We used them for the last 3 years as a maintenance contractor. They've been excellent for all time. They keep the soroundings neat and clean. Alwasys pick up after themseves and no complaints at all.

I was not put on hold forever and my request was handled promptly. Thank you for that! The service tech arrived as promised and was very attentive to our questions and concerns. Hats off to that Mr. Stephen Robinette! I would recommend.

They were a little disorganized when they started. They got the wrong system for installation. They were fine. I think they were a little high. The system is working better than any system we have had. We are very happy with it. Had a problem when they got started. They had to pull the original one out, and had to redo it, and it worked out for the best. Still a little of a distraction having to do all that.

Another company quoted us $10,000 to replace the whole system, because the part was allegedly no longer made. Honest AC really lived up to their name!

I didn’t like paying in anything more since it was under warranty. It could’ve been worse, so I think they are fair.

I would like to pay a little bit less, but I trust them. They come in and do what they are supposed to do. I have a maintenance contract with them. They call me and remind me about it. I am happy with the product. If I wasn’t, I wouldn’t keep using them. They are very nice. They take their trash with them and don’t leave junk lying around. They do what they are supposed to do. They tell me if there is an issue.

We had a fantastic visit with Phil and he did a great job taking care of our ac system which had a condensation line block causing the emergency shut off to engage. He quickly resolved the issue, flushed the system and checked to make sure everything was working great. He was friendly and professional and quickly resolved the problem.

Tony did an excellent job of re-configuring our system, coming multiple times to make sure everything was correct for the installers. The installers arrived on time and were pleasant and courteous. They completed the job on time and explained the system to us. The system is functioning perfectly and we have a much improved airflow.

Honest AC of Venice was very efficient. They arrived right on time & were done in the time that they said it would take to replace my old air conditioner with a new one. The two technicians were very knowledgeable & friendly. They cleaned up the work area nicely. I would highly recommend them.

Their price is competitive and I've had them put in all systems probably five times.

The service provided was exceptional. They came out the same day we called even though it was after normal business hours. Rich, the technician, worked until almost 9:30 pm to rectify our problem. He was very professional, put protectors on his shoes to protect our house, and went out of his way to get us the most for our money. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend them to friends and family!
