Description of Work: Although they were reasonably prompt and did solve the problem of the clogged drain, I thought $125 was WAY too much to charge for a few minutes of running a hand-held router down the drain (I could have done that myself). I'm comparing this cost to the $219 I recently spent for extensive work to my well pump (including parts and labor). The technician was pleasant, but had been smoking and the smell was left in my bedroom and bathroom for a few hours after he left (I'm allergic to it); he also dropped a cigarette butt on the concrete at my front door.

Description of Work: They ran a water line under my son's mobile home to the main drain. A tree branch had gone into the old one. The work was great! My son even recommended them to his son who is a plumber in Montana.

Description of Work: I had two leaky faucets, one in kitchen and one in bathroom. They were the first company I contacted, and came pretty quickly, which I appreciated. The plumber told me that I needed a water system to remove iron from our water. Also gave me quotes on replacing two sink faucets, the kitchen faucet, and a water system. I went out and bought new faucets, and they came back and replaced the 2 bathroom faucets and the kitchen faucet. The service charges were for labor only. | |I probably would have given a better rating except that the plumber who came to service the water system (I had a different company install the water system, one who gave me more information and detail and seemed more knowledgeable) this year took a look at the bathroom faucet which I had not replaced last year, which had also started to leak and not work properly, and was able to fix it by removing an aerator screen. He saved me the cost of the faucet as well as the service charge to install new faucets. I can't help but wonder if the same fix would have worked on the faucets that I had replaced.
