian as he often has emergency work to take care of Monday mornings. Brian showed up on-time, assessed the problem and began the work. As this was really OLD plumbing, he discovered he needed two fittings that he did not have on the truck. He was gone to the hardware store and back in 30 minutes and finished the job quickly and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend ACES Drain to anyone needing plumbing work at their homes!

Came to give an estimate of the work. Showed up on time to perform the work. Did a high quality, professional job and finished on time. Charges were exactly as he had quoted.

Very happy with service and fact that he came out within 1/2 hour when he heard I had no water. Would definintely use him again.

Brian was able to remove the faucet, in which I had no success, and seeing what he had to do, I would have never been able to perform. Once the faucet was removed, Brian, without hesitancy, installed the new faucet I had purchased previously. Brian was very professional and pleasant. Brian also looked at and found a bathroom problem I was having, service will be performed as soon as I give him a call.

The outside water spigot was leaking. Brian went right to work to get the job done. It took very little time to find the problem. The original builder of the house had caused the problem in the way the spigot was installed. Brian fixed it in a very reasonable time. Brian also fixed our toilet on the same day. The seal in the tank was shot do to my error. I used bleach in the tank when we closed the house up for a few months. I found out from Brian that you never ever use bleach in the toilet tank, it can cause the plastic parts to become brittle and break causing flooding if certain parts were to break.
