He gathered information and took some pictures and was supposed to be arranging for a complete system replacement. He came back a few days later to get a ladder that he forgot and that was the last time I have seen him. Over the last 2 months, I have left 8 messages for management to contact me and have never received the first phone call or update. This is a terrible way to run a business."

Super nice and helpful until paid, then he won't honor any warranty or his work. Don't fall for the act. He exhibits completely unprofessional behavior and is violating the state licensing laws regarding giving a 1 year warranty for any contractor work. He is not accredited with the BBB in spite of what he shows on his website. "

He replaced the capacitor, and the system has been working just fine without replacing what was still a good compressor - saved us over $1,400 (which is what the first company quoted to replace the compressor)."
