The AC technician was professional and right on time. Very thorough and friendly. Will definitely be using Honest AC of Venice for my annual checks as well as any service as it becomes necessary.

This was our first experience with Honest AC of Venice. Evan called to see if it was Ok if he came earlier than scheduled which was perfect considering we were scheduled from 3 to 5 on a Thursday afternoon. He was awesome! Very efficient, CLEAN, knowledgeable, detailed reporting on what was being completed. Our new 'go to' for AC service.

On time and very thorough. Did excellent job of evaluating our system. Signed up for maintenance. It was offered, no high pressure sales pitch. Very impressed with the service. Would recommend to others.

Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Provided a complete assessment of the two systems and corrected some minor issues. The price of the thermostats was higher than expected but acceptable.

We were satisfied with their work. I like that they did the work in the time that they said that they would and the cost that they said it would. It was effective. It turned out just fine.

I noticed A/C wasn't working Monday night. I called Honest Air at 9pm, they were here about 11pm, and diagnosed a significant condenser leak on a ten year old system. The system had needed repairs the last three years, so I opted to look at a new system. Next morning, Honest Air was here at 8am to discuss the options. I had been up all night researching the internet, so was quite prepared to discuss the new systems, pros, cons, price, etc. I selected a system by 9am. At 10:30, a truck came and delivered the new equipment. At about noon, a two person team came to begin removing the old system. At 2pm, another truck came with a portable A/C unit for the bedroom. The two man team finished removal about 6pm. Next morning at 8 am, two man team came and began installation. At about 4pm, two more people came to help with final installation and start-up. Air coming from register was 55 degrees! Unit worked perfect, but the installers said there was a circuit board problem. The next morning, another tech came out, and worked several hours to replace the circuit board and fully test the new system. The unit removes so much humidity, I can set the temp 2 degrees warmer than before and I am still comfortable. All the employees were polite, professional, hard working, and detailed. Unexpected great service in Florida. Thank you Honest Air.

On time. Very professional. Explained every step of the process. Answered all my questions. Had over 23 years of experience doing this type of work. Very satisfied overall. The biggest expense was the cost of the Freon. Would recommend them and use them again.

The job went very smoothly. We did the transaction/ordering from Michigan to our home in Florida. We had several quotes. Honest Air replied (It was Patrick McCoy) to our questions in a timely manner and were very helpful in answering our questions. We were perplexed over choosing either a heat pump or a straight A/C. They suggested straight A/C because of the zone in which we are located. I found out that would be the same recommendation that Florida Lighting and Power would have made. The quote was very reasonable. We were not there when the work was being done, but our helpful neighbor was facilitating in our place. He was very very impressed with the installation team. He said they were very clean, organized, and polite. We came down this fall, and are quite happy with the working condition of the unit. I don't have any dislikes. The people that come out are courteous. They don't rush. They answer questions. I haven't had any negative issues.

It was great. They gave us a time frame, a two hour window that they were going to arrive. They were very professional and thorough in what they were trying to achieve.

We had a pool heater heat pump that was leaking. We called a number of A/C companies and plumbers trying to find someone that was interested in repairing a pool heater. Most of the companies did not repair pool heaters. They were only interested in selling us a new pool heater. We found Honest Air Conditioning of Venice on Angies List. The services shown on Angies List included pool heater repairs. I called them and they came out to look at our pool heater the same day. I requested an experienced technician. They sent Rob Kilburn. We were really impressed with the experience, expertise, and positive attitude that Rob brought to the job. Rob was determined to repair the leak. He did a great job. I believe his expertise and honesty saved us from buying a new pool heater. Honest Air Conditioning and Rob have a new customer that could not be happier.

We are very happy with the service and professionalism of Honest Air Conditioning. We were not happy with another company who installed the system and did not want to honor their warrantee, so finding a friendly, open and honest service provider is fantastic. They will get my business.

The service was great. One person came out and it took a couple of hours to complete it. I would recommend them. They do high quality work and I am happy with it.

Our AC had suddenly stopped working properly (still blowing - but not cold) - Honest AC came over that afternoon - diagnosed the problem - and returned next morning to verify function....Had them service the AC unit at that time - and signed up for semi-annual servicing going forward....The two technicians we had were very courteous - both explained what they had found - and called when they were enroute to our home...also received calls from the office giving us updates on expected technician arrival times...Overall very satisfied and happy that it wasn't (yet) time to replace the original 1998 AC unit on our home...

I called their office at 1PM and Doug, the tech on-call, called back within 30 minutes and asked some troubleshooting questions. He explained that they were slammed due to overnight storms but that he would be here today. By 4PM, he replaced the failed part and the house is cooling again! Doug was very professional, fair price, specially for same day service on a Sunday! I would not hesitate to use them again for service or when the time comes for a new unit. Well done!

The crew was efficient and friendly, cleaned up after the job, did the work quickly and I believe at a very reasonable price considering the difficulty of the job. I had FPL check the system for leaks and it came out fine. I will have them quote on a new system when I need to replace the unit as well as the duct.

Repairman was in at the appointed time ,did what he was supposed to do , picked all debris and left.

They've been very good, I have them when I need them, its been fine, they come when I call them. They're always ready and always here when I need them, they were really excellent, if I didn't have the money to pay them, I put it in the bill. So far, so good, I haven't had any problem, they're very good, they're most of the time on time, very good, they come when they say they'd come.
