Description of Work: Came for an AC check up. Made the appt in advance, but the day of the appt no one shows up. We had to call the company, after waiting an hour passed the appt time, & they said they don't make routine appts on Saturdays, so they were not aware of our request. A technician finally came out that day & apologized for the mix up, but we still felt like an inconvenience. He never asked for a confirmation of services he's supposed to perform, & we never received anything on paper of what he did when he left. I can only hope he performed what we paid for.

Description of Work: Repaired electrical on AC unit, and got my air conditioner unit working beautifully. I had a terrible experience with another company that I actually have a service contract with. They came to look at the unit first and their price was out of this world. I will always call Honest Air Conditioning of Venice for my future air conditioning needs. Their technician Mark was so professional and helpful. I had been without AC for 2 days of high 80 temps and was so grateful. I would definitely recommend them.

I shopped for a new HVAC system for 8 months. Checked Angies list and had in home quotes from 7 companies. Honest Air was $1000 to $2800 less expensive than anyone else and had the best warranty. They were scheduled to arrive at my house at 8:30am and they showed up at exactly 8:30 am, to the minute. They spent 11 hours installing the system. The system works perfectly and dealing with them was a joy. An absolutely excellent company.
