I use them all the time. I am a property manager and I manage 30 properties. They are reliable and on time. The quality of the work is very good.

We like them very much. We have them regularly. They know what they are doing. We had somebody else before and they just ripped us off. We had a problem for about 2 years and it kept on happening, and every time it happened they kept on charging us for it. They said they fixed it and in 30 days, it was happening again. It was just a round around and we paid the maintenance upfront, and we got the maintenance but they never picked out what the problem was. We got Honest AC and we found out what the problem was, which they should have known about. They knew exactly what was wrong, they tested it right away, and that was what we needed. We think they are very competent. They come out if I have an issue. They come right away if it's really a problem and we like them very much. Honest Air is very honest. We really don't have anyone to compare it to other than the other people, and the other people charged us for every little thing. We had a high-cost maintenance with the other company and yet every time they came out, there was something that was besides the maintenance. The other one nickle and dimed us to death.

I didn't pay for this service, because another repairman that was there for something else damaged it, so that company ended up paying for this repair. They talked religion to me and they shouldn't have. I don't like that and I don't think it's professional.They did a good job. I haven't had any problems since they put it in four years ago, so it must have been good. They were very responsive. They were right there.

This company was great! First I got a free second opinion from lead tech,Rob. rob was able to emergency heat to work. It was very cold at that time,40's at night. All this at no charge. He was on time, respectful, and willing to have me, a female, look over his shoulder as he worked. He explained each step. Old company told me they couldn't do anything. Of course we bought a new unit from them. Old unit was only five years old. The installers were on time, double covered their shoe when inside, polite and efficient.[sorry guys forgot your names. Please give them a star anyway]The salesmen Patrick was helpful and helped us explore our options. We are very satisfied.

Honest Air Conditioning was recommended by a close friend who had used them. We had used them to review and fix our daughter's HVAC system in her condo in Longboat Key, FL. The manager said he would come out personally and review and inspect our entire system and give a full report, nut would charge us at his hourly rate of $100/hr. He did this and spent over 4 ours checking the system. He found several instance of improper replacement parts and equipment was used by other contractors, incorrect wiring, incorrect thermostats being used, micro leaks in the cooling coils, damper malfunctions etc. He indicated the systems were 17 years old and long overdue for replacement. He felt we would continue to have problems with the "band-aid" approach we had been taking. We asked him to have his sales personnel to come out and do a load analysis and give us quotation on replacing the entire system. In the interim, we had two other contractors quote us on replacement systems using alternate brands. Honest A/C's price was slightly above the lowest price, but we felt the equipment was better(American Standard/Trane) with a better warranty and we were credited 100% for the inspection cost we had incurred. There was absolutely no high pressure sales approach. They installed both systems over a two day period and stayed until 7:30PM to do the final check-out on all 5 zones. The were very professional and, because of their commercial experience in addition to residential, certainly knew exactly what they were doing. The systems work beautifully, and for the first time in ten years we have a working zoned system that easily switched from A/C to heat with accurate temperatures and the added bonus of an efficient 15 SEER system. Honest A/C did not try to oversell us with higher priced, greater SEER equipment and passed through all the rebates and gave us an extra year's mtce. Because we did not finance the deal, they even passed through an additional discount equivalent to the interest amount charged by credit card companies. We are extremely pleased and will recommend Honest Air Conditioning of Venice, FL to our neighbors in our 595 home subdivision.

I used Angies list to select a vendor for an A/C problem I was having. I chose Honest out of about 8 vendors. I was happy with their reviews, and also the fact they were locally owned and operated. They came out on the same day I called within the parameters they gave me. They isolated the problem and gave me the cost estimate, which I felt was reasonable. The tech had problem getting the core out of the fan and was worried he would have to order what he needed. However, his supervisor came out later and assisted him and they were able to get the core out. That saved some money as a result. The work was done quickly and I was happy with their service. I purchased a service contract with them and hope to have them as my A/C service provider for a long time to come.

A/C was cycling. They promptly came out and found the batteries in the thermo causing the problem. Replace batteries, filter, cleaned and tested the unit.

It went perfectly and even had they found a serious problem, I would have trusted the result.

It turned out fine. They have done work for me several times. They are very good and punctual. They can always work me in when I need them.

They were very honest and did a good job. Another company wanted to charge $1800, but they were honest and only charged $500.

I feel their pricing is fair. They have tried to get me to do additional services with them and suggested things. They are a good company though.

They have done work for us for years, approximately since 2000. They are wonderful! Their customer service is impeccable. Nick, the owner, and Pat provide great customer service. They sell a good product and they are just good people. Their pricing is competitive too.

The air filter did not go in and out because they did not turn it correctly when they originally installed it. My husband found the issue and asked them to fix it. They came back with no problems. They were on time, responsive, and cleaned up well.
