KEN is great at what he does. Not only he got the job done on time but he did a superb job in every way. quality was great. he really goes out of his way for his customer and it really showed from day 1 when he gave me an estimate and desgin diagrams. he really knows what the customer wants and then add his expertise to make the job look great. it's his passion. the price was great as well. I will definitely use him.again.

Ken of EZ Payless Kitchens and Baths was the only company that came out to help me with this. Too many turned me down for being a "small job". He got in contact with me fairly quickly, came and gave me an estimate and we moved forward. He and his associates were very professional and took care of what I needed done. Vanity and countertop was what I wanted.

Ken and his crew are professional, punctual, talented, and overall humble human beings. Our kitchen was a disaster (not much of a kitchen) due to plumbing issues and having to replace the plumbing under our home. After 2 years of living with stress and disappointment with what the plumbing work did to our home...we found EZ Payless. Ken knew we were on a budget with big dreams for our kitchen. Yet, he made it happen for us!! His prices are reasonable and the quality is great! He and his crew will do all they can to make your dream home come to life and they will treat you like family. Ken is very professional. He is an excellent decorator. He remodeled our kitchen and bathroom and both are amazing. We get compliments all the time on them. He makes the job fun. We will definitely use him again. We recommend him to everyone we meet.

Ken was fabulous. Called almost immediately. Made an appointment, he came and measured. We then met to pick out vanities and counter tops and sinks. He was so informative. He then met with us again, and we decided on faucets, lighting etc. He has a wonderful group . The painter was wonderful. Nothing was too much for him. We has a plumber, and an electrician come in. The best. The bathrooms look absolutely gorgeous. Would us Ken again and again.

Ken Walker of EZ Payless is the best!! I would not say this lightly this lightly. I interviewed and took bids from 6 designers and/or contractors. Here is the story. In early 2017, I made plans to completely renovate my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Pompano Beach. The renovation included the kitchen, which entailed knocking out a dividing wall between the kitchen and living room, and both bathrooms. I also skim coated a large divider wall and the ceiling, and replaced the floor in the entire unit. It was a full gut of the entire place. The first couple of contractors I interviewed just told me what I wanted to hear. They showed up, spent about 10 or 15 minutes looking at the place, and offered me a quote right on the spot, which was inflated and certainly would have gone up from there. They ignored structural limitations of my initial plan, and would have had to change plans after the demolition. This would have obviously included an upcharge. When Ken showed up, I liked him immediately. He was punctual and professional. He listened to my plan, and immediately pointed out why it could not be done. Ken was experienced enough to anticipate the presence of certain structures in the walls I could not see, which made my initial idea undoable. Ken was not afraid to tell me I was wrong, and I respect that. It saved me thousands of dollars down the line! Ken put together an excellent design for my new kitchen and bathrooms, which he brought to fruition with meticulous detail. He did not upcharge me for a computerized rendering of the plan, as one well-known designer in the area does. During the vetting process, Ken encouraged me to talk to a homeowner at one of his current projects, and even took me to the construction site to check it out! We of course had the owner’s permission to do so. When I had to pick out my materials for the kitchen and bathrooms, Ken went shopping with me. He took me to marble and quartz distributors in the area and gave me his honest input. At the end, I picked out the quartz I really wanted, and I was able to get it at preferred prices available to Ken/EZ Payless. Ken was always available to listen to my ideas about other materials, paint, even lighting and fan fixtures, and offered his honest opinion, which was very helpful. Ken recommended and assembled an excellent team to do the construction. Paulo Silveira with 1st Ranked Contractors handled the general contract. Fabio Rodrigues of Millennium Plumbing and Eric Gonzalez of Advance Electrical were also on board. Everyone was great! Ken was my point man throughout the project. I live in Ohio, and I was out of town throughout the construction. I needed someone I could trust, and Ken was the guy. He was always available on phone, text, and email. He sent me pictures of the project in progress. Ken, along with Paulo Silveira of 1st Ranked Contractors, helped me manage the relationships with the other contractors. Everything went smoothly. The construction, which was a permit job, was finished in a timely fashion. The city signed off an all the work, and I am extremely satisfied. This was the first time I remodeled a property. I was apprehensive going in. I’m so glad I found Ken/EZ Payless. In summary, Ken was very likable, trustworthy, and available. There were no hidden upcharges. His prices are very competitive. The quality of his work, and his attention to detail are superior. He was my point man in town, as I live in Ohio, which made the project essentially turnkey. Ken is an ex-Marine, is very enthusiastic, and takes great pride in his work. He is craftsman. Call Ken at EZ Payless!

My project went very well. If you ever need any bathroom remodeling done, you better call Ken. After dealing with contractors who didn't show up or didn't return phone messages, I called Ken about 4PM; he picked up the phone and made an appointment to look at my project the next morning at 9AM. He showed up right on time with his co-worker Evandro and I explained what had to be done; he listened and answered all my questions and even made some suggestions about things I wasn't even aware of. That same morning we went to Home Depot and he helped me pick out tile and lights. Then with the help of Evandro he got all the rest of the material needed. The next morning at 9AM the work began; Evandro actually did the work but Ken came over twice to check how things were going. Evandro worked for 4 consecutive days and finished the project which involved remodeling the shower and installing a new ceiling. I was very happy with the work done; Evandro is a real craftsman. Both Ken and Evandro are very pleasant and easy to deal with and the price of the project was very reasonable. I will probably have more work done by them in the future.

Ken Walker is a real gem. I'm a 25 year old female investor. I met Ken 2 years ago when did my first fix and flip. In the past 2 years I have learned that there are very few people you should trust in this industry. Luckily Ken Walker is one of them. He just finished fully renovation one of my kitchens and it looks absolutely beautiful. He was very reasonably priced and always delivers quality work, quickly and on time. He's easy to get in contact with, if he misses your call he texts or calls right back. Being an investor, he's was willing to work with my budget and is always very fair. When I made the mistake of hiring terrible workers off of craigslist, he stepped in and fixed everything they screwed up. Even when it had nothing to do with kitchens or bathrooms he went out of his way to help me. Ken is in business because this is what he loves to do. I would recommend him a hundred times over.

After receiving estimates from three contractors, I can honestly say that I am so thankful for Ken Walker contacting me shortly after my post on Angie's List requesting a kitchen remodeling estimate. He helped make all the decisions easy for me. My condo is amazing now with beautiful wood cabinets and granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. I never dreamed it would be so beautiful! I saved well over $10k on the overall condo project and got so much more than what prior contractors quoted me. He connected me with other parties to perform additional work such as skim coating the ceiling after popcorn removal, major drywall repair to several walls from removal of mirrors, new interior doors including closet doors, all wood baseboard installation and painting walls. Ken would always respond immediately to my calls, texts and emails. In addition, He truly loves what he does and strives to make sure his customers are well pleased. I highly recommend Ken Walker!

Ken is such an honest and amazing person to work with. My main concern was saving money even if I had to arrange some of the installation myself for my bathroom renovation. Ken went out of his way to provide information and resources that would save me as much money as possible during my bathroom renovation. Most contractors would never put themselves in a position that eliminates their “middle man” prices, but Ken did this to ensure that I was happy with the price that I paid at the end of the day. Honest is hard to find these days, so based on that alone I am truly happy that I called him!

Don't be fooled by Ken's easy going personality. He is a genius when it comes to kitchens. I had received estimates from 4 other contractors for renovating my kitchen. I was deeply disappointed with their lack of work ethic and follow though. From day 1 Ken answered his phone, texts, and kept in constant contact. I was never left hanging wondering if I would hear back from him again. He came in with the design that was amazing despite the limited space in my condo. He treated me with great respect even though it was not a high end / large kitchen, and put in 110% effort into the project. I am so very pleased with my brand new master bathroom! This was my first major home remodeling project. I read a great review of Ken's company and saw pictures of his company's work in my monthly Angie's List magazine. From the time I first started communicating with Ken about what I needed to have done for my project, he was very thorough in answering my questions and explaining things to me. Ken arranged to come by to look at the job and put together an estimate in a timely fashion. His bid was very detailed and the price was more than fair, and so I knew I wanted to hire him for the job. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding on every aspect of this job -- from the installation of the tile, to the painting and detail work, on to the plumbing work that needed to be done. Tomaz, Diego, and Marco were professional every step of the way. And if finishing everything up meant coming back on a Saturday or on another day, they were willing to do it. If an unexpected problem arose, these three found a way to solve it, whether it be clearing a clogged shower drain or finding a way to install the custom vanity I had my heart set on (even though it wasn't exactly an easy or straight-forward task). One more thing I really appreciated was the fact that Ken stopped by on a daily basis to check and monitor the progress of the work. I will not hesitate to use Ken's company again. Ken Walker met with us and reviewed our wants, needs, ideas and cost range. He returned with samples and suggestions and scope of project. We felt Ken was on the same page with us so we contracted with him. He also brought in the Tile contractor. We couldn't have been more pleased with the experience as well as the results. Ken kept the renovations on track including the big tile job. We had very little down time. Workers arrived on time and stayed until the job was done. Ken and I shopped together for tile, counter top material, back splash etc. Ken is a pleasure to work with as he cares about each project. Check out the Funky color changing under counter lighting! Ken is very thoughtful and particular in his planning and execution. He only had the best people on the job for us.

A very respectable and knowledgeable crew. They showed up on time and worked diligently, even working after hours to complete their side of the renovation under difficult deadlines. The work shows for itself as its meticulous work. I would no question hire them again as soon as my next renovation project comes.

EZ PAYLESS did a great job. There were changes & addition charges to my project, they did not up charge & finish the job on time & on budget. I saw their work on their website & visit their beautiful showroom, so took a chance with them. Man I'm glad I did. I couldn't have found a better deal & the nicest guys.
