Aces Drain

It didn't!! Have not received a phone call from them to set appointment. Was I supposed to call them?

It went very well. Dave came to install the toilet, but it arrived broken, so I had to have him come back again when the replacement toilet came. The company that delivered the toilet was not associated with Aces. But Joanne at Aces handled the rescheduling with no problem. The installation went perfectly and Dave did an excellent job. I am very happy with their service and would rehire them if I needed other plumbing work.

Original call showed excellent service. However, had a real emergency a month later, called them and had to leave a message. Never received a call back. Tried two more times as the day progressed and had to leave a message, again, no response so had to call a different company and they were here within the hour. I will never consider another call to Aces Drain.

Wonderfully well!! I had lost a cleaning apparatus in toilet drain---"Ace's came out the next morning early and within 15 mins, he was done and all went well. This is one of the most reliable, capable and friendly and fair service companies in this city. I will always call them with any plumbing issues.

Fixed in no time at all. Very friendly and professional. Two very nice guys. Arrived within 40 minutes of call.

First guy who came out basically just used used a plunger, adjusted the chain, and told me to change toilet paper to something thinner. Left a flooded floor. Within half an hour the toilet was running again (and overflowing). Called the office and the owner came out immediately. He replaced a part and cleaned the flooded floor with his shop vac. Have had no problems since. The only reason I didn't give an all A's rating is because of the first guy.

I can always depend on ACES Drain to take care of any plumbing problems. It turned out that my garbage disposal had a crack in it and needed to be replaced. Brian had a replacement disposal in his truck and installed a new one. I highly recommend ACE Drain plumbing service. If you call them, you won't be disappointed.

Greg arrived on time. Was very professional & polite. Repair was done quickly & price was reasonable.

Damaged our kitchen sink. They advertise that they have a senior discount. My husband and I are 65 and older. We asked for senior discount and were denied a senior discount. Had an appointment for Thursday they called and changed it to Friday. Thought their prices were a little steep. Plumber left cigarette but on our driveway.

I thought my sink faucet was going bad and leaking occasionally. Mr Meeker came, looked at it and said it most likely was some dirt in the faucet line that was causing the leaking and has resolved itself. How many service providers will come and tell you, you don't need anything done and then not even charge you for the visit? Well that is what happened for me. In addition he gave me great advice on when I need to replace the whole faucet and I guarantee you he will be doing the job when the time comes.

hot water faucet down to a trickle, he came and replaced the turn off valve and back washed the line because the washer had crumbled and was in the line. Checked other faucets to be sure problem was only in kitchen. Afterward he made sure there was no leak, cleaned the area he was working in and left it as before he arrived. I was totally impressed with his knowledge of the problem and how well he worked at fixing it. First time customer, but he is now my "go to" plumber.

Called them at 9:15 am, they said they would be there 10:30 - 22:30 am. They arrived at 10:30, done at 11:15.

Called on Wednesday, plumber came that afternoon, the work was performed the next day. Everything went well except for a defective coupling that leaked when the water was turned on. Plumber replaced that and all was well. All in all a painless experience. Would use again.

Brian was on time, pleasant, professional, and cleaned up after himself thoroughly. He gave us an estimate for time and actually finished faster than estimated. When some of the items we purchased at Lowe's for him to install wouldn't work for our purposes, he was well-prepared with supplies on his truck and didn't open our packages, so that we could return them for a full refund. He checked out our water softener and could have sold us a new one, as we thought it was not working. It turned out to be a valve that was left in the wrong position by the previous service person (not from Aces Drain), and the softener functions perfectly now. For our peace of mind re the functionality of the softener, he referred us to a company that does free water quality testing and we confirmed with them that the softener is working. Very honest of Brian, because we did think we were going to have to buy a new unit.

I called yesterday and Brian came this morning. He determined what was needed and then went to his supplier to get a new seal to repair the ByPass valve as that would be a lot cheaper than replacing the entire valve. While here he also gave me help with replacing a water filter. Brian is very professional, friendly and charges a fair price. I will definitely use Aces Drain for future plumbing needs.

Aces quickly responded to our call, scheduling the same day, actually arriving 30 mins early. Called to say they could be early if that was acceptable. Quickly assessed situation, completed the work and departed with one happy customer. We were very pleased. We found Aces via Angie's list and I will say the previous reviews help in our decision.

This company is absolutely the best. They are professional, proficient in their work, courteous, caring, always made sure that we had water at the end of the day (knowing that they would have to come back the next day). They are the best company we have seen. We are so glad that we chose them and would recommend them to anyone.
